Today I watched Halloween Havoc 1989 on WWE 24/7. Even though there were problems with the electricity in the main event thunder dome cage match (as Terry Funk referred to in his book that I read over the summer), this was the first time I got to see this PPV and I liked it.
The matches included:
The thunder dome cage main event of Ric Flair and Sting vs Terry Funk and Great Muta
Road Warriors vs the Skyscrapers
Steiners vs Doom
Lex Luger defending his United States Championship against Brian Pillman (an awesome match that is also on my Brian Pillman DVD that the WWE released a couple of years ago),
The Freebirds (Michael Hayes and Jimmy Garvin) vs Dynamic Dudes
Tommy Rich vs Cuban Assassin
The Samoans (managed by LOW's Sir Oliver Humperdink) vs the Midnight Express and Steve Williams
Tom Zenk vs Mike Rotunda
If you have WWE 24/7, I recommend watching this.

I just watched it. Brought back some memories. One problem I had was the video kept cutting out and stopping on my cable. So I didn't actually get to see the final of the main event. But it was good to see some old school havoc.
