Sad stuff...Fritz should be blamed for all his sons' deaths. He seemed like a domineering beast, even in interviews and such, he was always in control of them...The documentary of world class also seemed to show Kevin speaking about his dad as if fritz was still controlling his life and kevin was careful to stick up for him even in death.

this is in the new wrestling bablyon book along with a few other great stories. The more I read about Fritz the more it all seems logical it all turned out the way it did

I remember posting this same article a while back on the old board. Author Irv Muchnick also did an explosive piece on the Jimmy Snuka/Nancy Argentino controversy that no one else back then dared to touch. Both articles were fairly high end for the time frame. Eventually Irv disappeared from covering the pro wres scene entirely for quite a few years. For those who enjoy his writing style...Muchnick is the author of the recently released Wrestling Babylon You can learn more about his philosophy on the state of the pro wres industry through a slew of media appearances that can be found here. An interesting guy.

I guess he has also been contracted to write a book about the Benoit situtation. Most books with a short turnover after something like this are truly lacking ( "Elliott Smith and the big nothing" being an example). I'm hoping Irv is given the freedom and time to write the book as he sees fit.
