Rick Rude/Arsenio Hall Showtinyurl.com/2phapm LWPD (this was from the Arsenio Hall show circa Summer of '90...this appearance was designed to plug the upcoming cage title match between Rude and WWF World Champion Ultimate Warrior at Summerslam....this is a reminder of just how well RR came off in mainstream media gigs...Rude was a tragic figure because he had so much potential...that due to injury and death...was left unfulfilled...had he emerged in the pro wres market of today he would have possessed all the ideal performance qualities needed to rise to the upper echelon...RIP) You always won, every time you placed a bet You're still damn good No ones gotten to you yet Every time they were sure they had you caught You were quicker than they thought You'd just turn your back and walk

one of my favorites of all time. As I look back at some of the old arena reports from the Warrior/Rude swing in 1990 they almost all say Rude was getting a fair share of cheers, his charisma was undeniable.

thanks for throwing that clip up there LWPD. That's a classic. Bobby Heenan was always one of my favorite heels as far as his verbal bashing skills. It breaks my heart to see him now in the condition that he's in. Great clip!!
