Matthew McGrory dead at 32

I liked Big Fish, and when I saw that the "giant" from it had died I checked out the above link. While reading it, I saw that McGrory was working on an Andre the Giant biopic and thought that, if the movie gets released (the article never mentioned if it was completed or not), McGrory's own death would be a very sad coda to it.

I read a USA Today article that said the movie was not fully completed, but it would be finished and released by year's end. The circumstances McGrory's death are eerily intriguing, indeed.

I hadn't event heard about his passing until reading this thread. I've actually met McGrory- he used to be a bouncer at a local bar. I don't have anything but good things to say about him. I'm sorry to hear that he's gone.

I never saw him in a movie but I have seen him on the Maurey Show. He seemed like a friendly guy and it sad to hear that he passed away recently

I hope they finished the Andre the Giant movie before he passed
