Finley Debut/Attack On Regaltinyurl.com/22h7nu LWPD (this was from WCW circa early '96...the start of an usual program where established heel Lord Steven (today William) Regal is attacked by the debuting Belfast Bruiser (today known as Fit Finley)...the justification for this attack was seemingly intertwined with the historic state of geopolitics in Northern Ireland...an improbable sell for the average American pro wres fans to connect with...especially given the fact that there was no attempt to develop the Belfast Bruiser as a substantive or at least sympathetic character...other than tying him to a deep hatred of 'English pigs')
"This man is paying...for four hundred years...for what England has done to my country...this English pig will pay..." -David 'Fit' Finley expounds upon his theories on recovering social justice...while Regal plays his Anglo Saxon victim It's the same old theme Since 1919 In your head, in your head they're still fighting With their tanks and their bombs And their bombs and their guns In your head, in your head, they are dying -The Cranberries 'Zombie'

I loved Regal's heel run in WCW. True, the feud makes sense from a history standpoint but, why would anyone else care. Good one WCW.
Also I know that Regal had several seconds after, Sir William Dundee left the company. Is that man in the powdered wig, Jeeves?
I remember laughing one time as Regal literally kicked Jeeves down the rampway before a PPV.
