2.Dirty Harry(1972)- Clint Eastwood is my fav actor and this is my fav movie by him. His "Do you feel lucky" monologue s classic You know, that, along with "Luke, I am your father", are two of the top misquoted phrases in movie history. Neither were actually said in those movies, but people have been paraphrasing them for decades and now they're just accepted as the actual lines. "Beam me up, Scotty" from Star Trek is another popular example. ANYWAY, I was glad to see someone else list THE all time greatest movie..... The BIG LEBOWSKI(edit) BUBBA HO-TEP(end edit) Enter The Dragon Reservoir Dogs Highlander They Live One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest Clerks Cheech And Chong's Up In Smoke Evil Dead ...... No Holds Barred

the actual line from DH is "Do I feel lucky...well do you PunK?" And of course from Empire Vader says..."No, I am your father!"

the actual line from DH is "Do I feel lucky...well do you PunK?" And of course from Empire Vader says..."No, I am your father!" Exactly. We both know that, being fans of the movies in question, but a lot of people don't. It's just easier to recite the "sort of" quote. I blame the nihilists.

I havent seen Kentucky Fried Movie in ages and it's not because of a lack of trying to find it either. that bad eh ? Oh no, it's bleeping brilliant! It is one of the classic 70's comedies, and it remains funny to this day! It is the early work of the Zucker Brothers (Airplane, Police Squad), and they do things in this movie you can't get away with anymore. The skits are completely over the top and have really made an influence on comedic movies. If you can find it, get it!

Unbreakable's pretty cool. For anime I really liked Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away as well as Steamboy (which I saw for the first time yesterday). Favorite Jackie Chan movie is probably Legend of Drunken Master (the second version, haven't seen the original). Rumble in the Bronx got me excited about Jackie Chan. Another favorite horror movie is From Dusk Til Dawn and any of the Kurt Russell/John Carpenter movies I'll watch over and over again. As a lot of you know I'll watch just about anything with a zombie in it as well.

yeah, saw Zombi. The copy I saw was called "Zombie Flesh Eaters" though but it still had the splinter in the eye scene and zombie vs. shark. Lucio Fulci is one gross European.

Desperado (Antonio Banderas rocks!) Pulp Fiction The 40-year-old Virgin Godzilla: Final Wars (possibly the best sci-fi movie of all time!) the Big Hit (very under-rated movie) King Kong (2005) Interview with the Vampire the Outsiders (man, I can't believe no one has mentioned this movie yet) Kentucky Fried Movie (Big Jim Slade!!!!!!!!) Super Troopers
