LWPD (this was from a video package selling HHH's turn on Ric Flair circa 2005...Hunter is an underrated promo man who's effectiveness is often weakened due to overexposure...here his delivery is stellar and his tone is credible...another great assist by the incredible WWE Production team)
"Ric Flair to me....was the greatest wrestler in history....that's why I was so excited when he came here four years ago...I was thrilled...until I saw him...he was a shell of a man...I reached down...and I pulled him up...I let Ric Flair stand in my light...and standing by my side...Ric Flair 'appeared' to be great again..."
-this was a very well executed promo which actually saw Hunter 'put Flair over' in their revenge match...there is such an over-flow of accelerated pro wres television content in the modern era that even the best WWE angles and matches can easily get lost in the shuffle and become forgotten
