Ok this was inspired by NWA TNA's X Cup shows over the last few months.
So for the CPC it's a 4 on 4 gauntlet of matches. A team with less than 4 members is permitted to borrow a member from it's closest allied team or an independent. Each member needs to be given a number. Strongest team member should be no.1 and weakest should be no.4. Memeber no.1 is the team captain
Round 1 includes 4 singles matches and here's the rolls for that. Each memeber of team 1 will roll on the chart:
2-3: face member no.4 3-5: face member no.3 6-8: face member no.2 9-11: face member no.1 12: choose opponent
Round 2 includes 2 tag team bouts and here are the rolls to determine teams and opponents:
Partners (this depends on your number, for the 5-8 roll take the no.2 guy if you are team member 3 or 4 and take member no. 3 if you are member 1 or 2)
2-4: team with lowest team member 5-8: team with middle ground team member 9-11: team with highest team member 12: choose partner
Opponents (team one will always have the team captain on it)
2-6: face team no. 1 7-11: face team no. 2 12: choose opponent
Round 3 is a survivor series match with all the members of the teams.
Pinfall = 1 point. So the highest a team can score for the Colby Cup is 10. 4 pts. from singles + 2 pts. from tag + 4 pts. from SS eliminations.
In case of a tie the team captains will meet in a cosmic cage match.

Cool to see someone else got inspired by this. I've only been able to read the summaries of the matches, but I made up the Galaxian Nova Cup, with representatives from GWF, CPC, bootleg fed, and possibly WGX because of it. I've yet to run the first one, because I'm just getting my bootleg fed in order. I didn't think of setting it up the way you did. I like your way of deciding matches. Cool. I'll definitely give this a shot when I can get my tournament situated.
