Muraco/Fuji Comedy Acttinyurl.com/2u5qzt LWPD (this was from the old Tuesday Night Titans show on the USA Network circa '87...purposely 'bad' pro wres comedy gold...Muraco was one of the greatest mic workers of all time and could adapt to any role...look for cameos by an all star cast of Lord Alfred Hayes, Mean Gene Okerland, Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan) Bobby Heenan: "I enjoyed that...you notice the delivery...how it flowed...they didn't step on each others lines...they were just great...just great...did you hear the one about the gorilla and the banana...?"
Gorilla Monsoon: "You're sick...you're a really sick person...mentally I'm talking about...if you think that was good...you thought that was funny?...it's obvious to me neither one of them can read..."
Bobby Heenan: "Read...they did that off the top of their heads...they didn't read nothing..."
Gorilla Monsoon: "Off the top of their heads?...you are a sick person...you need help..."-classic back and forth banter between the late great Gorilla Monsoon and the incomparable Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan during what once seemed to be a much simpler time from the outside looking inWhat do you think you'll do then I bet that'll shoot down your plane It'll take you a couple of vodka and tonics To set you on your feet again -Elton John 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road'

Fuji and Muraco were great together. Please tell me someone has a pre-match promo from Sat. Nite's Main Event with Muraco getting ready to take on Richard "The Rebel" Slater and Fuji busts out, " I wish I were in the land of cotton, old times their were never forgotten, look away, look away, look away Dixieland!" Priceless.

Muraco was a terrific entertainer. Great heel presence in the great, great mic skills, great look... the guy was cool and a real coup for Legends of Wrestling IMO.

I don't know why...usually I love Fuji and Muraco, but that wasn't clicking. I'll try it again another time though and maybe I'll like it better.
