You a mortgage broker Rob? LOL. Never saw you as a suit and tie man Beaubien. Thought a Mickey D's uniform was more your speed bro. You'll have to step up your game as this ain't kids stuff or rolling dice. Anything that gets you away from this board and on your feet again though is a step in the right direction.
A successful mortgage broker works 6 days a week, 60 hours on average. Get ready for heavy travel time and paper chasing. You'll be overwhelemed with clients prospecting, in person visits, and changing laws and interest rates. It can be an untold amount of stress but if you can hack it Rob you can realistically bring in 6 figures your first year. It can be done but you'll have to really buckle down and grow up fast..
Going in Rob you'll need a MORTGAGE CALCULATOR, not the type you used back in junior high. Learn how to caluculate interest, principal and time BEFORE starting. Also be prepared to go about six weeks with little to no income. You'll get paid on commission which takes time to hit. Most companies do offer a draw but that could see you leave in debt (and your credit is bad enough as it is).
It'll be good for you and is a step forward from we're you're at now. Good luck bud.

Those are easily the most backhanded pieces of advice I've ever seen.

I don't mind criticism of anyone, but at the very least...register and be a man. Don't hide behind the guest label.
But sorry Swarm, it's a funny feud to watch! I think you can handle him though Rob. ;D
