[glow=red,2,300] WWWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]ROUND 1[/glow]1. Nasty Boys ------vs------ 2. Steiner Brothers[/b][/u][/color] After a vicious beating at the hands of both Steiner brothers, Knobbs finally got the tag to Sags and things started to even out a bit. BOTH members of the Nasty Boys were now getting beaten instead of just one!! They hit the DOUBLE STEINER BULLDOG on Knobbs, but Sags managed to make the save with a shot from the top rope with the ring bell to the back of Scott Steiner's head!!! The referee was making the count so he didn't see the bell and brushed it off as simply interference. Knobbs and Sags hit their RUNNING POWERSLAM/FLYING ELBOW DROP finisher and before Rick Steiner knew what was happening, the ref made the count, giving the Nasty Boys the upset victory at 7:18 Winners: The Nasty Boys3. Rougeau Brothers ------vs------ 4. Dudley Boys[/b][/u][/color] The Dudley's both beat Jacques down for a good while before he tagged Raymond. Raymond came in and cleaned house!! He had both Dudley's on the run and was handling things exceptionally well. he tagged Jacques in for a Double Dropkick, but when Jacques was about to take over, D-Von hit him with a low blow, killing his momentum. A second later they hit Jacques with the 3-D, with D-Von knocking Raymond off the apron to prevent him form helping. The ref counted Jacques down and awarded the Dudley Boys the win at 6:49. Winners: the Dudley BoysAfter the match, the Dudleys decided that winning wasn't enough. Bubba Ray yelled for D-Von to "Get the Tables!!" They picked up Jacques, but Raymond stormed the ring to save his brother! Two on one however, the Dudley's wasted no time in hitting another 3-D, putting Raymond through a table!!! Unhindered, they set up another table and put Jacques through it with a SUPER POWER BOMB!!!!! Team 3-D showed their dominance and willingness to do whatever it takes to win (and hold) the Tag Team Titles. 5. British Bulldogs ------vs------ 6. Demolition[/b][/u][/color] A truly Epic tag team confrontation!! These two teams went at each other and held nothing back. Davey Boy was severely beaten down early on by both members of Demolition using quick tags and double team beatdowns. Dynamite finally got the tag in and fared well against both opponents, getting near falls on each, while Davey Boy recovered. Eventually however, Dynamite was in too long, and was exhusted by the time Davey Boy got the tag back in. By the end of the match, all four men were tired and Dynamite made a critical error of taking the match to the floor. Both members of Demolition beat him down outside the ring. Davey Boy was too hurt to stop Ax from pinning Dynamite after a vicious running clothesline at 21:29!! Winners: Demolition Note from Splattercat: This is the longest match I've run so far...All four guys had 4+ counters on them (21 altogether), and they'd used all their pinsaves. Harsh match... 7. Mr. Fuji and Professor Tanaka ------vs------ 8. Dino Bravo and ?-?-?-?-?-? [/b][/u][/color] Dino Bravo introduced his mystery partner as none other than the 400+ pound Earthquake!! Bravo stayed on the apron as Earthquake Dominated Tanaka and Fuji for most of the match, even going so far as to shrug off their KAMIKAZE CLOTHESLINE Finisher!! When he was done toying with them Earthquake pinned Tanaka at 10:31 with the Aftershock (avalanche in the corner). Winners: Dino Bravo and the Earthquake[glow=red,2,300]ROUND 2:[/glow]1. The Nasty Boys ------vs------ 2. The Dudley Boys[/b][/u][/color] In what would turn out to be a knock-down drag-out slugfest, both teams almost looked as though they refused to sell to one another as they shrugged off move after move. There were brawls on the outside and interference on both sides, but ultimately it would be Sags with a pair of brass knuckles knocking D-Von out cold and taking the win at 6:23. It's a fair bet that this one is far from over...... Winners: The Nasty Boys3. Demolition ------vs------ 4. Dino Bravo and Earthquake[/b][/u][/color] Earthquake would once again start the match off and do a fair number on both members of Demolition. This time however, Demolition's double teaming would quickly wear down the big Earthquake forcing not only a tag to Dino Bravo, but also his help to break several pin attempts. Although Bravo faired well against Ax, Demolition's quick tags and brutal teamwork made short work of him, and Earthquake was too worn out to help. DEMO DECAPITATION secured the win for Demolition at 9:31. Winners: Demolition[glow=red,2,300] WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS[/glow] Nasty Boys ------vs------ Demolition[/b][/u][/color] In a classic display of tag team wrestling, both of these teams proved they deserved the straps!! The Nasty Boys double teamed Smash early on, but then Demolition took over and double teamed Knobbs with Demolition Beatdowns. The match went back and forth, with both teams using similar double team tactics. Ultimately all hell broke loose with both teams brawling on the outside and eventually on the inside. Smash threw Sags into the steel post however, which left Demolition free to double team Knobbs. They did 3 successive Demolition Beatdowns before hitting the DEMO DECAPITATION for the win at 15:17!!!!! [glow=Yellow,2,300] THE WINNERS AND NEW WWWF WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: DEMOLITION!!!![/glow] *This event, by the way, also marks my 500th post... ;D

[glow=red,2,300]WWWF Card 5[/glow]
Tito Santana vs. The Honky Tonk Man Honky Tonk Man making his debut in the WWWF, Tito Santana looking to come back after his loss to Bad News Brown
Tag Team Action The British Bulldogs vs. The Steiner Brothers Both teams lost in the first round of the World Tag Team Championship Tournament, now the climb to the #1 Contender spot begins.
Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Earthquake Bam Bam has been on a losing streak so far, and with Earthquake coming into the WWWF he saw an opportunity to make a comeback in a BIG way. Bam Bam issued the challenge, and the battle of the big men is on.
Dino Bravo vs. Hercules Dino Bravo was making lots of noise about how strong he is, which is just what Hercules wanted to hear. This will be a true test of strength.
Kurt Angle vs. Owen Hart Owen has been on a roll, winning his last couple matches cleanly. However, he does stil have that one loss from the tournament. He's made the challenge to clear that up, and Kurt Angle was more than happy to oblige him.
[glow=Red,2,300]Special Interview with Bret Hart!![/glow] We've not heard from The Excellence of Execution since he won the WWWF Championship. Now Bret breaks his silence with an in-ring interview with Vince McMahon Jr. who hopes to find out Bret's future plans as WWWF Champion.
The Main Event:
Macho Man Randy Savage vs. Triple H Macho Man was outraged after Triple H PEDIGREE'D him and left him layng in the ring! Allegedly he held up WWWF owner Vince McMahon Sr. until he was forced to give him a rematch!! Will this be the last time these two meet? Find out!!

Bad News Brown has some BAD NEWS for you, WWWF! He's gonna have some gold soon!

Well, Bad News won't be challenging Bret quite yet as Bret is my Uber-Heel (putting out Sgt. Slaughter AND the Rock in the same night is hard to top) and I'm trying to keep it old-school Face vs. Heel (Angle and Triple H are still tweeners though)... However, I am building up to an Intercontinental Title tournament, which Bad News Brown will most certainly be in (and I could see him doing quite well)...Stay tuned...

[glow=red,2,300]WWWF CARD #5[/glow]
Tito Santana vs. The Honky Tonk Man Honky Tonk Man obviously came out with the intention of making an impact, and he certainly did!! After Tito whipped him into the turnbuckle, Honky Tonk grabbed his guitar and busted it over Tito's head!!!! Honky Tonk was immediately disqualified only 20 seconds into the match, but Santana was out cold! Winner by Disqualification: Tito Santana Tito showed no signs of moving as Honky Tonk gloated in the ring. EMTs rushed to check on him, and carefully carried him to the back. We'll have an update on his condition later on.
Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Earthquake Bam Bam started off strong but Earthquake quickly took over. Bam Bam used his quickness to regain control and looked ready to put the big man away when Dino Bravo ran down and attacked him from behind!! He hit his SIDE SUPLEX on him which gave Earthquake enough time to recover. Earthquake enraged, hit Bam Bam with three EARTHQUAKE SPLASHES!!! Bam Bam got his victory at 3:41, but it came at a heavy price. Winner by Disqualification: Bam Bam Bigelow
Dino Bravo vs. Hercules Hercules and Bravo came out virtual equals in this contest of strength! neither man could gain an advantage over the other and it finally spilled out to the outside. Both men ignored the referee and brawled until they were both counted out! The ref ended the match at 5:09, but even after he did so, both men continued to fight all the way to the back. Double Count Out: No Contest
Tag team action The British Bulldogs vs. the Steiner Brothers[/u][/b] Another epic showing by both teams!! The Bulldogs had the match in complete control at the start with a lengthy beating on Scott Steiner, but then Rick tagged in and took control of the match. They punished Davey Boy for a while, but then Dynamite came in on fire and started to clean house. His momentum was quickly stifled when Scott Steiner hit a FRANKENSTEINER out of nowhere!! Dynamite kicked out, but was now at the mercy of the Steiner Brothers. They hit their STEINERIZER finisher, but Davey Boy made the save. Several near-falls later Dynamite took another FRANKENSTEINER but managed to kick out!! Scott was in disbelief but still firmly in control. Dynamite was on his last legs when Scott threw him into the ropes and Dyamite hooked him in a Small Package for the upset 3 count!!! Dynamite was too badly beaten to celebrate, and Scott was in shock, but the Bulldogs literally snatched a Victory from the jaws of Defeat at 15:14. Winners: The British Bulldogs
Kurt Angle vs. Owen Hart These two put on a wrestling clinic! Both men matched each other quite well, with Angle gaining the advantage when Owen went to the mat, and Owen gaining the advantage when Angle went airborne. Eventually Angle would hit more high impact moves, and Owen would run out of steam. Angle hooked the ANKLE LOCK once, but Owen got to the ropes. Finally angle would hit a string of no less then 6 German Suplexes, bridging on the last one to take the win at 11:08. Owen was disappointed, but the standing ovation the crowd gave him made the effort worthwhile. Winner: Kurt Angle
Update: Tito Santana has been checked out and he recieved a concussion from Honky Tonk Man's Guitar. He's expected to miss a week of action while he recovers. Also Bam Bam Bigelow suffered internal injuries at the hands of Earthquake and Dino Bravo and will miss up to 2 months of action!!
[glow=Orange,2,300]Special Interview with Bret Hart:[/glow]
Bret came out to the ring to a chorus of boos. He seemed not to care so much as Vince Jr. welcomed him into the ring.
Vince: "Bret, congratulations on your hard fought victory at the Inaugural World Championship Tournament. but I have to ask you about your actions in the tournament."
Bret: "My actions?"
Vince: "Yes, most notably..."
Bret: "I won! those were my actions. What is there to question? I'm the WWWF Champion!
Vince: "Yes you are, and congratulations once more. but many have questioned the way you won the Championship, and also what happened afterward"
Bret: "Oh, you mean with The Rock? Hey, it's not my fault he has a soft head. I mean, he's half Samoan, when was the last time you saw Jimmy Snuka go down from a shot to the head. So i hit him in the head, I thought he could take it. I didn't expect him to be such a wimp about it."
Vince: "Well, for those fans that missed it, let us take you back now to the match in question."
( They play the footage form the tournament showing Bret Hart flinging The Rock hard into the steel post, and then Piledriving him on the concrete floor!! It shows the ref count the Rock out and award the match to Bret Hart. It then shows Bret using the Figure Four on the Rock around the ringpost and finally Rock being carried from the ring. )
Vince looks at Bret questioningly.
Bret: "let me tell you something, I watched the Rock's matches, I thought I had a legitimate challenge on my hands. So I didn't hold back. How was I supposed to know that he had a soft head and paper kneecaps? The Rock is supposed to be the Great One? The People's Champion? The Rock is a Nobody!! "
Vince: "Alright Bret, moving right along, do you have any thoughts on your future challengers?"
Bret: "You know, I'm looking over the competition in the WWWF and I don't really see a lot. Fact of the matter is, The Rock was the toughest guy on the roster, and he couldn't handle a fraction of what I had. I'd like to see someone, ANYONE, try to take this belt off me!!"
( Just then, a familiar music starts and Golberg steps out onto the entrance platform!!)
Goldberg: "Hey Bret!! You looking for someone to take that belt off you?! Here I am!!"
Bret: "Don't make me laugh Goldberg! You lost in the first round to the guy that I put out!! There's no way in hell you deserve a shot at my belt!"
Goldberg: "Is that a fact? Well maybe things will look better for me if I come down to that ring right now and kick your A*S!!!"
Goldberg drops the mic and starts to make his way down, but is jumped from behind by Macho man Randy Savage!!! Savage hits him in the back and sends him tumbling down the ramp towards the ring. Vince bails out as Bret casually exits the ring. A ref runs down to the ring as Savage throws Goldberg inside!! The bell rings and an impromptu match begins!!
Goldberg vs. Macho Man Randy Savage Savage attacked viciously scoring several near falls including one with the SAVAGE ELBOW, but Goldberg would not stay down. Savage had to rely on his quickness as Goldberg started to fight back, keeping him off balance while still landing high impact moves. The camera cuts to the back and shows Triple H taping up his hands for his match. He looks down at the TV in his locker room and does a double take as he sees Savage beating on Goldberg in a match. He then shrugs and starts unwrapping the tape. "Hmm. Guess I got the night off. Thanks Bill" Goldberg started to shrug off some of Savage's big moves (such as his Flying Axe Handle and piledriver), but Savage started hitting from the top rope and Goldberg couldn't recover. After Goldberg shrugged off savage's Neckbreaker Clothesline, Savage missed a running axe handle and ran right into Goldberg's SPEAR AND JACKHAMMER!!! Goldberg picked up a monumental win at 12:09. Winner: Goldberg
Goldberg roared into the camera and yelled "BRET!! YOU'RE NEXT!!" as the camera faded out.....

[glow=red,2,300]COMING UP: WWWF CARD #6!![/glow]
Shark Boy vs. Jake the Snake Roberts Newcomer Shark Boy making his first appearance in the WWWF. Will he make an impact? Or will Jake make an example of him?
Bad News Brown vs. Hercules Bad News Brown is looking for another quick win to make a name for himself. But will he be able to match the awesome power of Hercules?
Tag Team Action The Nasty Boys vs. The Dudley Boys last time these two teams met, the Nasty Boys won with teh help of some brass knucks. This time you can bet the Dudleys are ready for them, and are hungry for revenge!
Kurt Angle vs. Dino Bravo Angle had a spectacular match with Owen Hart, and seeks to rack up some more wins to get himself in the World Title picture. Bravo will have his hands full, especially since Earthquake will not be there to help him as he's been booked in the main event!!
Shawn Michaels vs. The Honky Tonk Man This promises to be a great match! We know that Michaels can go, but Honky Tonk Man hasn't really shown what he can do yet. He'd better bring his A game though, as HBK can put the lights out in a hurry!
Special Announcement by Vince McMahon Sr.!! The owner of the WWWF will address the fans with a special in-ring announcement!
THE MAIN EVENT Triple H vs. Earthquake Triple H was kinda put off that he lost his main event spot last time, so he talked with Vince Sr. who agreed. Vince decided that Earthquake has been helping out Dino Bravo a bit too much and vice versa. Maybe booking them both in matches will keep them "occupied"
Stay tuned..!!

[glow=red,2,300]WWWF CARD #6[/glow]
Shark boy vs. Jake the Snake Roberts Shark boy put on a surprise showing as he managed to keep Jake on the defensive for much of the match. Jake also surprised everyone when he broke out of his usual repertoire and landed a Piledrive on Shark Boy. Methodically he picked him up and hit the DDT for the win at 6:52. Winner: Jake the Snake Roberts.
Bad News Brown vs. Hercules in a very long match, neither man could get a decisive advantage over the other. Hercules almost hooked his BACKBREAKER, but Bad News countered him. Eventually the match spilled out to the floor with both men brawling to a double count out at 10:31. Double Count Out. No Contest
Tag Team Action: The Nasty Boys vs. The Dudley boys This one broke down early, as expected, with Sags nailing D-Von with a foreign object right off the bat!! The match spilled to the outside where Knobbs and Sags double bodyslammed Bubba on the floor getting them DQ'd at 2:09! Winners: The Dudley Boys They continued to brawl after the match with Knobbs being tossed into the ring. Bubba recovered, but instread of going after Knobbs, the Dudleys 3-D'd Sags on the floor!! Sags was hurt and had to be helped to the back by his partner.
Dino Bravo vs. Kurt Angle These two men put on an amazing match up with no less than 12 nearfalls!!! kurt obviously took Bravo lightly coming in, but Bravo surprised him with an attack from behind at the bell, and beat him viciously with chops and power moves! Kurt made a comeback, and started to wear Bravo down with submission holds, but then Bravo hooked in a monster Bearhug which he refused to let go of!! Kurt almost passed out, but fought his way out of it. Bravo threw him off the ropes but he put his head down and Angle did a sunset flip, but instead of going for the pin, he flipped him over and hooked the ANKLE LOCK!! An exhausted Bravo didn't have a chance and tapped out at 15:30!! Winner: Kurt Angle
Shawn Michaels vs. The Honky Tonk Man A very fast paced matchup! Michaels had Honky Tonk Man on the run early. He set up for SWEET CHIN MUSIC but Honky Tonk saw it coming and bailed out of the ring. Michaels then jumped off the top rope to the outside landing on him!! the battle on the outside contined as Honky Tonk whipped HBK into the ringpost. He crawled back in the ring and worked Michaels over. However, Michaels started to make a comeback and looked to once again try to hit SWEET CHIN MUSIC but was shut down by a shot from Honky's guitar!! honky Tonk got disqualified for blatant use of a foreign object at 3:41 Winner: Shawn Michaels
[glow=Orange,2,300]SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT BY WWWF OWNER: VINCE MCMAHON SR.[/glow]
Vince came out to the ring and wasted no time in getting down to business.
Vince: "Thank you all for coming to the show, I have a couple very important announcements to make. The first one is that coming soon we will have our first Super Card. The details have yet to be fully determined, but we will be having both our Tag Team titles AND our World Title on the line for the first time. In addition..."
Suddenly Goldberg's very familiar music hit and Da Man headed down to the ring, bypassing his pyros. He grabbed a mic and stepped into the ring.
Goldberg: "Listen, I mean no disrespect, but you just mentioned that the World Title will be on the line. I WANT BRET HART!!
Vince: "Alright, Goldberg, you interrupted my son last time he was in the ring. I really hope this is not going to be a habit."
Goldberg: "You've seen what I can do, and you've see what Bret Hart did to "earn" that belt! I want a title shot, and I'll destroy everyone on the roster to get my hands on him!!"
Vince: "Unfortunately Mr. Goldberg, that is out of my hands. You see, Bret Hart's opponent has already been decided, and I'm sorry to say, you won't be facing Bret Hart in his first title Defense. However, you did say you wanted a Title Shot. Before you interrupted me, I was about to announce a new Intercontinental Title tournament! Starting on our next event, 16 men will compete in the tournament, with the Final 8 being put into a Single Elimination tournament at our Super Card! You Goldberg, I have just decided will be part of that tournament."
Goldberg: "You know what, that's fine. I'll win you little tournament. There's no-one on this roster that I've seen that can destroy Bret Hart better than i can. You protect your so-called champion, and I'll...."
Vince: "Oh no, see that's where you're wrong. The man who will be facing hasn't been seen in action yet. You see, this man decided that instead of being in the Inaugural World Championship Tournament, he would challenge the winner if he thought our champion was deserving of an "A**-Whupping". That's right, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the number One Contender for the WWWF Title: [glow=Red,2,300]STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN!!!![/glow]
<CRASH> Austin's music hits and the Rattlesnake walks out to a thunderous ovation!! He walks with purpose down to the ring and salutes the fans in all 4 corners of the ring before taking the mic out of Goldberg's hand!!
Austin: "Now listen here son. I don't know who you think you are, but I heard your spiel, and even though it sounded convincing, I suggest you turn around and head to the back."
Goldberg steps up and looks to challenge Austin, but Vince steps between them. Austin and Goldberg stare each other down as Vince tries to seperate them, ultimately having some words unheard by the camera to Goldberg. Goldberg slowly turned around and walked out of the ring.
Austin: "Well then, now that that's taken care of, I ain't got a lot to say so I'm gonna keep this short. Bret Hart. I saw what you done to the Rock. Do I think you deserve the belt? Well sure, you did whatever it took to win. Am I impressed by what you done, eh eh!! Am I afraid of what you done? OH HELL NO!!! I'll be seeing you soon Bret, so you enjoy that belt while you got it cause when you step into the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin, you're gonna have to kiss it goodbye! And that's the bottom line!! Cause Stone Cold Said so!!!"
His music hits as he drops the mic, salutes the crowd once again and heads to the back.
[glow=red,2,300]THE MAIN EVENT[/glow]
Triple H vs. Earthquake Earthquake tried to attack Triple H before the bell, but Triple H ducked him and hit a Chop Block!! The Game's strategy was obvious as he hooked a Figure Four and held it on for over a minute!! Earthquake's momentum was all but killed outright and the big man had a hard time getting any offense. He did manage to corner Triple H and hit 2 Aftershocks in opposite corners, but could not put him away. Finally after throwing Triple H off the ropes he lowered his head and Triple H hooked the PEDIGREE!! The Game took the win at 6:40. Winner: Triple H Triple H the celebrated his win as the cameras faded out.....

Coming up: [glow=red,2,300] WWWF Card #7[/glow] Intercontinental Qualifying matches: Junk Yard Dog vs. Dino BravoJunk Yard Dog, returning from his injury is looking for some gold. To get it however he must go through Canadian Strangman Dino Bravo. Owen Hart vs. The Honky Tonk Man This will be a true test for the Honky Tonk Man. With participation in the Intercontinental Title Tounament on the line, he will be less likely to accept a Disqualification outcome. Hercules vs. Macho Man Randy SavageMacho Man is a man enraged with recent events. Perhaps focusing on some gold will keep him occupied. However, only a fool looks past the mighty Hercules. Tag team Action British Bulldogs vs. The Dudley Boysleading up to the WWWF Supercard, every win counts for a shot at Demolition's Tag Team Titles. These two teams have yet to face one another so this match will be interesting. Shawn Michaels vs. Lex LugerIt may be Austin vs. Bret Hart at the WWWF Supercard, but that doesn't discount the value of the rankings. Shawn Michaels has proven himself to be a top tier competitor. Lex Luger has yet to have a match end in a clear decision. This is an important match for both men, and could go either way. And in the [glow=red,2,300] MAIN EVENT:[/glow] Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Jake the Snake RobertsStone Cold has his work cut out for him in his Debut match on WWWF programming. Jake the snake has injured others in the past, and I'm sure he would like nothing more than to take Austin's Title dreams away from him by forcing him to miss the Supercard due to injury. Stay tuned...

[glow=red,2,300]WWWF CARD #7[/glow]
Intercontinental Championship Qualifying Matches
Junk Yard Dog vs. Dino Bravo Junk Yard Dog started with a bad approach, trying a hoptoss on Bravo who overpowered him. Bravo looked to dominate JYD early on, raining down hammer blows and backhanded chops. He hit his SIDE SUPLEX, But it wasn't enough to keep the Dog down. After a missed charge into the turnbuckle by Bravo, JYD took control of the match hitting Bravo with a series of headbutts before landing an awesome THUMP!! JYD got the three count at 7:19. The Winner: Junk Yard Dog
Owen hart vs. The Honky Tonk Man Honky Tonk Man wasted a lot of time at the beginning of the match gloating, and Owen hart attacked him viciously!!! He laid in an unrelenting asault of high impact moves, including a sickening Piledriver that had fans in a hushed silence as to whether Honky Tonk was alright. Honky Tonk had very little to offer in the way of offense until he managed to take control after Owen ran face first into the turnbuckle. He took advantage of the ref's back being turned and walloped Owen not once, but twice in succession with the guitar!! He then hit his SHAKE RATTLE AND ROLL finisher to take an absurdly unlikely win at 10:09!! The Winner: The Honky Tonk Man
Macho Man Randy Savage vs. Hercules Nothing but a brawl. Both men hit each other with punches, elbows and clotheslines until Savage hit Herc with a knee to the back while he was distracted by Elizabeth. Herc tumbled out of the ring where both men brawled to a double count out. Double Count Out: No Contest Savage started to get the upper hand on Hercules, but Herc grabbed his chain! After swinging it around his head a couple times he threatened to hit Savage with it, but the Macho man grabbed Elizabeth and pulled her in front!! He hid behind her, and then when Herc stopped he turned to run away, but he ran straight into a brutal SPEAR from Goldberg!!!! Goldberg roared as he stood over the fallen Savage...
Tag Team Action: The British Bulldogs vs. The Dudley Boys The Bulldogs looked to end this match quickly as Dynamite when for near-falls on both Dudleys. Davey Boy would assist in another near-fall by pressing Dynamite above his head and dropping him on Bubba Ray!! Ultimately the match went for a long time and saw all hell break loose!! The Dudleys actually Power Bombed Dynamite through a table!! After order was restored, the Dudley's hit WHASSUP!! on Dynamite, but Davey Boy made the save and took the momentum back. Dynamite had a brief rest on the outside, but then tagged back in to hit D-Von with a Double headbutt. He would then hit his FLYING HEADBUTT Finisher on BOTH Dudley's one after the other, but ultimately his fatigue set in and he fell victim to their 3-D Finisher at 12:11. The Winners: The Dudley Boys
Lex Luger vs. Shawn Michaels A very interesting match with either man struggling to maintain control. Michaels would waylay Luger with high flying moves, but Luger would take over and slow the match right down. Luger took his fair share of shortcuts by taking the action to the outside and ramming Michaels into the steel post on two occasions. It would be Michaels however, during one of their exchanges on the outside who would ram Luger into the post!! The referee turned a blind eye to this action, for when they got back in the ring, Michaels hit SWEET CHIN MUSIC for the win at 8:19!! The Winner: Shawn Michaels
[glow=red,2,300]THE MAIN EVENT[/glow]
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Jake the Snake Roberts The Snake vs. The Texas Rattlesnake did not fail to live up to expectations!! Although short, it was a fast paced match with neither man being firmly in control. Jake was the first to have a decisive advantage, actually surprising everyone by hitting the DDT on Austin!! Austin managed to get his foot on the rope however, and an enraged Jake followed him as he rolled out to the floor. Austin would recover during their almost 2 minute melee on the outside and throw Jake back inside where he hit the STONE COLD STUNNER!! Unfortunately the momentum sent Jake sprawling to the outside once again. Austin was relentless however, and rammed Jake headfirst into the post, the ring apron AND the announce table before rolling him back inside!! Once there, he wasted no time in hitting the STUNNER once more, although this time he "put some stink on it"!! Jake was out cold as Austin took the win at 5:04!! The Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin Austin took part in his first WWWF beer celebration to the roaring approval of the fans, as the cameras faded out.....

Great wins for the Honky Tonk Man and Austin! Hope we'll get a Roberts/Austin rematch! Goldberg? Bad news for Savage :/

You know, when I said "Absurdly unlikely", I wasn't exaggerating...Honky Tonk got RULED for that entire 10 minute match and had 7 counters on him (most of which were add 1's that I attributed to a single Piledriver)...All Owen had to do was get a pin result and it would have been over...His Sharpshooter would have put Honky's Pin to 11, and yet he still won...I was actually begging Owen to let him die... ;D
