Hard Knock Life PPV Chicago Illonis
Position Matches: Gorgeous George def,. Red Bastien via pinfall after Bastien missed a flying cross body
Buddy Rogers def. Ox Baker via Figure Four Leglock. Good match with a crucial ref bump from a Heart Punch gone wrong. Rogers worked Baker on the floor. After a huge Table shot it was into the ring intime for th victory
Buddy Rose def. Harley Race via DQ. Race domianated every portion of this match. Rose escaped from the action to the floor where Race followed him. Pushing the ref aside Race hit a piledriver on the floor but the ref DQ'ed him for attacking him. Rose got away with the victory and left Race steaming in the ring. This one is far from over.
King Kong Bundy def. Giant baba via Avalanche. Just a brawl here. Both men gave it their all but Bundy proved the better man tonight
#1 Contenders Tag Match: The Un-Americans def. The Road Warriors via Fireball from Shiek to Animal to become the #1 Contenders. This Chicago crowd got all it could handle in this match. Both teams fought for survival but in the end The Grand Wizard distracted Hawk and the Ref. This gave Volkoff time to get the lighter into Shiek who hit Animal with a huge Fireball and got the 3 count. (Notes: Animal Injured 1 card. Hawk had 7 Tokens, Shiek 4, Volkoff 3, Animal 3.)
IC Championship Match: Ted DiBiase w/Virgil def/ Bobo Brazil(c) via Pinfall after Virgil pushed Brazil off the top rope. This was an evenly set match with both men getting advantages throughout the contest. The distraction from DiBiase gave Virgil the chance to help the MDM and it worked. DiBiase wins the IC Title From Bobo Brazil (Notes: Brazil 6 Tokes, DiBiase 3 Tokens)
Tag Team Championship Match: The Valiants def. The Dream Team(c) via Top Rope Elbow Drop Johnyn Valiant over Brutus Beefcake. We learned the Johnny Valentines replacement was Brutus and the Dream Team was an unit once again. They didnt get much going though as quick tags from the Valiants got the upperhand. Johnny Valiant wins it again with the Top Rope Elbow Drop to win the Tag Titles
Cage Match: Jimmy Snuka def. Frank Gotch via Superfly Leap off the top of the cage. This match was a huge letdown to the fans as the build up was high and much anticipated but Gotch was completely out of his element and Snuka won it fast. The Superfly Leap got a huge ovation from the crowd.
Falls Count Anywhere Match: The Sandman def. Killer Kowalski via Hardcore DDT on the Announce Table. This match was brutal and blood was shed everywhere. They were in the bathroom, souviner stand, vending machines and even outside. The Sandman slamed Kowalski head into a car window shattering the window and slicing Kowalski wide open. It was academic from there as Kowalski gave into the blood loss and The Sandman picked up the victory
LWF World Championship Match: Nick Bockwinkel def. Jerry Lawler via Bockwinkel Sleeper to win the LWF World Title. Bockwinkel took advantage of every cheap trick in the book and kept on Lawler's injury he sustained last week. Bockwinkel wins it with The Sleeper.
GOOD NIGHT FOLKS FROM CHICAGO. SEE YA NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!

WEEK 8 Live from Providence Rhode Island LWF TV
-To open the show Todd Holland came out announcing the next PPV would be in three months and it would be the royal rumble. Soon there will be entry qualifying matches to see what order people enter the rumble!!!
Buddy Rose def. Sandman via Bombs Away. The Sandman was bandaged up heavily from his brutal showdown last week with Killer Kowalski but put the beatings to Rose. With a well timed ref bump, Buddy Rose nailed The Sandman with a foreign object busting Sandman open. This allowed for the ref to wake up and see Rose nailing the Bombs away for the victory. The Sandman got his revenge though and destroyed Rose with the Singapore Cane. Todd Holland came out and announced that these two will settle it next week no DQ!!! Rose looked stunned as the Sandman had a devious grin on his face.
Buddy Rogers def. Red Bastien via Figure Four Grapevine. Good solid technical match and Rogers showed why he is the top rated contender for the LWF World Title. Both men got an ovation from the crowd.
Bobo Brazil def. Killer Kowalski via backbraker. Both men looked tired from their losses at the PPV and one man was gonna rebound. Bobo outwrestled Kowalski who took a beating at the hands of The Sandman last week. Bobo gets it done and stays in the title hunt.
Backstage we see the Un-Americans led by the Grand Wizard. They tell the world that they are going to be the next world tag champs. They say they want to show the Road Warriors that their win wasnt a fluke and beat them tonight.. NO DQ, but they have decided that since they beat them once that the Road Warriors should have to prove they deserve to wrestle them and take on the Valiants NON- Title tonight. The Un-Americans assure the Valiants Victory.
King Kong Bundy def. Brutus Beefcake. Squash match for Bundy who cracked into the top tent his week. After the match the Million Dollar Corporation put the boots to Beefcake until Jimmy Snuka made a save. He demanded a match with DiBiase and for the LWF IC title since he won the huge cage match last night. DiBiase told him he would give him a shot at the Royal Rumble if he beat Virgil tonight
Jimmy Snuka def. Virgil via Superfly Leap. Easy win for Snuka who keeps on impressing. After the match he tells DiBiase he is coming for him.
Backstage with Nick Bockwinkel who gloats over his LWF Championship victory over Lawler last week. He claims he is top dog and no one can beat him. Out comes Buddy Rogers the #1 ranked Contender and he challenges him to the Royal Rumble Championship match. Bockwinkel agrees telling Rogers he is just in the way of greatness
Giant Baba def. Gorgeus Geroge via Neckbreaker backdrop. Baba was cautious and alert of Cherie Dupre at all times and didnt allow George to get to the floor. This was all Baba needed to win.
The Valiants def. The Road Warriors via pinfall. The Road Warriors had this match won but The Grand Wizard came out and distracted the referee with Volkoff who took Animal out of the picture. With that opening The Iron Shiek hit Hawk with a fireball giving the Valiants a win. After the match Animal challenges the Un-Americans to a NO DQ match next week, winner taking on the Valiants for the tag titles later that night. The Un-Americans accept
Frank Gotch def. Harley Race via Iowa Backdrop. Good match with Harley Race getting beaten again and slipping down the rankings. This time Race snapped again attacking Gotch with a steel chair. Both men then brawl to the back and Harley Race is as distraught as ever.
Nick Bockwinkel (c) vs. Ted DiBiase (c) NonTitle ended in a No Conteset as both men are attacked by their challengers for their titles Snuka and Rogers. Todd Holland comes out disappointed by these actions but announces next week it will be Buddy Rogers and Jimmy Snuka vs. The Champions DiBiase and Bockwinkel.

LWF Week Nine Live from Los Angeles California
Red Bastien def. Gorgeus George via Boston Crab. This match was classic babyface vs. heel. George tried every dirty trick. Rolling on the floor, distract ref with Cherie Dupre, even low blows but Red overcame every obstacle to win this match. After the match George raked Georgie Pins across the back of Red to get even. This is just starting
Frank Gotch def. King Kong Bundy via Iowa Backdrop. Gotch got a few cheers in this one tonight and he is slowly winning over the fans. Bundy used brawl and power but the technical style was no match for him as he wore the big man down and got the victory. After the match Harley Race came out and jumped Gotch from behind nailing a piledriver on a steel chair. He told Gotch that was for last week when Gotch got him DQ'ed. These two men are at their boiling points.
The Sandman def. Buddy Rose in the NO DQ match with the Hardcore DDT. Sandman taught Buddy Rose to think twice before fighting him in an extreme hardcore match. Sandman took Roose tot he Extreme. He took him into the crowd, into the parking lot, backstage. The match ended with a thunderous Hardcore DDT on a steel sheet metal piece and the pinfall was awarded to the Sandman.
Johnny Valentine def. Ox Baker via forearm bludgeon. Good match back for Valentine as he took it to Ox Baker. Solid match from these two.
Harley Race def. Giant Baba via Piledriver. Race, still intense from his altercation earlier with Gotch, didnt let up on Baba delivering some stiff moves. Baba amounted little to no affective offense on Race, who secured it with the piledriver. Race then jumped on the mic and worked over the crowd and Gotch. He challenged him to a match at the royal rumble. New CEO Todd Holland came out and told Race that he would have his match. But to make it fair he will let Gotch choose the stipulation. Gotch came out and said it would be an I Quit Match. Race told him that was fine and at the Rumble he would end Gotch's carrer
Killer Kowalski def. Mike DiBiase via Claw Hold. The fans were pleased to see a fresh face in the fed for one night. Both men did well with Kowalski getting the victory.
The Un-Americans def. The Road Warriors NO DQ via Russian Bear Hug. Both teams laid it all on the line with the winner getting a shot at the Valiants. Both teams were roughed up and wore out but The Grand Wizard made a huge distraction and got Animal distracted with led to the kick to the head with the Iron Shiek's loaded boot and Volkoff locked ont he Russian Bear Hug for the Victory and the advancement to wrestle The Valiants tonight.
D**k Hutton def. Buff Bagwell via Adominal Stretch. Good Special Attraction match as both men knew that new CEO Todd Holland is scouting talent this week. D**k Hutton pulls the big victory with the Abdomial Stretch
The Un-Americans def. The Valiants by Fireball to win the LWF World Tag Team Titles. The Un-Americans came in looking weak and almost losing on several occassions. The Valiants used quick tags to stay fresh and try to control the flow of the match. But again The Grand Wizard plays his part well and we have new tag team champions. After the match The Road Warriors come down and wipe out the Un-Americans and The Valiants get into an arugement with the Referee about the fireball. Out comes CEO Todd Holland who states that this feud is on fire, pardon the pun. Next week we will have a three way dance for the Tag Team Titles... and The Grand Wizard will be barred from ringside!!! The Un-Americans are in an uproar and security comes out to separate the three teams who begin to brawl in the ring.
The Million Dollar Corp (DiBiase and Virgil) def. Jimmy Snuka/Beefcake via Million Dollar Dream. One sided match as DiBiase and Virgil kept Beefcake from getting out of the ring and got the submission and retreated quickly. Snuka told Ted to come back and face him but Ted said not until the rumble!!!!
Bobo Brazil def. Buddy Rogers via Coco butt. Soild match between two top competitiors. Both men gave it their all but Bobo got it in the end.
LWF World Title Match: Nick Bockwinkel (c) def. Greg Valentine via Bockwinkel Sleeper. Nick Bockwinkel showed again why he is the champ as he took down The Hammer. After the match Johnny Valentine came down and attack Bockwinkel telling him that no one defeated a Valentine. Out came Buddy Rogers who cleared the ring with a steel chair and he and Bockwinkel had a huge stare down. These two will meet at The Rumble for the World Title.
Thats all the time we have for tonight. See ya next week fans!!!

This week we venture into Memphis where the LWF will be live. Will we see Jerry Lawler make his return to the LWF. Who else will show up. Also this week:
-Why did Johnyn Valentine come out and attack Bockwinkel after his successful title defense against Greg Valentine and why did Rogers the #1 contender make the save? The stare down was enevitable and these two will be building up huge.
-The three way tag team match for the LWF tag team titles is the hottest ticket on the card this week as The Un-Americans defend against the Road Warriors and The Valiants. This is a three way dance so to win all teams must be eliminated.
-With new CEO Todd Holland around he is looking to lock his wrestlers into written contracts. This week he has some information on guys who are locked in.
-Rumors are circulating that a HUGE STAR has been signed to the LWF. Whether it is short term or long term he will be making a huge impact. Find out who this week.

Magnum comes out to the delight of the crowd and declares that he his here to bring some more respect to the LWF and now he is going to take on Gorgeus George

The Sandman def. Red Bastien via Hardcore DDT. Sandman destroyed Red with the Signapore cane before ending the match very quickly. He then announced he is the King of Hardcore.
Frank Gotch def. Virgil via Gotch Toe Hold. Squash match for Gotch. Afterwards Harley Race ran out and Attacked Gotch brawling all over the arena. Sandman came out and attacked both men. These three men were using everything they could get their hands on. Soon Buddy Rose blindsided Sandman with a trash can droppign him like garbage. Gotch saw his oppertunity and laid out Rose and he and Race continued their fight. Gotch hit the Iowa Backdrop on Race through a table and Race was out. Gotch told Race that he is going to teach him a lesson. The crowd had mized reactions but the crowd soon cheered as The Sandman recovered and nailed Gotch with The Signapore Cane followed by a White Russian Legsweep on top of a steel chair. The crowd chanted ECW!!!!
Killer Kowalski def. Buddy Rose via Claw Hold. Rose had nothing left after his fight in the back and Kowalski got the easy victory. Kowalski knew how hardcore the Sandman was and said he feels sorry for Rose but he doesn't want anymore yet
Giant Baba def. Harley Race via Neckbreaker Drop. Race tried his best to put up against Baba but the beating he took in the back from that huge four man brawl took its toll and after a back and forth match Baba secured the victory. Race jumped onthe mic complaining about Sandman, Gotch and Rose costing him his match. CEO Todd Holland came out and said that at The Royal Rumble he wouldnt have to worry as all 4 men would be in a 4 way match.... A 4 man TEXAS DEATH MATCH!!!!!!!!!!!
Jimmy Snuka def. King Kong Bundy via DQ when the Million Dollar Corporation jumped Snuka outside the ring and busted him open with the ring post. Million Dollar Man got on the mic and told Snuka he always gets his man and at The Royal Rumble Snuka is just a step to his glory. The Million Dollar Corporation left Snuka down in the middle of the ring
Bobo Brazil def. Buff Bagwell via Big Hammer Punch. Bobo dominated this match and Buff was showign off to much. Bobo quick win.

The Un-Americans def. The Road Warriors and The Valiants in the three way dance to retain the LWF World Tag Team Titles. This match was heated with alot of tags and pin saves each team trying to wear out the other teams. The first victory came with The Road Warriors nailed the Doomsday Device on Jimmy Valiant and The Un-Americans cut off Johnny to let the Road Warriors eliminate the Valiants. The Un-Americans and Road Warriors then began to feel each other out even more closely now. The action was brutal with cheap tactics and powerful shots. At one point the ref lost control and all 4 men where in the ring. Animal threw Shiek to the floor and Hawk and Volkoff were in the ring when The Valiants ran down and hit a huge double DDT on Hawk in front of the ref and he caleld ofr the bell thus the Un-Americans retained. They thanked the Valaints and all 4 men hugged and shook hands. Shiek and Volkoff were leaving with The Valiants nailed them with low blows and thunderous DDT's. They spit on all 4 men and told them that they were the rightful champs and this is far from over.
The Valentines def. Bockwinkel/Rogers via pinfall after Bockwinkel DDTed Rogers and left him on his own. The Valentines worked over Rogers most match and when Rogers his a desperation dropkick he went to tag Bockwinkel who turned his back. Rogers tagged him on the back making the tag. Bockwinkel in a fit of Rage planted Rogers and tagged him in and gave the Victory to the Valentines. This is far from over. Bockwinkel told the fans that he is the Champ and no one lays their hand on the champ.

LWF Week 11 Preview
This week we will be in Charlotte North Carolina as we bring you the LWF.
Just less than 2 months away from the Royal Rumble things are going to begin to take shape. The rules of the Royal Rumble have been posted and they follow all normal Royal Rumble rules. Placing matches will begin and the Entrants are limited to 20. The World Champion and his challenger can not be entered in the Royal Rumble. The winner of the Royal Rumble will go on to the next PPV to wrestle for the World title.
Speaking of World Title, Nick Bockwinkel is still the LWF World Champion. Gunning for him is the tough Buddy Rogers. Bockwinkel left Rogers for dead last week as he turned on him in their tag match against the Valentines. Rogers has been looking ofr revenge ever since and wants Bockwinkel in the ring this week. He gets his chance but it will be in a tag match as Bockwinkel and Buff Bagwell take on Buddy Rogers and Brutus Beefcake.
Speaking of titles the LWF World Champions The Un-Americans have been on a tear. They acquired The Grand Wizard, won the tag titles and have defended them already. They won a 3 way tag match without the Grand Wizard to retain last week and seem to be on top of the world. The Road Warriors have demanded a title shot and they will get it at The Royal Rumble. But the catch is that it is going to be a 4 way tag team title match as The Un-Americans defend against The Road Warriors, The Valiants and The Valentines who want to regain their tag team straps. This match is gonna get ugly as it will be a TLC match. But this week will be a feeling out process as the Valiants take on The Road Warriors and The Valentines take on the Un-Americans for the LWF World Tag Team Titles.
Jimmy Snuka is on fire and he has his eyes locked on Ted Dibiase. Since Snuka's win in the cage, he has been looking for some gold in the LWF. After Dibiase's blantent attack with the Million Dollar Corporation weeks ago on Beefcake, Snuka stepped in and demanded a title shot and gets it after going through some tough challenges. This week he meets King Kong Bundy, a member of the Million Dollar Corporation in a No DQ match steaming from last weeks attack on him.
Magnum TA lost his debut but impressed many of fans and got a match against George at the Rumble. Tonight he wrestles Red Bastien in a Rumble Entry Match. The loser of this match is the #1 Entrant to the Royal Rumble!!!
Sandman has declared he is the King of Hardcore and is putting that "title" on the line at the Royal Rumble but this week he steps into the ring against Harley Race one man in the 4 way hardcore match at the Rumble. This match is normal rules so The Sandman better keep the Cane at home and Race better get it together.
Also in action Virgil against Killer Kowalski and Frank Gotch against Ted Dibiase for the LWF IC Title!!!
Also the rest of the LWF roster will be in attendence.

LWF TV Live from Charlotte NC
-The Show opens up with CEO Todd Holland in the ring. He tells the crowd that the LWF has a monumental announcement to make. Due to high and popular demand the Royal Rumble PPV has been moved up to Next Week!!!! The LWF has signed more sponser contracts allowing for more PPV's and giving more exposure to the fans of the LWF. Also Todd Holland has announced that after the Royal Rumble there will be two tv shows... and two brands. The LWF will split into LWF and LWA, The Legends Wrestling Federation and the Legends Wrestling Alliance. Both rosters will fly under the same banner and owned by Mr. Holland himself but this allows the lesser talent to get more exposure and lets them break through. There will be a Draft after the Royal Rumble and then the brand split begins.
Killer Kowalski def. Virgil via Claw Hold. Decent opening bout with Virgil amounting a little early offense but a huge Flying Cross Body from Kowalski turned the tide of the match. A few knee drops then the Claw Hold secured the victory.
Red Bastein def. Magnum TA via Atomic Drop. These two men put on a match. Inside, outside, ground and mat wrestling with some high spots. Both men gave it their all. Magnum tried for a dropkick but Red batted him downa nd nailed a vicious double knee drop to take the wind out of TA and that signaled the beginning of the end. After the match both men shook hands in a show of respect.
After the match Magnum TA got on the mic and told the fans not to worry because as the #1 entrant to the Royal Rumble he will go wire to wire and win the chance to face the champion. Soon Gorgeus George came out and told TA and the fans that he still had to wrestle George at the Royal Rumble and after that he wouldnt be able to walk to the Rumble let alone win it.
The Road Warriors def. The Valiants via Power Slam Animal on Johnny. This match showed the Road Warriors of Old. The deceimated their opponents using stiff shots and raw brute strength. If this is the Road Warriors we see at the Rumble we could have new World Tag Team Champions.
Harley Race def. The Sandman via Piledriver. These two men have a hatred growing for one another and they had it out tonight. They will meet in 2 weeks as part of the 4 way hardcore match. Sandman tried to get Race to go to te floor but Race just kept him in the ring and used his wresting skill to out wrestle the Sandman. A Piledriver later the 3 count belonged to Harley Race. A huge victory for the struggling Race and momentum towards the Rumble.
After the match the camera panned over the crowd getting huge pops from the crowd but in the front row to the left of the announce table Ric Flair, Charlotte Hometown hero and 16 time world heavyweight champion, was spotted with The Enforcer Arn Anderson. Mean Gene approached them asking them why they had came to the arena. Nature Boy told the crowd that He and Double A couldnt pass up a wrestling event in The Natch's hometown and delighted the fans with his WHOO and the 4 horseman sign.
King Kong Bundy def. Jimmy Snuka via Elbow drop off ropes. This match was just a slugfest as it was no DQ and these men could get away with anything. Bundy tried to use his power to wear down Snuka but Snuka was fast and kept away from the big man most of the match. Snuka got Bundy to the floor and bashed his head on a table and rolled him into the ring and hit the Superfly Leap (+5) The Million Dollar Corporation came to the ring and put the boots to Snuka and Bundy hit two Avalanches but Snuka kicked out but the damage had been done and Bundy finally put him away.
After the Match The Million Dollar Man toward Snuka everyone had a price and had the Million Dollar Corporation escort Snuka to the back as he got ready for his IC defense against Frank Gotch
Ted Dibiase def. Frank Gotch via Million Dollar Dream. Frank Gotch had a hunger in his eyes and came so close to getting the IC title away from Dibiase. However a key Distraction by Virgil led to a head shot with a table and Ted getting the victory after locking on the Million Dollar Dream
Backstage we see Todd Holland, CEO of the LWF. Mean Gene catches him and asks him about the draft. Mr. Holland annoucnes that it will be monumental and will help bring in more talent to the LWF. There will be more info as the time progresses. Time to hit the ring for more action
The Valentines def. The Un-Americans via DQ when Shiek was caught using the Fireball. THe Valentines showed some ring rust as they havent tagged together in a while. This match was all Un-Americans but Shiek got caught using the fireball on Greg Valentine and it cost them the match. But the title can not change hands on a DQ so The Un-Americans retain.
Bockwinkel/Bagwell def. Rogers/Beefcake via DQ when Rogers used a steel chair to hit Bockwinkel on the floor. This match broke down from the beginning and degenerated into a brawl. All 4 men were on a mission and there was no one stopping them. A chair shot ended it as Rogers was DQ'ed but Bockwinkel suffered a nice sized gash.
Mean Gene ended the show hyping The Royal Rumble Next week. Both titles up for grabs as well as the King of Hardcore moniker, The Royal Rumble Match itself and MAgnum TA's first PPV

Lets get to ringside for the first bout!!!
In our Opening Bout Magnum TA got his first taste of PPV action and his first taste of Victory as he defeated Gorgeous George with a submission with the abdominal Stretch. Gorgeous George tried to use power but Magnum TA was too focused to get over powered. Alot of using the ropes in this match as both men Irished whipped and did some clotheslines and shoulder tackles. TA looked to have it won early with the Belly to Belly Suplex but Cherie Dupre distracted the referee and allowed George to get his wind back. But TA was determined to win this match and put George away shortly there after. TA victorious.
After the match Gene Okerlund is backstage with The World Champion Nick Bockwinkel. Gene asks some questions about tonight's Title defense and The Royal Rumble. Bockwinkel gives his utmost confident speech that he will be successful in dispatching Buddy Rogers in his title match and that no matter who wins the Royal Rumble he will be the World Champion for a long time. When asked which brand he thinks he will be drafted to, Bockwinkel said it didn't matter but if he is not drafted first then that brand is failed as it will miss out on the World Champion. Gene thanks Bockwinkel and sends it back to the ring for our next bout.
In this match Buff Bagwell showed why he is Buff and he is The Stuff as he defeats Brutus Beefcake with his Buff Blockbuster. This match featured alot of high risk moves and quick Chain Wrestling. Both men used an abundance of the turnbuckles and the ropes to use a variety of moves. The big mistake of the match was when Brutus Beefcake went for a top rope leg drop and missed. Buff capitalized with a few neck breakers but Beefcake tossed Buff to the floor. Buff was only dazed as he dragged Brutus outside and rammed him into the guard rail and then into the post. Fearing a DQ from the ref Buff rolled Beefcake back into the ring and ascended the top rope. A buff Blockbuster and that was all.
Mean Gene is caught backstage with The Road Warriors who will be involved in the 4 way dance for the World Tag Titles tonight. Hawk mentioned that it doesn't matter who is in the ring with them they are walking out with the tag titles. Animal chimed in mentioning that this is a 4 way dance so the team that wins is the last team left so strategy is good and The Road Warriors Strategy is raw power. Gene sends it back to the ring
This next match had all the blood one could only hope for in a hardcore match. All 4 men used various objects and attacked on another not leaving anyone out of harm's way. They battled all over the arena. Playboy Buddy Rose helped Whit the first elimination as he DDT'ed Harley Race through a table and rolled him into the ring where Frank Gotch hit an Iowa Backdrop and then Sandman took the opportunity to introduce Mr. Singapore Cane to Harley Race has he leveled Race and pinned him to eliminate the first competitor from this Hardcore match. Next Playboy Buddy Rose and Sandman keep their "Alliance" around as they gang up on Frank Gotch. The action spills to the floor as Gotch takes Rose outside and works him over but a mistake as Gotch looks back to see where the Sandman is and Rose grabs a chair and blasts Gotch two time in the face busting him open. Bleeding bad, Gotch falls prey to Rose who whips him into the steel barricade and gets a few close falls. Gotch fights off Rose and rolls into the ring where Sandman is waiting him and delivers another Singapore Cane shot and pins Gotch and eliminates him leaving Rose and Sandman to finish the match. At this point the match was all academic. Rose and Sandman exchange some offensive moves but back to the floor it went and Sandman wasted no time as he nailed Rose in the gut with a piece of the broken table and in a sickening move wailed Rose's head between the turnbuckle post with a chair shot that saw Rose's brain look like it got scrambled as he felt into a heap to the floor. Sandman laid the chair down and hit a thunderous Hardcore DDT for the easy win. The Sandman wins the Hardcore 4 way match. The Sandman grabs a Mic and tells the world that is why he is the King of Hardcore and the crowd roars in approval as Sandman drinks some beer and heads to the back.
Backstage CEO Todd Holland is seen in his office talking to someone on the phone. Todd tells him that if he shows up tonight its a done deal for him to get into the Royal Rumble. Mystery and Intrigue has we hit the ring.
This match wasn't even close as King Kong Bundy destroyed Bobo Brazil. Brazil got an early pin attempt but after that King Kong Bundy destroyed him hitting the Avalanche for the 5 count.
Backstage we run into The Million Dollar Man. He first applauds fellow member King Kong Bundy with his victory. He then tells Gene that money talks and you know what walks and tonight Jimmy Snuka will need all the money he can get to afford the medical care he will need after their IC title match. Million Dollar Man laughs as Virgil gives his cold stare into the camera as we go back to the ring.
Next up in the 4 way tag team title match. In a bizarre event The Road Warriors were in and out very quickly much to the dismay of the fans. Animal came in off a tag from Greg Valentine and whipped Johnny Valiant into the turnbuckle. Valiant hit him with a big boot and nailed a cross body for the elimination as Hawk was cut off by the other competitors. Then the 6 men shook their heads as if they knew they needed the Road Warriors Eliminated. The Road Warriors noticed this lack of respect and went into the ring and attacked all 6 men knocking them down and getting huge pops from the crowd as security came out to escort them to the back. As we gathered up and got the match underway again we have what looks to be a classic tag match in the making as each team works over one another using tags with their partners as well as other opponents to work each man down. A good chunk of time elapses before our next elimination as it comes with Johnny Valiant falling victim to the Atomic Skull Crusher twice that Jimmy broke up once but was caught by Nikolai Volkoff the second time and eliminated the Valiants. It comes down to the current World Champs The Un-Americans against the first tag champs The Valentines. The Un-Americans at this point show why they are the tag team champs. After they survive Greg Valentines attacks they get Johnny Isolated and put the boots to him as they double team and quick tag and Shiek nails him with his loaded boot a few times. After Greg gets laid out trying to save Johnny The Shiek locks on the Camel Clutch and retains the World Tag Team titles. This match might be the match of the year.
Backstage we are with Jimmy Snuka and Gene as Gene asks Jimmy for his thoughts on his IC title match next. Jimmy speaks somewhat coherently about winning the IC title and the Million Dollar Corporation can not stop him. He told Virgil to stay out of it if he knows whats good for him.
The IC title match clearly had a steamed up grudge as Snuka came out on fire hitting an early superly leap but getting only a 1 count. Snuka controlled the majority of this match but Ted did a lot of rolling to the floor slowing Snuka down. Virgil wanted no part of Snuka and stayed away why they were outside. Million Dollar Man locked on the Million Dollar Dream but couldn't keep Snuka out. They spilled to the floor one last time and Snuka snapped beating on Ted as he tried to get back into the ring. Snuka kept pulling him out and laying the boots to him and the referee had seen enough and DQ'ed Snuka for his vicious attacks thus Ted Dibiase Retaining the IC title. Snuka when hearing these results went hysterical and nailed Ted and Virgil with a steel chair and worked over the IC champ telling him this was far from over. CEO Todd Holland came to the entrance ramp and Told Snuka he was totally out of line. He will deal with him later and told him that he should go backstage or be fired. Snuka slammed the chair to the floor and went backstage as Todd Holland talked with him as they disappeared.
Backstage Gene is standing by with The Tag Team Champions the Un-Americans. Gene congratulated them on their successful title defense and asked them what was next. Grand Wizard told Gene that he didn't even get involved and his boys retained. There isn't a team out there who can compete with the Un-Americans. All of a sudden The Road Warriors barged in and security had to break these teams apart as their hatred grows more and more each day. Gene sends it to ringside for the next match the LWF World Title Match
In a Classic World Title Match Nick Bockwinkel defended his title against Buddy Rogers. This match went back and forth with classic moves and counter wrestling. This match did not once go to the floor. Neither man could get the upper hand. The match went back and forth. Finally the Figure Four got locked onand Rogers thought he had the match won. But Bockwinkel got his arm on the ropes to break the figure four. Bockwinkel hit a piledriver but only got a 2 count. They then sized each other up with Bockwinkel locking on the Bockwinkel sleeper but Rogers hit a stunnign jawbreaker and locked on the Figure Four in the middle of the ring but Bockwinkel wasn't tapping. After 10 minutes of the Figure Four locked on Bockwinkel passed out from the pain and Rogers won by pinfall. Buddy Rogers is our new World Champion.
