Today, I'm very happy to announce that the new FilsingerGames.com family of websites is up and running. We've redesigned all of the sites and made navigation easier both within the individual sites and between sites, as well. It's also been made to facilitate easy updates for Tom and crew, so your flow of Filsinger Games information should come faster than ever before! With the relaunch of the sites, the online store is back up, as well, returned from its brief hiatus that started Sunday morning. We've also (with Chris Ingersoll's blessing) started official Filsinger Games community boards that you can get to from the link on the COTG site. They're not meant to replace these boards, mind you - they're going to be limited to discussion about the product only and moderated pretty strictly, so they're an entirely different beast - but we're hoping they can live side by side in peace and harmony with these boards. Or some hippie crap like that. Anyway, go forth! Explore! www.filsingergames.com I'm going to go hibernate now.

We might decide to lock things down a bit while we make adjustments, but right now the only forum that is definitely on the chopping block is the "Ask Fed HQ" area, so don't worry about losing fed results or anything just yet.

Also: if you have any CotG/LoW-related threads that you want to move to the new boards, please do so as soon as possible. There is a very strong possibility that entire forums will be deleted once I put these boards into temporary lockdown mode, and I don't want anything important lost.
On that note, Fed forums will be safe. They might be moved around, but they won't be deleted. I'm thinking more along the lines of Turkish's "What the heck is an Uchi Mata?" POW thread (which has already been re-posted) and possibly the CotG Online Hall of Fame stuff.

congratulations Chris... sounds like you're looking forward to moderator retirement! Pfft. I wish. If anything, my job might become even more difficult once I implement the changes I have in mind.

Great job on the new site. I don't play the Online so it's cool to see the snapshots and see how some of the guys transfer over to the online colored cards. Some of the borders and backgrounds in these cards are really sweet.

The site looks really good...not sure about the Thrice though. Seems kind of like a kiddie pool. But the main page looks sweet.

Glad to hear this site will stay up.
Good to have a strictly COTG board so Congrats to BDS and those who put forth their efforts for the new discussion board.

Ah the COTG website still looks dated to me. But finally we have color! After offering to go color back in 2001 its finally here! The side navigation is still awkard and the colors are to strong maybe put a gradient image that fades to a lighter color would be better. Also some of the links do not work.
I have to say I really do like the Legends site very clean and simple to navigate wish the COTG site came out as good as this one.
Also I dont know why someone would put powered by apple on a site unless you are getting a commision on it I would remove it looks very amauter when you put such things on a site. The copyright is all that should be on the bottom. Bottom line no one cares if you build the site on a PC or Mac only that it works good and looks good. Thats my two cents.
Hopefully the designers will not take it personal. I know they must have put alot of time into this so I am not trying to bring them down. I only felt I should post this to make them aware of a few minor things. Being an Art Director/ Web Designer myself I get alot worse comments and always striving for better.

Also some of the links do not work. Just curious as to what links you find are not working. I tested the links now and they seem to be working for me. A few of the menus have sub menus only, so maybe thats what you are referring to.

Just looked real quick. Inside Toms Brain and Promoters Only, the drop down menu shows but you can't click on any of those links.

Hey guys,
Yeah that is what I was refering to was the submenus. Some dont work or dont let you select them. I figured that maybe these pages were not completed and may just be place holders for the time being.
