. . . Any good, table top football games out there? I have a copy of Battle Bowl (futuristic football game that's pretty fun but kind of repetetive), and I used to have Grid Iron, a great football card game that fizzled into obscurity.
Are there any other table top or RPG football games out there? I'm looking for something that actually plays like football. Any ideas?

Blood Bowl, maybe? It predated Battle Bowl by many years, though it is "fantasy football", complete with orcs and elves and such.
Made by Games Workshop.

Blood Bowl is indead cool. One of my favorite games. I hear that Wizkids may be making a football clix game. But don't quote me on that. Big Time.

If you're looking for a realistic, statistically accurate game, you can always try Strat-o-matic. I'm a big fan of the baseball game, and the football game is fairly enjoyable too.

Bloodbowl rocks! I've been playing since mid-80's and I will whip anyone's a$$ in the game...the Hammers of Hashut are da bombdizzle! Three seasons have won the Spike, Chaos, and Bloodbowl trophies...I am great!
