on TBS, back in the 80's....what was the place that they held that show every saturday? Was it a studio number? was it a different place every week?

I know that it was in Atlanta and it was the same place every week. I just don't know where.

Center Stage in Atlanta. They used to give away free tickets every week. That place isn't there anymore though. They changed the name and completely remodeled it. I forget what the new name is.

Well, if you're talking about Jim Crockett promotions "World Championship Wrestling" on Saturday nights (6:05 PM, EST), then in the 80's it was held at a studio on Techwood Drive in Atlanta. I believe that in the early 90's it was moved to the Center Stage Theatre, still in Atlanta but a completely different facility.
As for the syndicated "World Wide" show, I believe that it was taped in Greenville SC, at least for the early part of the 90's.
