To out shocking amazement , to find out this week . We (Me & Suzanne) has been blamed as been "Cat Nappers" . Please let me explain .The flat opposite the owner has two cats . One of the cats especially is very skinny and under weight . We have become very friendly with these cats . Started to allow them into your place . One will sleep for hours on the top of our bed . The other cat is happy just sitting (next to me) on the settee arm , while I play Galaxy cards . We have bought the cats some treats (food) . We put the treats down for them , with some milk . This has been going on , for up to two months . The owner of the flat opposite knew we were doing this . Now she has sent us a letter claiming we are cat nappers . Keeping the cats prisoner in our flat , with no means of escape (via doors or/and windows) . Force feeding the cats , giving them food that is making them ill . We have been reported to the RSPCA ( animal rights group for cruelty) . If this was true . Then why do the cats sit outside our door (crying) , wanting to come inside . Surely no animal or human would want to go inside somewhere , where they could be abused ? . Why did the cats want to spend hours in ours and NOT the real owner place ? . None of this abuse , is true at all . We are very upset about it all . Suzanne plans to go to the police and seek there advice . Sadly we will no longer , allow the cats into our flat .

Report the owner to the RSPCA and to the police. Explain to the police that you are just trying to cover your arse in case something comes up.
