Robert Fuller always impressed me as a good worker with credible size and tremendous charisma. Looking back it's surprising RF never had a run in the WWF...he would have been a potentially great manager/wrestler ala Piper. The Col. Parker type gimmick was hand made for the mid 80's/early 90's era of what VKM was then focusing on.
