Yeah, seeing him do that at 90 years old is pretty cool, but for once I wanted Sav to face someone who didn't want to hurt him...and he gets screwed over anyway!

Savage T vs. Thret Van Darn

Savage T stormed down the hallway to the ring for his match, when GM Shon Maxx tried to intercept him.

Shon: "Sav, I have to tell you something."

Sav: "Save it. I've been ripped off since the beginning, but I'm going to get my check tonight."

Shon: "Well, that's what I want-"

Sav: "Look, I'm facing Thret Van Darn, who hasn't won a match yet, and if he uses his Heckfire move, he could be disqualified."

Shon: "Yeah, but-"

Sav: "And according to my comtract, if I lose by pinfall Or win, I get paid, right?"

Shon: "Yes, I-"

Sav: "Then I have nothing to worry about tonight. Get out of my way."

Shon looked at him for a moment, then sidestepped.

Shon: "Have fun."

Sav turned a corner when he ran into a little kid with a piece of paper.

Kid: "Savage T! Can I have your autograph please?"

Sav: "You want mine?"

Kid: "Yeah, I love watching your matches. You make me want to be a wrestler one day."

Sav: "All right." (signs paper and heads to the ring.)


Sav actually got an edge on Van Darn early in the match. Van Darn fought back and began choking Sav with the ropes. The refere began his count, and Van Darn broke the move on 2. He pulled Sav to the floor and hit a clothesline, then quickly got back into the ring as the referee was just beginning his count. Sav got back in quickly as well.

Sav fought back and got several close covers, but Van Darn kept kicking out. Sav finally went for the Vertibreaker, but Van Darn overpowered him and hit a piledriver. He then climbed the turnbuckle and went for a flying tackle, but he jumped too quickly and accidently hit the referee. Sav tried to cover him, but the referee was out. While Sav tried to revive the ref, Van Darn hit him from behind with a bulldog. He then hit the Heckfire, throwing a bright flash in Sav's face.

Sav fell to the ground, but the revived referee argued with Van Darn about whether he had used his illegal move. Sav waited, lying on his back, and finally, Van Darn covered him.

"1...2...DING!"

The bell rang, signaling that the time limit had expired.

Match result: Time Limit Draw!

Aftermath: Sav was shocked at first, but then he became elated as realization crept in. He climbed the turnbuckle and held his hands high.

Just then, Shon Maxx walked out with a microphone.

Sav: "Shon, I won the match; you saw it. A draw is technically a win, right?"

Shon: "Well, yeah, it is."

Sav: "Great! Finally! Pay me now!"

Shon: "Well, there's one little problem."

Sav: "What problem? I won the match. My contract says lose by pinfall or win...and it doesn't say how to win."

Shon: "That's right."

Sav: "So any win counts, even a draw, right?"

Shon: "Yes, it does."

Sav: "So by the terms in my contract, I should get paid, right?"

Shon: "Under normal circumstances, yes."

Sav: "So what's the problem?"

Shon: "Your contract expired yesterday."

Sav: "What? Why didn't you tell me?"

Shon: "I tried, but you wouldn't listen and you haven't been checking your phone messages."

Savage T stumbled against the ropes, burying his face in his hands.

Shon: "Luckily, I expected you to igmore me earlier today and thought ahead."

Sav: "What do you mean?"

Shon: "You remember that kid you encountered?"

Sav: "He wanted my autograph."

Shon: "You didn't sign an autograph. You signed a one-match contract for tonight. So you will get paid."

Sav: "So that kid-"

Shon: "Never heard of you before. Sorry...kids... Oh, I also have a brand new contract for you in my office, and this time, you get paid normally, just like all the other wrestlers."

Sav: "Thanks Shon...Wait...why didn't you tell me this when you first got to the ring? Why did you make me torture myself like that?"

Shon: (grins) "Because I can!"

I'm sorry to see it end. A whole fed thread based on Sav-T. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Oh, I stopped it because I thought people get bored and it'd seem the same after a while.

Actually, it was supposed to end next week and this week's draw was Not supposed to count as a win, but I'm going to Disney next week so I won't have a lot of time to post. That and Shon made a ruling recently where a draw counted as a win and I prefer to keep him consistant.

I do have an idea for another storyline that will run from July until October (I don't post my entire fed since I tend to mix in some of my own creations); I'm just not sure who to use yet.

Glad everyone enjoyed the storyline and sorry to end it early.
