LPW Showtime 7.24.07 Houston, TX
The LPW started their second Showtime with the LPW Television Title Tournament.
Danny Hodge and Steve Corino put on a match that wrestling enthusiasts will always remember. Corino dominated the match for the first half using various foreign objects and heel tactics. Corino hit multiple OLD SCHOOL EXPULSIONS and Victory Plexes. However, Hodge turned the tables even with four pinfalls to his disadvantage. The OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLE got Hodge the win to continue in the LPW Television Title Tournament.
Ray Stevens and Dennis Condrey were disqualified after a wild brawl erupted outside the ring. Camp Cornette and the Heenan Family had to be separated by countless officials. Heat seems to be building between these two heel factions as they both want to make their name known as the top heel stable in the LPW.
"Whipper" Billy Watson and Larry Zbyszko wrestled in one of the dirtiest matches in LPW history due to Zbyszko's heel tactics. Larry removed the turnbuckle pad and used it multiple times to hurt Watson. Larry also banged up Watson outside of the ring. Zbyszko's PILEDRIVER ended the match; however, one was not enough for Larry. Zbyszko hit Watson with another PILEDRIVER on the concrete floor. Watson has been injured for ten weeks due to a neck injury.
Don Leo Jonathan defeated The Sheik via MORMON SWING.
Mil Mascaras defeated Sabu via FLYING BODYPRESS.
The Destroyer defeated Dick Hutton via count out after a piledriver on the concrete floor. Giant Baba, Rikidozan, and Don Leo Jonathan came to the ring and celebrated the victory with Destroyer. The fans were really behind the international stable as they taunted the angry Hutton to get back in the ring for another beating. Hutton was then chased backstage by all four men after he spit on Baba.
Bruiser Brody defeated Giant Baba via JUMPING KNEE DROP.
Nick Bockwinkel defeated Frank Gotch via FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.
LPW Tag Team Title Championship: Bob Armstrong made Red Bastien tapout via SLEEPER. Brad Armstrong defeated "Jumping" Jim Brunzell via RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP. Blair defeated Brad Armstrong via atomic drop. B. Brian Blair defeated Bob Armstrong via a solo BEE STING. The Killer Bees became the first ever LPW Tag Team Champions when Blair defeated Billy "Red" Lyons via SLEEPER in the center of the ring.

Ray Stevens defeated Dennis Condrey via disqualification due to interference from Cornette. Another wild brawl erupted outside the ring between the Heenan Family and Camp Cornette. Both teams have been told not to touch one another or suspensions will occur within both factions. A match may be set for the first pay-per-view between the two heel stables.
Ox Baker defeated Don Muraco via clothesline.
Frank Gotch destroyed Steve Corino via multiple rolling kneebars.
LPW Television Title Championship: The Destroyer defeated Don Leo Jonathan via FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK[/i]. Danny Hodge defeated Destroyer via OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL[/i]. Mil Mascaras defeated Hodge via FLYING BODYPRESS. Mascaras defeated Larry Zbyszko via FLYING BODYPRESS[/i] to become the first LPW Television Champion.
LPW Heavyweight Championship: Nick Bockwinkel defeated Bruiser Brody via BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER[/b] to become the first LPW Heavyweight Champion. The match wasn't a good one for Brody. He was running a fever all night. Bockwinkel took advantage of this and used every heel tactic he knew to keep Brody off his feet. The fans still stood behind Brody. However, the crowd tossed trash at Bockwinkel and gave him the biggest heel pop LPW has ever seen.[/font]

Post-Showtime 7.31.07 Houston, TX
[The Heenan Family all gather around inside their smoke-filled locker room with the LPW Heavyweight Champion: Nick Bockwinkel. Bobby Heenan polishes the belt with a handkerchief and wraps it around the waist of Bockwinkel who stands arrogantly smoking an expensive cigar. Two blondes stroke the champion’s shoulders as he looks directly into the camera with a cocky grin. Stevens is away taking a dump.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: “Damn, you almost had me, Bruiser.”
[Laughing.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: “I’m so sorry you were a little under the weather tonight, Bruiser. Maybe next time you will not have the sniffles and can give me a decent match. You let all my fans down tonight, Brody. Hell, you let yourself down. However, you big ugly brute, there will be no 'next time.' Your shot at this belt was a one-time deal. You blew it, buddy.”
[Nodding.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: “Oh, and as far as the rest of you untalented boys out there who think you can stand toe-to-toe with me in the ring, you better keep dreamin’ and prayin’! This belt is staying in the Heenan Family and around my waist for a long time. Nobody can compare to me, and nobody will defeat me. I’m just that damn good, boys!”
[Exhaling.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: “Your champion and professional wrestling icon has spoken!”
[Flush.]
RAY STEVENS: “What did I miss?”
[The camera fades out.][/i]

GIANT BABA, DON LEO JONATHAN, and THE DESTROYER then hit the ring and a wild brawl erupted. Rikidozan is out for eight cards. In addition, a match has been set between Rikidozan's team and The Sheik's team for FALL BRAWL! How will Rikidozan's team manage to fight against the Sheik's team when Rikidozan is injured?
LPW Heavyweight Championship:
[The Heenan Family walks down to the ring and Bockwinkel grabs a microphone.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: "Fans, tonight you will see me put the LPW Heavyweight Title on the line to one of the best wrestlers in professional wrestling today. No, I am not talking about the ugly brute known as Bruiser Brody. I am talking about a man with class, with dignity; a man at the top of his game that is ready for his chance to shine in the ring with me, the best professional wrestling has to offer. That man is none other than 'Whipper' Billy Watson.
[The crowd boos loudly. They know "Whipper" in injured.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: "Well, it looks like 'Whipper...'"
["Whipper" slowly makes his way to the ring.]
"WHIPPER" BILLY WATSON: "You think you're funny, Nick?"
NICK BOCKWINKEL: "Well, I..."
["Whipper" punches Bockwinkel and the Heenan Family beat down "Whipper."]
NICK BOCKWINKEL: "Ring the bell! Ring the damn bell!"
[Bockwinkel goes in for the finish.]
NICK BOCKWINKEL destroyed "WHIPPER" BILLY WATSON due to Watson's injury last week. Bockwinkel's FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK allowed the champion to get the win over the much-respected Canadian. DANNY HODGE and FRANK GOTCH came to the ring to help "Whipper" to the back. However, the HEENAN FAMILY boasted in the ring and soaked up the fans' jeers. BRUISER BRODY then charged the ring and the show went off the air.[/font]

"Cowboy" Bob Orton destroyed George South via SUPERPLEX.
The Midnight Express defeated The Armstrongs via VEG-O-MATIC on "Bullet" Bob Armstrong.
JIM CORNETTE: "Killer Bees, the Midnight Express are coming for the LPW Tag Team Titles!"
Larry Zybszko defeated DLJ via spinning back kick.
LARRY ZYBSZKO: "I will be your next LPW Television Champion."
[The crowd starts yelling "LARRY SUCKS!"]
LARRY ZYBSZKO: "I don't care what you stupid, fat, foul-smelling rednecks think!"
[The crowd erupts even louder.]
LARRY ZYBSZKO: "Mascaras, if Hodge doesn't beat you tonight, see you at FALL BRAWL!"
Steve Corino defeated Sabu via OLD SCHOOL EXPULSION. Sabu and Corino kept going back in forth with stiff strikes and moves throughout the whole match. Sabu even busted Corino open after slamming his head into the steel post. The match was not intended to be a hardcore match but the referee allowed both men to get away with whatever they felt they had to do to win. However, after missing his TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT, Sabu fell victim to Corino's finishing move.
Ray Stevens defeated Bruiser Brody via BOMBS AWAY. Nick Bockwinkel and Bobby Heenan slammed Bruiser into the steel steps as Stevens distracted the referee. The Heenan Family then pursued to beat the living hell out of Brody. The Killer Bees came out to the rescue but the Midnight Express attacked them. Finally, the chaos was cleaned up after about five minutes.
LPW Television Championship: Mil Mascaras defeated Danny Hodge via disqualification. Hodge tried to climb the top rope with a chair. Hodge grabbed the microphone after the match and pronounced himself "Hardcore" Hodge. He tried swinging his chair at the LPW Television Champion; however, Mascaras dove out of the way and left the ring with his strap. The fans were really jeering Hodge as he walked to the back with his steel chair in hand. But, Steve Corino came down to the entrance and confronted Hodge about something. Hodge sneered and walked past the confused Corino.
Nick Bockwinkel appeared on the "HOT SEAT." Bockwinkel became very irritated about all the Bruiser Brody questions. He grabbed Apter by the throat but Bruiser came in and pushed Bockwinkel to the ground. Both men began a shouting match and then said they were going to take it to the ring. However, the two men were separated due to their match against one another for the LPW Heavyweight Title at FALL BRAWL.
The main event match between the Killer Bees and the Hennigs was scraped due to the attack the Midnight Express put on the champions earlier. However, the fans were in for a huge treat as a Texas Legend came out to put on a one-time match for Legends Professional Wrestling. Terry Funk had the crowd on their feet as he walked to the ring to call out his one-time opponent. Funk commented on Hodge's claim to be "hardcore." But, Hodge didn't find any of Funk's words amusing, so he hit the ring with his steel chair and the match began.
Terry Funk defeated "Hardcore" Hodge via backbreaker.

Showtime 8.20.07 Houston, TX
The opening of the show consisted of "Hardcore" Hodge standing in the ring without an opponent. Suddenly, the Sandman came out to the ring to a loud pop by the fans. He had a rugged belt with him and his favorite weapon. Sandman got on the microphone and told Hodge he had no clue what being hardcore was all about. He also said that with his contract signing, a hardcore title and division would be present.
LPW Hardcore Championship The Sandman defeated "Hardcore" Hodge via SINGAPORE CANE.
Antonino Rocca defeated DLJ via pin after a missed flying knee drop.
Frank Gotch defeated Ray Stevens via disqualification.
LPW Television Championship Mil Mascaras defeated Steve Corino via disqualification.
Dick Hutton defeated Bruiser Brody via disqualification.
Non-Title The Armstrongs defeated Killer Bees via pin. Brad pinned Blair after a long fought match. The Killer Bees and The Armstrongs shook hands after the match without the Midnight Express poking their noses into the LPW Tag Team Champions' business. However, the Killer Bees made sure the Midnight Express knew that they were ready for them at Fall Brawl!
LPW Heavyweight Championship Nick Bockwinkel pulled another one of his tricks by calling out one of the "best competitors in Legends Pro Wrestling," George South. The fans were highly angered that Bockwinkel was taking another shot at their intelligence. South knew Bockwinkel was going to make him look bad but he got a few shots in that had the fans cheering.
Nick Bockwinkel defeated George South via FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK.

Good fed. I think it is great that you are also using the name Hardcore Hodge.
My picks for the upcoming title matches:
Hodge over Sandman
Mascaras over Zbyszko
Midnight Express over Killer Bees
Bockwinkel over Brody (awesome matchup)
And also Baba, DLJ, and their mystery partner over Baker, The Sheik, and Sabu.
