TNA can actually attract some big names from the WWE when their contracts expire. The main reason is the lack of touring around the world. It was a no brainer for Christian to come to TNA. He lives in Florida and he can drive to Orlando to work. A lot of wrestlers in the WWE would take less money if they didn't have to be on the road all the time. That may change in the future if TNA actually starts to make money. But for now, Vince had better watch out. When does Batista's WWE contract expire? Or Shane Michael's? etc... It will be a cold day in Hell before Shawn Michaels' leaves WWE to sign with TNA. Over time, TNA may be able to steal a guy or two, but HBK won't ever be one of them. I'm certain Batista won't be either. Well, you can never say never but I agree, it would be a long shot to ever see HBK in TNA. Benoit wouldn't be bad and it would add some credibility to the fed and maybe attract a few more viewers. You never know, a guy crosses McMahon and he's out of WWE so the only other legitimate option is TNA.

Kane....I didn't say he would go. Just mentioning someone of his calibar could end up there..not the main event guys
But, he could use Cain...Cane...if he "trademarks" them now.

What in the world would Kane do in TNA anyways. He is Kane and WWE owns that name. He could be the Christmas Creature. That's what he did the last time he wrestled for a second-rate promotion in the south.

It wasn't any cheaper than the one thrown at Austin in the Wolf thread you thought was so funny.

I'm just joking.
Actually, I am surprised anyone remembers the Christmas Creature.
I'm not defending Austin's actions, but I don't like to pass judgment on someone I don't know when I don't know what their situation is.
Have I ever drawn hands on a woman? No.
Do I condone such actions? No.
Do I know what caused the incident with Austin and Debra? No, and I'm quite sure no one else here really does either.

I thought you're not supposed to post on the TNA board anymore. After all, you're trolling whenever you say something that's critical of TNA in the forum dedicated to it.

That would really be a shame if it were true. I might not agree with everything Swarm says, but I certainly respect his opinions and it generates good discussion, not to mention he brings up a lot of valid points from a perspective that isn't necessarily representative of the workrate-loving internet crowd, which I'm assuming many of us on this thread are. I guess I should stop being so cynical of Vince McMahon else I'd be banned from the WWE board?

And it's not necessarily trolling to be critical as long as you're not being insulting about it.

Aaron-
Sorry for the confusion. That was Swarm and me joking with one another. To my knowledge, there is no one prohibited from posting in any particular section of the board.
But chill with the Vince bashing or I'll start saying your insulting fans of WWE.
That last part was a joke. I didn't put one of those smiley things at the end because I think they look dumb.

Then don't come crying to me when someone misinterpets something you didn't clearly label as not serious. That's what the emoticons are there to help clear up. :P (You can also disable the graphical ones, as I've demonstrated.)

Chris is cool, but why does it seem like a lot of things that don't need to go public with the mods sometimes go public? just asking...

Then don't come crying to me when someone misinterpets something you didn't clearly label as not serious. That's what the emoticons are there to help clear up. :P (You can also disable the graphical ones, as I've demonstrated.) I don't think I have ever "come crying" to Chris about anything. I stand by everything I say, and don't call on the mods to tell people to quit picking on me. The only conversation Chris and I have ever had that heard me complain was when a mod on this board deleted a post in which I replied to slew of insults hurled by a certain four-lettered member of this forum. The "crying" was not due to what was said about me, but that the other person's comments were allowed to stay up for a full day and mine were up for less than an hour. My complaining ceased once I expressed myself to Chris and every other moderator of this forum. My disappointment with the deletion subsided when I realized that my post had been read by the person it was addressed to, and he stopped posting on the board for a few months. Well, at least under the name he had been using. So, don't worry, Chris. I'll defend my own comments and let people know when I'm joking and when I'm serious.

It probably should have been, but given the recent history we've had with misunderstandings and misinterpretations, I thought that a public mention/reminder would be useful. I didn't mean to imply that Joe has actually "come crying" over anyhting; just grabbed a handy expresison.
