As some of you know (a couple first-hand), we are starting to issue temporary bans on a more frequent basis (compared to previous efforts; ideally bannings will not be "frequent" at all) in order to reinforce the rules that we've set forth.
However, the system is imperfect. If anyone receives a notice that you have been banned (usually when you try to log in) that you believe is in error, please email either myself or one of the other mod staff. If it was a legit ban, we will explain why and when it will expire (if the message didn't say so). If it was not, we will do everything we can to correct the problem -- usually related to IP addresses -- and get you back to the community ASAP.
