Ken Timbs, who had a long career that started in Georgia Championship Wrestling and led to appearances around the world, passed away late Saturday night.
According to a post at WrestlingClassics.com, Timbs had been ill for quite some time and passed away last night.
Timbs started out in Georgia Championship Wrestling and moved on to several southern territories over the next few years. Timbs formed a tag team in Southwest Championship Wrestling with Eric Embry and had a successful run as the Fabulous Blondes. Timbs then met up with the man he called his "best partner", Dusty Wolfe, and formed the Hollywood Blondes. In Mexico, Timbs wrestled as Fabuloso Blonde and beat Lizmark for the World Light Heavyweight Title.
