I got the Chewbacca with C-3PO in one of my boosters today. This is probably the most detailed figure I have to date. I also got the Huge Crab Droid which I just thought was another sweet looking figure.
My friend and I played a few games, but since I don't have enough figures yet we ended up having to make it illegal for either one of us to use the Darth Maul. Whoever used him won everytime. I need to buy more I'm addicted!!

Pittbull and I are getting some Bounty Hunters at the end of the month...We'll see what we get...Glad you like it though...Just remember, "Moderation"... ;D

I used to play when the game first came out. I had a friend who was BIG into SW and we played together and such. When he moved, I kind of fell away from the game. Began to rediscover the joys of painting the minis yourself. Now I swear by Privateer Press (screw you GW!) which, once their line of paint comes out this month, will be the only minis I buy. At least of that type, I still play PotSM.
Star Wars was cool, but then the price went up and all the good figs where way to hard to get and when I tried to play in tournies I could never win becasue I didn't have them. Kind of like WotC's otehr big hit, Magic. I see a patern here. But anyway, I might look into the starship battles game they are talking about, but other than that no more SW Minis for me.

Reaper does have some nice minis
I dislike the way that games are that if you playa certain army of ahve a certain figure, you will do well in tourneys. But that is the nature of the beast.

While Reaper does have great minis, their paints where second to my original faveorite Citidel. Now with Formula P3 I can be rid of all things GW in my house for good AND have the "official" paint of my favorite game.
And I always wanted an SWM army of nothing but the beasts. Rankor, Ackly, Nexu, that rhino thing I can never remember, and a Young Kryat Dragon. Maybe throw in that beast keeper guy from Ep. 6 if he has a figure. That would punch my ticket.

Reek...And no, the Rancor Keeper deosn't have a mini yet... Exar Kun however does a nice job, but if he's out of your point range, a Nightsister Sith Witch (Uncommon, Universe) removes Savage and thus allows you to use your beasts as normal characters...  Exar Kun adds Momentum and Jedi Hunter to Savage minis though...Used with any of the ones you mentioned (not to mention Gundarks) it's harsh...Not much better than a Young Krayt Dragon doing 70 damage to Darth bane..  |

As For Best Character thus far, mine has to me Anakin Skywalker Sith Apprentice. Good fig, nice stats and just fun to place.
Now if he only had "Execute Order 66" and you could have the Clone Version of Vader's Fist, that would be sweet!

So guys, just to warn...End of the month I'm getting a couple cases of Bounty Hunters... Assuming we get most of what we want out of there I'll follow up with a couple pre-Christmas cases of Champions of the Force...
I was excited when I found out I could get them so I figured I'd post it... ;D
