I'd be interested in hearing how anyone plays out a Triple Threat Match or a Fatal Four-Way.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just use the Tirion Triple Threat rules for the 3-way, and with 4-ways have run it almost like a tag team match, where the wrestler on defense can tag one of the other two guys in. Would be interested in how people run their MITB matches, especially those that include 5 or 6 competitors.

Triple Threat, I use the COTG chart.
For fatal 4 way, I have the guys pair off, fight for awhile, and then switch them up. Sometimes I'll take the 2 guys on offense at the time and switch their opponents to the 2 guys on defense.
Once a guy is pinned, I go to the Tirion Triple Threat Chart, then a 1 - on - 1 match.
