Yeah, I saw the trailer for this when I went to see The Departed last weekend. I agree, 300 looks awesome!
It's possible Frank Miller will have both 300 and Sin City 2 released in 2007.

its crazy how much I hated previews at movies when I was a kid but LOVE them now as an adult... sorry just thinking out loud. So whats 300 about b/c I dont get to the movies anymore, new baby...

Battle of Thermopylae. (in this movies) 300 Spartan warriors holding off one million-plus Perisans in a mountainous pass. Great heroics and sacrifice. Military Tactics over sheer numbers. Leonidas as one my new favorite historical bad azzes. The acually battle included 300 Spartan and 700 volunteer soldiers (Thebans) to the Force against Several Hundred thounds of Persians. |
