Match one; Valiants vs Stevens/Tolos
This match was very even, No one really had an advantage. Late in the match. Johnny V hits a top rope elbow. Then tags in Jimmy V, Tolos rolls out, Jimmy V goes after Tolos. Jimmy V DDTs Tolos on Concrete, referee counts to 10. Stevens leaves his partner layed out on the concrete, after the match

Masked Superstar over powered Jones. Getting the victory , after a spinning neckbreaker

Team mates square off in this one. 3 Crusher nelson's wore Hennig down and the Bolo put him away.

This one broke down into a brawl. Armstrong got DQ'd

Match six; Brody/ Funk vs Baba/ Inoki(RUSH Tag Ch)(Non-Title)
The Champs started off well, almost pining Funk several times. Brody turn it around later in the match. When Inoki tried a head scissors and Brody Shoulder tackled him in mid-air. Then Brody and Funk work over Inoki. Brody, later made a mistake when he missed a double ax, which gave control back to the champs. Baba put a good beating down on Brody. Tide changed again when Brody wigged out of a Vertical Suplex and One hand body slammed Baba. Tide changed, but again when Inoki reversed a drop kick by countering with a karate kick. I t finally, spilled out side. Where Brody hit a twisting vertical suplex on the concrete and got DQ'd. Brody attacked Inoki, after the match. Then turn on Baba, with a clothesline. The 3 Jumping Knee Smashes to a downed Baba. Referee tries to stop Brody. Brody throws referee out and delivers one more

Match seven; Bob Backland vs Sheik w/ Farouk
First 11:00 minutes was very close. Neither man could gain an advantage. Late in the match, Backland has the sheik ready to TAP in the chix wing crossface. Farouk jumps on the apron, distracts Backland and referee. That would be Sheik's opening. He Shanks'em in the lower back. Backland never recovers. In the end Sheik gets DQ'd.

A match that could have gone either way. Both men used their Piledrivers, several times. Finally, Race hits a good one the get the 1...2...3

Match one; Butch Reed vs Ricky Morton
Morton looked to have Reed's number. He had near pinfalls twice. Before, Reed took it out side. Steel Posted Morton and got DQ'd.

Match two; Don Muraco vs Roddy Piper
The "Rock " was too strong for Piper. Piper did lock on his sleeper once, but Muraco was able to get to the ropes. The "Rock" got his offense under way after that. Piper fell victim to the Hawaiian Hammer. The "Rock attacks Piper after, the bell. Delivering 3 more Hawaiian Hammers. Piper is left bloody with at lest a broken nose.

Match three; Berzerker vs Greg Valentine
This match was very close. The big man was almost to much for the "Hammer". Finally, Berzerker went down and Greg capitalized by locking on the Figure Four. Berzerker tap out. Many of the fans were shocked to see Berzerker tap out, but as we all know. You could write a book about the number of guys who have fallen to the "Hammers" Figure Four.

Match four; Killer Bees vs Iron Sheik/Volkoff w/Brezinkov vs Playboys w/Albano
Albano, had a plan for the Playboys and it was carried out. Isolate Blair as much as possible, deal with Volkoff as little as possible. It worked great, Albano really know how to manage. Finally, Blair fell to a suplex onto Rose's knee and the 1..2..3.

Match five; King Kong Bundy vs Robert Gibson w/Ricky Morton
Every fan in Omaha thought this one was a squash. they thought wrong. Gibson show heart, never getting hit with the avalanche.In the end Gibson, hits a flying drop kick, that takes Bundy off his feet. Gibson goes for the cover, Morton on the out side holds Bundy's legs and Gibson gets the 1..2..3.

A injured Hogan, is a dangerous man. He handed Honky his rear. Once again a victim falls to the Headlock and Punches.

Ted tried to put Snuka away early. Didn't happen, Snuka changed the tide will a piledriver on the concrete. From there used quickness and power to defeat Dibiase. Ted falls victim to a flying Headbutt.

The Japanese great looked "AWESOME". Granted Luke is no Bret Hart, but all the same Mutoh looked good. A moonsault from Mutoh finished off Luke

Dan bounced back after his lose to Luger in the first round of the tournament. He Dominated this match. Fireman's carry slam put Hayabusa away.

Match Three; Rick Martel vs Yokozuna
Rick had a plan and that was to attack the big mans legs. He tried several times to get Yokozuna in the Boston Crab. Each time he tried Yokozuna flexed his massive legs and throw Martel off. Once Yokozuna was up right again he destroyed Martel.(Lariat,Belly to Belly,Lariat,Powerbomb,Bonzai Drop). Martel reaches up a grabs the ropes. (Avalanche,Bonzai drop,Cover). 1....2....3. Yokozuna continues his assault , after the bell. Delivering 3 more Bonzai drops to Martel. Medical team rushes in. No movement from Martel. He is taken to the University Hospital.

Match four; Road Warriors w/Ellering vs Williams/Gordy
Williams/Gordy wrestle will concussions tonight. The Roaddies stayed on Gordy. Gordy survived 6 pin attempts. The last 6:00 minutes were hell on Gordy. As he was beat pillar to post. Roadies hit the Doomsday Device late in the match, but Williams saved the pin. After the Referee got Hawk and Williams out of the ring. Animal puts Gordy in a Camel Clutch and stays with it for over a minute. Williams concerned with his partner health, attacks Animal with a Gut Wrench suplex. The Referee calls for the bell Dq Williams.

Kerry; Steve, come on, Calm down
Williams; Don't speak to me like you know me boy!!!
Kerry; Steve, your match is over. You lost, get over it.
Williams; Do you understand I'm "Dr. Death" and I will cripple your Texas ass.

Kerry was fired up after his encounter with Williams. Controlled the first, 4:00 minutes. Then the Million $ Man took over. Kerry regained the advantage and tried to put $ away.He had no luck and $ went back on offense. Finally putting Kerry to sleep.

Curt went from upper mid-carder to MAIN EVENTER tonight. Solidly beat Hart, after 2 Hennig Plexes

Match seven; Vader vs Jake Roberts
A "clean", but just as deadly Roberts, came to the ring(Snake in bag). All Jake...Vader fell to the DDT. After the three count Jake went right for the bag. Out came the new "DAMIEN" a 25ft long ANACONDA. Once Vader knew what was happening. He ran his FAT REAR END all the way to his rental car, forgetting his gear.

Main Event; Buff Bagwell vs Undertaker(PPW Ch)
Bagwell tried really hard, but was no match for the CHAMP. Taker hits his Tombstone.....Bravo and Earthquake storm ring. They distract Taker, who leaves the ring. He brawls with Earthquake on the floor. Bagwell recovers and he and Bravo join the fight. Taker finally, gets beaten down. Bagwell gets a table from under the ring. He and Bravo set it up. They put Taker on it. Earthquake goes to the high rent district. SPLAT goes the Champ. Once again the medical team rushes to the ring. The fans hope the DEADMAN will rise again.

The fans in Salt Lake were looking forward to a 5 star match. They didn't get one. These two missed three high spots. Owen missed a flip over the top rope. Sabu missed a Triple Jump Moonsault. Then Owen missed a Senton splash. Then Sabu rolls a very hurt Owen hart into the ring. Grabs a chair....2 Arabian face busters...Refree calls for the bell after second one.
