I am a big Christy Hemme fan, and I am very happy that she has signed with TNA. I am a fan based solely on her physical appearence, not her wrestling skills, but that is enough for me. More than enough...

Heck, maybe she'll even show some improvement as a wrestler as well.

Because TNA places such an emphasis on women's wrestling. Wait...no it doesn't. Not at all.

Oh I agree she definitely was showing improvement and looked like she had a good work ethic to do it as well. I thought that was a bad move on the WWE's part...

Yes, it didn't make sense for the WWE to fire her, unless there was another reason. I read a rumor that she was hitting on HHH (or had an affair with him) and that would have made Stephanie very mad. I have no proof of this rumor, but it would explain her sudden firing.

Read a rumor where? Seriously, that sounds like some Lords of Pain BS.
Maybe the WWE fired her because she was drawing a big paycheck and (not withstanding the fact that she had a great work ethic) really didn't add that much to the program. Once she did her Playboy cover and went to SD, there was really nothing for her.I thought she showed great improvement but for what she was, she just didn't justify her paycheck.

Her firing went like this:
WWE wanted to get rid of her so they sent her to OVW thinking she'd quit. Hemme was actually happy with this arrangement as she wanted to actually learn how to wrestle. She even at one point offered to take a pay cut to stay with the company but they released her anyway.

So when does Candice Michelle get the boot, following that logic? At least divas like Hemme and Maria add something with their character niches. Candice does nothing but a horrible fake orgasm that makes me think the Herbal Essence actresses are Academy Award winners.

Although she has been used prominently in a national ad campaign, whihc I'm sure is a huge bonues in the WWE's eyes. The next Divva search is on its way, so the WWe will be hiring a new wave of fairly useless females, and then firing the useless ones that are on staff at the moment. Also, lastly, Christy had no 'character,' She was spunky..that's not a character. Maria is funny and plays her role well. She brings something to the table with every segment she does. Christy played herself, ran around being very happy and energetic and fired T-shirts at the fans. Being 'happy' is not a character.

From what I seen of Christy she is going to be wasted in TNA. No wrestling required on her part. She is just eye candy as she was for Rick Steiner, Buff bagwell and Lex"I'm out of jail for the moment" Luger. There is no one for her to wrestle so all that extra training she did in OVW was not wasted. Enjoy the eye candy people cause that is all that you are going to get from her and that isn't all bad is it?

Well she could wrestle Tracy or Gail Kim who are both solid infact I believe all of the women on TNA CAN wrestle it is just a matter of TNA getting that second hour to do this. When TNA was doing its 2 hour PPV's the women were wrestling.

Don't know if I've said it before but I like Christy. Maybe its the red hair, but she's a very vibrant person on screen...and as eye candy or a wrestler valet or a wrestler or as a 'on the mic' person, she's solid. Better signing than Gail Kim and Gail is five times the wrestler Christy is.
Of course...I could be wrong...

Gail Kim was really good near the end of her WWE run with the submission holds she executed.

If they were, Molly Holly would have been hired. IMO, I don't think she's much of a looker anymore, but she is a damn good wrestler. I think you might get the occasional mixed tag-match pitting Jarrett and Gail Kim vs Sting and Jackie Gaida or Christie Hemme, or whoever.
