Anyone have a link or understanding on how payouts worked in the old Territorial areas Handshake deals, money was based on how well the gate drew. No contracts... From what I've understood, and I know it was in Memphis, they worked the TV tapings for free because that was used to draw money on the house show circuit |

From what I learned by listening to Dusty Rhodes, it was important to win in order to get to the Pay Windah.
