However, how long the company will continue to shell out money for very little return is going to become a question. It's really becoming WCW all over again.

I think that Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle = better storylines and bigger receipts. They certainly can't do it alone, but they are a good start. Further, if they continue to share their displeasure with the WWE at a time when it seems a lot of fans (who are not out-and-out, brainwashed marks or McMahonheads) are starting to feel the same way, it could light the fire for disgruntled fans to look elsewhere for wrestling entertainment. Now, RingsYde's no dummy. I know that the next major move TNA makes will trigger a groundswell of WWE changes and strategies to retain its place at the top of the industry. I also know that if TNA succeeds in capturing the hearts of the wrestling fan, the countdown is on for Vince's inevitable gutting of the roster, raiding of the video library and owning of the company. Just because TNA has Angle and possibly Jericho, that doesn't mean that the storylines will be better. That falls on the writing team. I hope that the 2nd paragraph of your above post is in jest. TNA has "No Chance In Hell" of de-throning Vince. Where did he say they were dethroning Vince? That second paragraph says that if they were to capture serious public support, Vince would target them aggressively and wipe them out.

Thanks, Tommy. That's exactly what I was trying to say.
