I just finished speaking with my friend, Shane Douglas about his June Extreme Reunion Show and Convention that he is promoting with ECW Founder, Tod Gordon and TNA's Jeremy Borash.

I had immediately agreed to appear on Shane's show weeks ago when it was just an idea he was considering.

The Extreme Reunion, which will be taped for DVD release, was originally scheduled for Saturday night June 11 at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia which is the night before the rumored WWE ECW pay-per-view in New York.

However, Combat Zone Wrestling has Saturday June 11 booked at the former ECW Arena and despite Shane offering to pay CZW's rent to change dates, CZW refused.

Therefore, the Extreme Reunion is now scheduled for Friday June 10 at 9PM at the former ECW Arena is should feauture every major former ECW star not currently under a WWE contract.

This would include TNA wrestlers Shane Douglas, Raven, Jerry Lynn and Chris Candido as well as The Sandman, Sabu, Bam Bam Bigelow, Terry Funk and many, many more former ECW stars.

To summarize, I will be appearing at and calling Shane Douglas' Extreme Reunion. I will not be appearing at WWE's rumored ECW pay-per-view.

Add Justin Credible, Bill Alfonso, Terry Funk and Sabu to the list of confirmed stars for Shane Douglas' organized ECW reunion event from the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA on Friday 6/10.

Others slated to appear are Francine, Tracy Smothers, Johnny Grunge, JT Smith and Pitbull Gary Wolfe.

Bad news for the WWE has this means no Sabu or Terry Funk for their show

Last I heard is that Sabu can not phisically compete because of back problems and will just be making an appearance at the show

USA Xtreme Wrestling announced in a press release earlier this evening that former ECW World champion Sabu will return to the ring for the first time since last summer at the 5/21 UXW event in Old Bethpage, New York at Skate Safe America. That show will also feature Sandman vs. Raven in a Steel Cage plus UXW champion Balls Mahoney, Billy Gunn, D'Lo Brown, Al Snow, Sonny Siaki, Justin Credible, UXW Xtreme champion Primetime Elix Skipper, Trinity, Chris Candido, Tammy Lynn Sytch, and more to be announced.
