So this thread gave ya Icon status huh? ;D no this was the thread I put up when I saw that I hit icon status...I was kinda drunk and tried to see if I could come up with something to say in every thread (kinda just playing a game) that was something worthwhile, then I saw that I was closing in on 1000 posts...so I went for it.

It will be a happy, happy day for me when someone breaks 5,000...
But I installed a threshold between ICON and that one, too, so happy posting.

Pete, consider only 180 something posts a good thing! It means you have a life. I look at my nearly 600 and go, where's my life?!?!

Pete, consider only 180 something posts a good thing! It means you have a life. I look at my nearly 600 and go, where's my life?!?! Just because someone has a lot of posts doesn't mean they don't have a life... I happen to work as a personal trainer, so I have a computer with me or around me all day (at home, and at the gyms)...When I'm posting it's usually in-between clients or in-between designing programs with word. I also am a night owl, so I enjoy posting when I'm watching TV... too many times I see threads with over 100 "views", but few "posts"... I would say this is a lack of creative input, or lack of anything worth-while, intelligent, or interesting to say on the "viewers" part, rather than the people who do take the time to post having "no life". swarm

Swarm, that was a joke. I was making fun of myself!
I love when people post on here! It makes me mad seeing people not posting more. I like to get ideas, opinions about different feds!

LOL at Rob Beaubien. Don't take the 'no life' thing personally Swarm. It's just that it's silly for you to be posting in the Announcement section just to brag about how many posts you have.
I think people wonder how old you are because you tend to post and act like a 10 year old which is cool if that's who you are. Usually you bragging about YOURSELF through the Swarm character you've invented.
Pointing out in good fun that your post times range from early morning to mid afternoon to late at night shows maybe you ARE spending a little too much time here. Your also taking this too seriously if you have to get defensive about a good nature joking around about it. It's just a message board dude.
Just sayin' Rob.

You also have your "GREATEST FED IN THE GALAXY" thread, which you update an insane amount of times, to rocket up your post count. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just pointing it out.

What are all the Thresholds??? Me i am still stuck in the main events...doesn't that suck? I believe I set the inital tiers quite low, with only 25 posts needed to bring you from "Undercard Bum" to "Curtain Jerker". From there 50 should be enough for "Midcarder", and 100 earns "Main Eventer". After that I think 500 crosses into "Superstar" and 1,000 delivers ICON status. Beyond that... there's one somewhere between ICON and 5,000 (which is currently the highest, and I don't forsee ever making a 10K threshold), but I'll leave exactly where as a mystery until someone hits it. Mods: if you want to know, you can check the "modfy rankings" section of the administrative page -- but no telling.

I have looked at peoples feds that they post on here with like 50 posts, and about 48 of the posts are the people that start the thread. Now that will bring up your # of posts big time.

Just asking coward. *sigh*, you know what, never mind. I don't care who you are. 1) I wasn't bragging about how many posts I have. The title, SWARM IS AN ICON, and my response "it was only a matter of time fans" is a thinly-veiled compliment to the GWF character itself.... That is why it wasn't called "I AM AN ICON"... but I don't expect you to understand the psychological charm of a 10 year old... 2) Thanks for reading my fed. Saying I brag about myself through Swarm is a super compliment. Hopefully one day your fed will be just as thrilling...I refuse to hide the fact that I have friends in, and and through this game... If my story-lines cross an un-comfortable barrier with you, don't [censored] read it... 3) Paying attention to the times of the day and night I post is a little scary...now I see why you post under a guest name, and not your normal handle. 4) Don't act like you know me, because you don't. You only know my name. swarm

I don't consider many posts to be a sign of a lack of a life. I have 600 sum last I checked and I don't think that I post an insane amount of times. I certainly don't look at myself as having no life. I have a full time job, am a student with alot of homework, and I have a girlfriend (and we all know how much time they take). I too am a night owl and tend to ,just like Swarm, post while watching tv. And just because Swarm keeps fed thread updated does not mean anything but he is dedicated. I wish that I did the same with my fed. I am way behind on my postings for it.
