In Fantasy Football fans...
In a classic battle, the South Park Cows made a huge comeback Monday Night as The Patriots defense, and Ben Watson helped crush Chester Taylor and the Mt. Pleasant Jazz 102-85 in our family league.
The 5-3 Cows are now tied for first in thier division and running mad on a 4 game winning streak...
strong fans.

The Cows is a much cooler name than the Jazz, anyway (although I understand the reason Payback picked that). Kind of like George Carlin wanting to root for the Cincinnati Mice.
All I want to know is where can I get my Cows jersey and how much is it going to cost me.

in other news, my cousin is now totally pissed-off at me for denying a Tiki Barber for Bulger trade and instead trading Tiki, Brandon Jacobs, Jake Delhomme, and Brett Favre for Tom Brady, Chad Pennigton and Leon Washington to his friend in our family league...
my other backs are Willie Parker, Kevin Jones (starters) and Edgerrin James (no.1 back-up)...
I wasn't crazy about dealing Favre but Brady is the stud QB my team needs...I'm pumped.
strong.

Looks like you gave away a bit Swarm, but you had some RB depth and have a nice upgrade at QB with that trade. Who are your receivers? How many teams is this? (I'm guessing 8 or 10)

(I'm guessing 8 or 10) My starting receivers are Houshmanzadeh and Hines Ward. Doug Gabriel is my no. 1 back-up. I'll need to add another receiver from FA tonight... it's a 12 man league. Not a keeper.

Hmmmm, tell me what you think about this trade I just offered to my brother in our family league.
I am very weak at WR (Chris Chambers, Braylon Edwards, Reggie Williams, Keyshawn Johnson, the struggling Chad Johnson and Donald Driver). Looks decent on paper, but we have to start 4 WR and I needed another stud in that group so I proposed the following trade .....
I would give up Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Keyshawn Johnson and Erron Kinney for Carson Palmer, Roy Williams and Chris Cooley.
Any thoughts? Please hurry so I can cancel the trade before he see's it in case I'm being a fool.

Roy Williams is a stud but I'm not sure I'd give up Brady for Palmer, or really anyone, especially in a keeper.

Damn, you have that team in a 12 team league. Very nice! One more receiver and you are set for a nice playoff run. Good luck. To Goodzilla, its a good upgrade at receiver, but a downgrade at QB, especially when you consider the Pats upcoming schedule. You are probably better off staying with your current roster.

I picked up Chris Henry from CINCI to back-up Housh at WR. I'm thrilled.

Roy Williams is a stud but I'm not sure I'd give up Brady for Palmer, or really anyone, especially in a keeper. Well we can only keep one player from year to year and for my team that is ALWAYS Tomlinson. We have to start 2 QBs each week and I know I would be sacrificing some points with Brady. I was thinking Carson Palmer should turn things around, plus I have Chad Johnson so that would be double points. And I wanted Roy Williams because my other quarterback that I start is Jon Kitna. It doesn't matter anyway though because I got cold feet and cancelled the trade. I just can't part with Brady. Go Blue.Oh and for those of you keeping track at home ... my team, Hurricane Ditka is currently in 1st place in our Champions of the Galaxy league. Ironically thanks to Tom Brady's performance on Monday night.

Swarm, you are set for a championship run now. We have a keeper rule in my league (16 teams) but it works a bit differently, so there is no hording of the top tier guys, and rewards smart drafting. You are allowed to keep one guy from your previous year's team but you have to give up your pick 4 round higher than where he was drafted the previous year (player has to be on your roster at the end of the year). Last year I drafted Larry Johnson in the 6th round, so this year it cost me my second round pick to keep him. Well worth it last weekend. Too bad I drafted Cadillac in the 1st.

For the record, Swarm was bailed out by Ben Watson. He didn't think he had a chance before Monday Night as I was ahead by about 13 pts. Chester Taylor having about 40 total yards didn't exactly help me.
