You should call Tom+Leslie and ask them about the order. Its possible it wasn't sent by mistake which is unusal for Tom+Leslie to forget something but it happens
For that order you should have gotten it all unless they were out of something

Sounds to me like the Mutant was filling orders that day...
Definately give Tom a call and I'm sure he'll get those out to you.

After that should I call the 888 number for customer service or something like that? Trust me giddy77, I am not making fun of you on this, but I had a good laugh at this comment. My wife, who is not the biggest fan of the COTG, did as well because we remember when we thought that Filsinger Games was this HUGE company. They had to be because they advertised in "Pro Wrestling Illustrated"...Then I found out it was basically just Tom and Lesley, with Lesley handling all of the business side and Tom "getting to have the fun discussing the game with all of the players." If you haven't figured it out by now, when you call the 888 number, you have pretty good odds that Tom will answer and you'll be talking to the "Creator" of the COTG...and he is a cool guy, even though he has taken to calling himself the "Dark Menace of the Universe." Just so you know, I still have letters that I wrote back in 1987 I never mailed to Tom, because I thought the head of this company would never take the time to answer a "promoter"...I laugh at myself now for not sending them!

By all means please contact us directly when there's a problem with an order. We try to deal with the problem immediately. We want people to be happy! Your only concern should be the action in your fed, not what you're missing! Filsinger Games is the Mayberry of independent game companies and I try to be Sheriff Andy Taylor, but sometimes I'm Deputy Barney Fife.

When my hardcore booklet turned out to be bad, they sent me a new one very quickly. I was quite happy.

We're so extreme that even our hardcore books are bad.
Thanks for the kind words, Troy.

Every turned out okay. I called and left a message May 27. Leslie called within 20 minutes, I explained my problem; she told me the charts would be sent out ASAP. Sure enough, they arrived June 1.
