GS: Well, how about that. The area is still abuzz at the recent title change and we do have a new Southeastern Continental Heavyweight champion in Richard Hutton and I must bring him in right now.
(Hutton has the belt in hand as THE CRUSHER joins him.)
Congratulations sir, you pulled off quite a feat here last week and all I can say is well done.
RH: Thank you Gordon. But most of all I need to thank my partner Crusher. Reg, you did your best to keep all those boys off of me so I could do my thing and that's wrestle. And when I can do that there ain't too many boys that are better than me.
C: No problem. No problem. Hey Sheik, I'm back and stronger than ever. Look at the megaton arms and this beauty mark here won't stop me from getting my hands on you. Just because you don't have no belt to hold those pants up don't mean that I won't fight you anywhere in the Southern United States. Back and better than ever, Crusher and Hutton.
(Both leave)
GS: Indeed and we certainly haven't heard the last of this. Lots to show on today's program along with a special announcement later in the program.

1) THE SANDMAN pinned YOUSUFF ISHMAELO with a WHITE RUSSIAN LEGSWEEP @ 5:06

A short brutal match to continue this feud. Sandman was able to stagger out of the way of a clothesline and caught a quick legsweep to get the pinfall.

2) SABU (w/ ABDULLAH FAROUK ) battled "HACKSAW" JIM DUGGAN to a DOUBLE-DISQUALIFICATION @ 10:42

This was out of control several times as the official was knocked out twice and could not maintain order. They bothe fought on the floor until Duggan chased off the wildman with his 2' by 4'.

RINGSIDE
GS: Ladies and gentlemen I have a video piece to show you. It is in regards to the tag team partnership or almost training if you will between two men, that being STEVE CORINO and SAVAGE T. It was here on this program that we almost saw this partnership dissolve and it wasn't until young T implored Corino for a second chance and he did accept. Well last week Savage T was out during a singles match with his partner and he was diligently writing notes. Well, this week we will go one step further so just watch the video.

(Savage T is sleeping, as Corino bursts in and flips on the lights.)
SC: Let's go it's time to work.
T: (weakly) Whah?
SC: Time to go rook. Let's get on the road. We have roadwork first before a light breakfast and then we hit the gym, then after that we have tape study- today it's Flair v. Steamboat from 1989, then more gymwork and then we spar.
T: Didn't we do that yesterday?
SC: There are seven days in a week. But, if you don't want to I'm going anyway so-
T: No wait, just let me get dressed.
(As he starts to slowly put on his sweatpants, he grabs a coke from his mini-fridge. Corino slaps it from his hands.)
SC: What did I tell you about that stuff?
T: But, I need to wake up.
SC: Get out that door and you'll wake up during the run and let's move.

(Later in the day. both are watching the Flair-Steamboat series from 1989.)
SC: Wow. That's textbook. You want to get better just watch and learn, these guys are wrestling.
T: Seems a little boring to me. Why doesn't Steamboat use a weapon, like some silly string?
SC: What?! Ricky Steamboat is a technical genius and doesn'tneed to use some kid's toy to get wins. Which reminds me I flushed that last bottle.
T: Why?
SC: What do I carry to the ring?
T: Well, all kinds of things, sometimes brass knuckles I guess.
SC: Brass knux, Silly string. Which would you want in a fight?
T: Oh all right.
(KJ Hill enters in a tight workout outfit.)
KJ: Oh Steve I'm ready to work out.
SC: Umm, not here okay. We need to focus. If we plan on getting that tag team title shot, we really need to focus. Understand.
KJ: Oh. I wanted to watch your moves.
(While they were talking Savage T changed the channel to MTV's Jackass)
SC: Look. I can meet you later if you want some private instruction but right now I gotta keep him in line. (turning to T)
What are you doing? How on earth do you expect to beat the Kangaroos and get some pride back by watching these clowns?
T: I'm bored. Let's get in the ring, that where we need the most work anyway. In fact, I booked us a match next week on TV.
SC: You did?
T: It's us against Ox Baker and Don Muraco and the winner gets a tag team title shot.
SC: Now you're talking. Why didn't you say so earlier?
T: You didn't ask.
SC: Allright, Kangaroos, we are coming for you. After we get rid of Humperdink's flunkies the path will be clear for an old school lesson in pro wrestling.
T: That's right, we got all kinds of surprises in store for you.
(T pulls out another can of silly string and sprays the camera as Corino fights with him to grab it.)

3) THE CRUSHER beat HARKER DIRGE by Disqualification @ 2:06 when THE SHEIK attacked Crusher on the outside.T
his match didn't get goin long as the two men battled out into the locker room area.

ANNOUNCEMENT
(MW JERGS is out with the microphone.)
MWJ: Wrestling fans I have some news. First the CCW will be a part of the LWA's World Heavyweight title tournament and we must send two representatives. The first will be the new champion, RICHARD HUTTON and the second will be decided at a special card in KEY WEST, FLORIDA on February 3, 2008. There will be in addition to 7 great matches a 10 man invitational Battle Royal but this match will include a LADDER and the wrestlers must use that ladder to reach a briefcase and inside that briefcase is the contract for the second spot. We will also have the return match for the title set between HUTTON and THE SHEIK. So it'a ll on the line and we will settle it in the ring. Tickets are on sale and updates will be given through this program.

4) MASKED SUPERSTAR & "BIG NASTY" ANGELO MOSCA beat OX BAKER & THE MOUNTIE when Superstar pinned Baker with a HEAD BUTT @ 14:32.

Humperdink's men could have used him as he recovered at home. The inexperience teaming of Baker and the Mountie cost them dearly after the collided trying to execute a double team move.

GS: Hello and good morning. I'm your host Gordon Solie and we have an excellent program in store for you as we are gearing up for a huge card tommorrow night in Key West. Some of the particulars for that evening will be decided here today as well as who will represent the CCW in the World Heavyweight Title tournament. All this and much more. In fact we will have a special tag team contenders match to see who will face the FABULOUS KANGAROOS for the tag team titles. So please stay tuned.

1) "BIG NASTY" ANGELO MOSCA beat FRITZ VON GOERING with an ELBOW DROP @ 11:32.
Mosca broke a few more rules than usual and was able to get a victory over his rival,

INTERVIEW:
(Solie brings in Humperdink's crew with their leader still whincing in a neckbrace.)
GS: Well, it seems that you are still in dire straights Mr. Humperdink.
OH: You're a sick man Solie. How can you laugh at another man's pain. I will get better and I will make Brody pay. But, first let's talk about titles. My men will be involved in the GRAB for the GREEN to see who will get that World title tournament, as well as today my men Muraco and Baker will get their shot at the tag titles after they mop the floor with those two bums, Corino and T. But, I have a really important announcement and that is I have a surprise for Mr. Brody tommorrow night and I don't want him guessing of wondering he'll just have to wait and see like everyone else.

2) "WILD" RED BERRY beat KOKO B. WARE after ROY HEFFERNAN attacked him from behind @ 5:32.Berry was in major trouble until both of his Kangaroos interjected and allowed for the upset.

3) "THE BEAST" DAN SEVERN and THE SHEIK (w/ABDULLAH FAROUK) battled to a Double Disqualification on the outside @ 12:52.
Things were out of hand quickly as the two men needed to be pulled apart by CCW officials. Soon, Sabu and The Crusher were involved as they brawled about the studio.

-#1 Contenders Match-
4) "OLD SCHOOL" STEVE CORINO & SAVAGE T (w/KJ HILL) beat "MAGNIFICENT" MURACO & OX BAKER (w/OLIVER HUMPERDINK) by Disqualification @ 8:32.
Humperdink had slipped Muraco an object that they didn't need as they had things in hand as they doubled up on Savage T. The ref caught the infraction and awarded the match to Corino and T. T needed to be helped to his feet as Hill hugged Corino maybe a bit too long.

1) BRIAN BLAIR defeated FRITZ VON GOERING with a SLEEPER @ 7:21.A bit of a mild upset as Blair was all over the German star.

2) JIM BRUNZELL defeated NIKITA BREZNIKOV @ 2:04 with a KILLER DROPKICKAn easy win for the Killer Bee.

3) THE CRUSHER beat SABU (w/ ABDULLAH FAROUK) with a CRUSHER BOLO @ 15:32.

This match went in and out of the ring. Finally the ref was able to get things back inside and Crusher used his brawling skills to get the duke.

-SURVIVOR ELIMINATION MATCH-
4) OX BAKER, "MAGNIFICENT" MURACO, THE MOUNTIE, & ABDULLAH THE BUTCHER (w/ SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK) beat BRUISER BRODY, DAN "THE BEAST" SEVERN, MASKED SUPERSTAR, & "HACKSAW" JIM DUGGAN The crowd was shocked as Humperdink introduced his special surprise for this match. As the Butcher hit the ring it was a wild eight man brawl. The match ended with Humperdink holding down Brody's legs after a shot to the throat.

Order of Elimination:
1) DUGGAN pinned The MOUNTIE with a FLYING SPEAR @ 3:51
2) MURACO pinned DUGGAN with a VERTICAL SUPLEX and a hook of the tights @ 6:32.
3) SEVERN made MURACO submit to the BOW & ARROW @ 8:21
4) BAKER pinned SEVERN with a HEARTPUNCH @ 12:43
5) ABDULLAH pinned MASKED SUPERSTAR with a FOREIGN OBJECT @ 17:45
6) BRODY pinned BAKER after a BIG BOOT TO THE FACE @ 24:11
7) ABDULLAH pinned BRODY after a FOREIGN OBJECT to the throat @ 28:33 INTERMISSION

5) YOUSSUF ISHMAELO beat THE SANDMAN in a PHILLY STREET FIGHT @ 22:43 with the STRANGLEHOLD.
This was a very brutal match that saw both men bleed. The object is to beat your opponent into submission. Pinfalls or submissions would only start the thirty second rest and then you must continue fighting. Each man had three pins to their credit until, the Turk had locked in his borderline legal hold and the Sandman was unconscious. EMT's took him away and were concerned for the well being.

-SOUTHEASTERN CONTINENTAL TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH-
6) THE FABULOUS ROYAL KANGAROOS (w/"WILD" RED BERRY) (c) and "OLD SCHOOL" STEVE CORINO & SAVAGE T (W/ KJ HILL) was a NO CONTEST.

Before the match began, Hill had her arms around Corino's neck and appeared ready to kiss him. Very quickly, Savage T dropped down and delivered a crotch shot to his partner. He stomped away and then hit a NECKBREAKER. He then fed Corino to the Kangaroos who double teamed him. T left the ring laughing with his valet. The Kangaroos didn't let up and left Corino in a heap in the ring.

-GRAB FOR THE GREEN- WINNER GETS A SPOT IN THE LWA WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT-This match was unique as it was a 10 Man Battle Royal Ladder Match. The winner would have to use the ladder to obtain the briefcase held high over the ring which the held the contract.

7) "MAGNIFICENT" MURACO outlasted SABU to win the match. SABU was almost to the top of the ladder until Muraco pushed it and him over the ropes and into the crowd @ 27:21.

8) RICHARD HUTTON beat THE SHEIK (w/ ABDULLAH FAROUK) by Disqualification @ 16:33 when the official caught his using a foreign object.

Sheik continued his onslaught until The Crusher chased him off.

GS: Thank you so very much and well we have a lot of information to provide for you fans. The two participants that will represent this fine wrestling organization are the current Southeast Continental champion, DICK HUTTON and in a bit of a surprise, the "MAGNIFICENT" MURACO. Both men will vie for the LWA World Heavyweight Title and we do wish both men luck. As we see, Mr. Humperdink and Mr. Muraco have a few words for us.
(Muraco and Humperdink arrive on the scene.)
OH: What a glorious day Solie, don't condescend to me or anyone else here. You didn't think that this man would win the Grab for the Green did you? Admit it. But, here he is magnificence to the last. Tell'em.
MM: Gordon Solie. Don't look so shocked or surprised. The cream always rises to the top and that's what I am. Hump, can you believe all the people who have been sleeping on the Magnificent Muraco? I guess some people think that I'm just some friendly happy go lucky Hawaiian who doesn't know what's going on. But let me assure you that when I find out who my oppponent is, I will be ready. I will be ready to grab hold of the ten pounds of gold and show the world what true magnificence is.
OH: Oh and Brody. The Butcher say hello. Ha Ha Ha Ha.

1) HARKER DIRGE pinned KOKO B. WARE with a LEGDROp OVER THE ROPES @ 9:32.
Ware got a bit distracted as his slide continues down the card.

GS: Ladies and gentlemen I have seen many a underhanded deed but this one is a bit much for me. I'd like to take you to the pre-recorded comments of a very confused young man, SAVAGE T.

(Savage T and KJ Hill are in an empty dressing room laughing and drinking champagne.)
T: Ha Ha Ha Ha. Steve Corino. I know that you can't hear me yet. By the time you watch this boy, it should be feeding time at St. Jude's hospital. You didn't see it coming did you. Did ya? No one embarrasses me. No one! And ever since you wanted to walk out on me and turn your back on me because you thought you could do better on your own I've been thinking. I've been planning and getting everything in order. Heck, even KJ did her part. Having her throw herself at you should have gotten her at least a Golden Globe. (KJ makes a vomit face) No killer instinct. Well I call that the smartest plan in the history of plans. I didn't even have to lay a finger on you. And now with any luck you are sitting a hospital bed thinking about who set all this up. Me. Ha ha ha. Don't forget it. You'll live to regret it. Ha Ha ha.

GS: We are back now and with me is Steve Corino. Steve, I guess like everyone no one saw this coming and I can't quite understand how his mind has become a bit warped.
SC: Yes I was surprised. I trusted the man to have my back and he stabbed me in it. But there is no use crying now, I admit I underestimated you. But the part you forgot in this master plan was that look at me. I'm not in a bed, I'm not on crutches, I'm still here and you will have to deal with a very pissed off man that is looking for you. I don't think you really thought this through. I'm ready to extract a little old school justice when I do get my hands on you. But, as far as I know you aren't in the building but I can get back at those two crocodile hunters today and with a man that I can trust at my side I'll be happy to take step one of my revenge on those two and work my way down. This ain't over by a long shot.

2) OX BAKER (w/ SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK) defeated "BIG NASTY" ANGELO MOSCA with the HEARTPUNCH @ 12:05.

Humperdink was out without his neckbrace for the first time. Baker was a bit annoyed during the match and was able to dodge a big elbow drop and hit his finisher to get the duke.

3) SABU (w/ ABDULLAH FAROUK) beat DAN "THE BEAST" SEVERN by Disqualification @ 7:21 when he whipped Sabu into the guardrail. He then locked him an ARMBAR submission until officials got him off.

Sabu had used several dirty tactics until Severn had had enough and snapped.

-Southeastern Continental Tag Team Title Match-
4) THE FABULOUS ROYAL KANGAROOS (w/ WILD RED BERRY) (c) beat "OLD SCHOOL" STEVE CORINO & THE SANDMAN by Disqualification @ 14:21 when Sandman used his SINGAPORE CANE.

Corino and Sandman looked very sharp together. Corino had the VICTORY PLEX hooked on ROY HEFFERNAN. He reversed the hold and had his STEP OVER TOEHOLD applied. Sandman went to intervene until SAVAGE T jumped through the crowd and crotched him. Corino was able to get to the ropes to break the hold. Sandan recovered and went nuts, swinging at everyone in sight. T ducked and headed to the showers but Sandman did hit the official and the match was over.
