I'm thinking that the ULTIMATE DESTROYER needs to be +5, otherwise it's no better than the MEGADESTROYER

I was split on that. On the one hand< I agree, on the other hand, no one has ever had a pure +5 finisher, and I can't think of a way for it to be easily countered.

You could have it be a top rope powerslam out of the ring, and have an even/odd roll to see if Spike can recover and throw the guy back in the ring, if not, roll on out of the ring chart.

Hmmmm, that could work. I'll have to think about that one.

Perhaps the Powerslam could be changed to a Michinoku- type piledriver. That would be devastating! Spike makes the change in midair and WHAM! drives his head through the mat. Keep it a plus 5 with a roll too. Roll a certain number the opponent movesand struggles and the move ends up being a body press of some sort, add 1 to the opponenets pin. Spike rolls on level 3 O.
Ahhh, maybe, maybe not.

I tried this card out yesterday.
IT KILLS EVERYONE. Like Spike should, I guess.
