For this TNA board. No one has posted here in a week. Not a good sign. What TNA could really use is another Chris Harris/James Storm match. Oh, they're doing that again, great How about another X division triple threat with the champ going up against two worthless turds. Wait, they've got that too. I don't know, I really would like to see two really crappy tag teams go up against each other. Wow, that too. Incredible, the only thing that would close the deal and make me purchase the PPV is if they tried to turn a universally loathed heel into a face. Man, this PPV has got it all. TNA Sacrifice: It's Craptastic

Honestly, I don't understand people's need to rag on TNA so much.
As a wrestling fan, I think it would be best for the business to have two (or more) very strong companies to increase competition and improve the quality of the product on both sides.
Even though I am more of a fan of ROH, and TNA, I watch WWE fairly consistently and I always hope to see good matches. I would like it if every federation consistently put on a good product and I will never dance on the grave of one fed in favor of another.

Honestly, I don't understand people's need to rag on TNA so much. I'm not ragging on anything. Just pointing out another awful PPV. It'd be great if TNA was good but it blows. This PPV lineup is just pitiful. Christian Cage vs. Sting vs. Kurt Angle NWA World Tag Team champions Team 3D (Ray and Devon) vs. Tomko and Scott Steiner and Latin American Xchange (Homicide and Hotstuff Hernandez w/Konnan & Machete) Three Way Match World X Division champion Chris Sabin vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal Texas Death Match James Storm vs. Chris Harris Robert Roode (w/Ms. Brooks) vs. "King of the Mountain" Jeff Jarrett Voodoo Kin Mafia (Kip and BG James) vs. Basham and Damaja (w/Christy Hemme) Since I haven't had the stomach to watch much lately: Where's AJ, Where's Daniels, Where's Fat Joe? I don't remember hearing them being injured and don't see Rhino either (not that that's a bad thing). I'm not "dancing" on the grave of one federation over the other, just having fun with how bad TNA has become. If TNA were any good how come you or anyone else have not posted here in a week. With booking like this it is a matter of time before TNA goes under.

With booking like this it is a matter of time before TNA goes under. Couldn't they work in another triple-threat match somehow? Or maybe throw in a four-way dance with the guys you mentioned just for variety. I desperately wanted TNA to work. Competition is a good thing. But even with Christian and Angle signing on, there isn't enough there to overcome the terrible booking. I was watching Impact every week for a while..... but I've been letting my DVR delete most of the episodes the last couple of months without even watching them (since the ones I do watch have been uninspiring to say the least). Not hating... but no unconditional love either.

I wanted TNA to work and I continue to watch it because it's an hour of wrestling and DVR makes it a breeze to watch. But it can be painful. There remain things -- more to the point, wrestlers -- that I like there....but it's spiralling down in a hurry.
The sad thing is that it would take very little effort to make it good or at least tolerable. They have a body of decent wrestlers. The inane storylines and overly gimmicky matches just are out of control.
I hope they turn it around -- but I'm not holding my breath.

The Booking is horrendous. Just horrendous. I much prefer Craptastic. Nothing quite captures the essence of it like that.

If you're pointing this out to the crowd in general, fine. If the I told you so is for me, feel free to look up any argument we had on TNA. You won't find one.

IMO Talent is not the problem with TNA. The problem is that the inmates run the asulym. The top ranking head cases in this company. Do all the thinking and promotion. When in Reality they couldn't order a pizza. They need to stop, stroke the ego week.(This week kurt, next weel cage, now it's your turn Jeff) and promote PRO WRESTLING. Develope guys we love and guys we CURSE. Lets face it we all like to yell at the TV.

ROH shall be wrestling's savior.
TNA gave it their best shot. Now it's ROH's turn.
It's too bad. Someone really should do TNA the honor and write them up a nice eulogy for their funeral. I think they deserve at least that much.

ROH shall be wrestling's savior. I think this is right on the mark. LOW inspired me to watch wrestling again. WWE's Summer of Man-Butt inspired me to turn it off. ROH reintroduced me to why I liked watching wrestling. Why Dixie hasn't joined forces with ROH is beyond me. TNA has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Sure, Russo would have to take a backseat to Cornette and Sapolsky. But how would that be a bad thing? Dixie writes a check for ROH and buys it. She keeps on the front office staff and ditches or demotes most of the TNA creative team. Then the two brands have an nWo style war to find out whether the new two-hour show will be called TNA or ROH. This could really be a chance for the ROH alums to shine and choose sides. Eventually, I would have ROH win. Ring of Honor sounds so much cooler than Total Nonstop Action. ROH also has a certifiable World Title. Unify the belts. And then you have a whole bevy of stars to choose from because the "war" itself would just be a means to create them and push new talent forward. I understand why the established stars in TNA would resist this. But really it's the only way to make TNA viable in the long run. Look at what happened to WCW. Double-J can only be King of the Mountain for so long. TNA needs a partnership with ROH a lot more than ROH needs TNA. ROH has already proven that it knows how to make stars (London/Kendrick, Joe, Styles, CM Punk, Austin Aries, etc.). TNA doesn't. It can only buy up WWE/WCW guys who are past or approaching their shelf-life. And that's coming from someone who tacitly *likes* TNA.

Uhhh, ROH is not for sale, and TNA is hardly in the economic situation to buy anything. And don't you think that TNA would completely alter the ROH product? Much better to leave Sapolsky in charge of booking on his own and let ROH selectively choose who they want on their roster. And no worries about the ROH alum on TNA's roster, they will be back in the near future or sign deals with WWE. Either way, they win and we win, and TNA is doomed.

I just watched one of those TNA updates on Youtube. They now have Shark Boy immitating Stone Cold Steve Austin. Half of me thinks it is hilarious because he really does a good impression. The other half wants TNA dead.

There's no possible way TNA survives, so we'll see some of the ROH guys back in ROH soon enough. Gabe is an awesome booker... Jarrett and Mantell would trash ROH and make it like TNA. No thanks!
