Here are a few things poeple might want to know
1-The WWE have recently signed up Jake Roberts and John "Earthquake" Tenta for the $10,000 legends deal for the 24/7 project. They now have over 20 former stars under similar deals.
COMMENT:This could be bad news for Tom and the LOW as if they signed WWE Contracts he probably sign them unless they already agreed to it which I hope
2-"The Exotic One" Adrian Street married his long-time girlfriend Miss Linda yesterday at the Cauliflower Alley Club reunion in Las Vegas. Many always assumed the couple were already married as they've been together
for around 35 years. They were married by Father Jason "Wolflman" Sanderson and best man was Street's childhood hero Don Leo Jonathon.
3-The Wrestle Reunion website is teasing a match between Bruno Sammartino and Larry Zbyszko for the next fan convention scheduled Aug 26-28 at the
Valley Forge Convention Plaza, King of Prussia, PA. Should this go down this would be Sammartino's first match since coming out of retirement in 1985 to team with Hogan against King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang. Those who spoke to him at the first Wrestle Reunion event say he is in great shape for 69. Confirmed matches for the wrestling card already include
Greg "The Hammer" Valentine vs. Tito Santana
Don & Joe Muraco vs. Bob & Brad Armstrong
Mick Foley, Terry Funk, and Dory Funk Jr. vs. The
Midnight Express. More on this event can be found at
www.wrestlereunion.com
COMMENTS:Who is Joe Muraco? Great to Wrestlereunion is coming down to my area and hopefully I can make the convention
4-The Rock is scheduled to start filming "Gridiron Gang" in California next month. The movie is about a probation officer (Rock) who coaches a team of ex-convicts. Rapper Xzibit (MTV's Pimp My Ride) will co-star. Rock is also rumored to be in negotiations to do an upcoming Disney movie...
