This was the last card before Heartless on Feb 17. Bill Apter announced that
Hulk Hogan would be returning to SAGA tonight. The crowd couldn’t wait (for
the next commercial).


1. The Singapore Kings defeated Ashton Turner and Bart Black when Sandman
pinned Black after a Hardcore DDT. Larry Hennig and Ray Stevens watched
from the entrance ramp.


Bill Apter was in the back with Danny Hodge.

Apter: “Dan, in a few days, you’l be facing SD Jones again, but this time your
career in SAGA is on the line. What are you thoughts going into this?”

Hodge: “A year ago, my career was over here was well, but that time it was from
a random drawing. This time if I lose I deserve it. I’m hoping to keep my carrer
though and shut Jones down for good.”

Apter: “Well best of luck to you, Dan.”

Hodge: “Thank you.”


2. Danny Hodge vs. Mike Hoag

Wild Red Berry walked out and nodded to the referee. Hodge controlled most of
the match, but the referee kept counting slowly when Hodge tried a pin. Hoag
made a comeback and tried a cover, but Hodge kicked out of a very fast 2-count.
Hoag went for a dropkick, but Hodge ducked and hit a dropkick of his own. He
then hit the Oklahoma Roll, but the referee forced Hodge to break it, saying
Hoag’s feet were touching the ropes (in a cradle in the center of the ring?).
Angrily, Hodge punched the referee and locked a sleeper on Hoag before
leaving the ring.

Decision: ?


Shon Maxx met Hodge as he walked behind the curtain.

Shon: “Dan, I know you’re upset, but I can’t allow you to hit referees. I’m afraid
I’ll have to fine you.”

Hodge: (sighing) “I’m sorry; how much?”

Shon: “Buy me a Pepsi and we’ll forget the whole thing.”

Hodge: “Deal, let me just get my walet.”

Shon: “By the way, I’m counting that match as a win since you technically had
him beat.”

Hodge: “Again, thanks.” (walks away)

Shon: (Calling after him) “If it’s diet or caffeine-free, you’re fired!”


3. Ed ‘Strangler’ Lewis defeated Thret Van Darn with the Strangler’s Headlock.
Richard Hutton watched the match on a monitor.


Hodge walked back to the locker room to find his locker open and his clothes all
over the room and soaken wet. Spray painted on his locker was, “The end of
your career’s comin’, Special Delivery!”


4. SD Jones defeated Grant Rouse with a Headbutt. After the match, he taunted
the crowd when Danny Hodge ran out. He tackled Jones and held him in a
forearm choke (not really a choke, but I didn’t know what else to call it...Hodge
had his forearm under Jones’ chin, forcing Jones’ head back painfully).
Headstalker and security broke it up. Hodge spun and almost punched
Headstalker until he saw who it was.

As Hodge walked to the back, Shon met him.

Shon: “All right, now you owe me a candy bar too. And smart move not
punching Headstalker. He doesn’t like that very much.”


Eddie Ellner: “Ladies and gentlemen, Hulk Hogan has arrived!”

A limosine was shown in the back, and Hulk Hogan got out. Several children
walked over with autograph books, and Hogan smiled and held out his hands.
The children, however, walked right past him and asked the limo driver for his
autograph.


5. Diamond Dallas Page pinned The Missing Link after a Diamond Cutter.


Hulk Hogan entered the arena and a mother and son walked up to him with a
camera. They then asked him to hold the camera and take their picture with
Cousin Luke.


6. Dan Severn pinned Ox Baker after a fireman’s carry slam.


Hulk Hogan walked towards Shon Maxx’s office when a consession stand owner
walked up to him.

Fritz: “Excuse me, Hulk Hogan, may I shake your hand please?”

Hogan: “Uh, yeah, hi.”

Fritz: “Hello, my name is Fritz Yurmchszuk and I run a snack stand here. I want
to thank you so much for all that you’ve done for business.”

Hogan: “You’re welcome, I’m glad someone appreicates what I’ve done.”

Fritz: “Oh I do, when you wrestle, my sales go way WAY up! Now I can put all
nine of my children through college!”

Hogan: “Nine?”

Fritz: “Oh yes, my wife and I attended the first nine Wrestlemania’s. When you
wrestled, we went to the back and well, nince months later...babies! Thank you
so much again!”

Hogan grumbled and stormed off.


7. Frank Gotch vs. Red Bastein

The winner of this match would choose the special match at Heartless when
Gotch and Hackenschmidt fought Bastein and Lyons. To make sure no one was
bribed this time around, Shon sent Headstalker out as special referee.

Gotch controlled the first five minutes, but Bastein fought back and scored
several near falls. Gotch fought back and locked several kneelocks. He finally
locked the Gotch Toehold, but Bastein got to the ropes. Bastein then got up and
complained to Headstalker that Gotch hadn’t released the hold when ordered to.
Headstalker balked, and Bastein turned around, only to be locked in a rolling
leglock again, this time in the center of the ring. He tapped out.

Winner: Frank Gotch by submission.

Aftermath: Hackenschmidt walked out and joined his partner. Shon Maxx then
walked out.

Shon: “Well congratulations, Frank. You get to choose your match now for
Heartless.”

Gotch: “I really don’t have a preference. what about you, Hack?”

Hack: “No, you can choose, Shon.”

Shon: “Are you sure?”

Gotch: “Yes, we’re sure.”

Shon: “Okay, Gentlemen’s Match...okay just kidding. How about a cage with no
way out. Only pinfalls and submissions count?”

Gotch: “Fine with me.”

Hack: “No arguments here either.”


Shon was walking to the back when Hogan ran into him.

Hogan: “I’ve been looking all over for you.”

Shon: “I’ve been busy. Some of us actually show up on time and work.”

Hogan: “I can’t believe I get no respect here. Even that hillbilly Cousin Luke is
getting autographs where I’m getting thanked for raising snack sales.”

Shon: “And drink sales, thanks by the way.”

Hogan: “Very funny. I am the Icon of wrestling and I wan my respect.”

Shon: “Sorry, Hulk, but here you start from the bottom. You want your respect,
you earn it. But that gives me an idea, you can start earning it at Heartless. I’m
putting you in a match against Cousin Luke.”

Hogan: “Fine, I’ll show the people who they should be asking for autographs.”

Hogan turned and started to walk away.

Shon: “Oh, and I’d suggest you show up on time.”

Hogan: “It’s all right, I’ll have plenty of time to prepare for the main event.”

Shon: (nearly choking on his drink) “Main event? What drugs are you on...this
time? No, you’ll be fighting Luke in match Number 1.”

Hogan: “I...I’m opening?”

Shon: “Yep, good luck. Your match will be The Opening Match of the
Century...well not really.”

Shon tapped Hogan on the shoulder and walked away.


8. Giant Baba and Rikidozan vs. The Sheik and Sabu

Rikidozan tore into both Sheik and Sabu and nailed Sheik several times with the
Thunderous Chop. However, Sheik kept geting up, to everyone’s surprise.
Baba tagged in and floored Sabu with the Neckbreaker Drop, but Sheik made
the save. Sheik tagged in and tore (literally) into Baba, even cutting him open.
Rikidozan taggen back in to allow his friend to cover his cut. Sabu and Sheik
tried to double-team him, but Rikidozan fought bak. He nailed another
Thunderous Chop, but Abdullah Farouk distracted the referee. Rikidozan
chased Farouk off the apron, but when he turned around, Sheik threw a Fireball
into his face.

Winners: Giant Baba and Rikidozan by disqualification.

Aftermath: Baba and Street Reaper flew into the ring. Farouk ordered Sheik
and Sabu to leave, but Baba and Sheik had a staredown first.

February 17.


1. Hulk Hogan vs. Cousin Luke

Hogan arrived with his daughter, Brooke. Luke attacked Hogan right at the bell
and had Hulk staggering from several punches and stomps. Hogan fought back
and nailed several scoop slams. He went for the Legdrop Of Doom, but Luke
put his foot on the ropes. Luke fought back again, but Hogan “Hulked up,” and
hit a lbig boot, followed by a school-boy (while holding the tights) to get the win.

Winner: Hulk Hogan by pinfall.

Aftermath: Hogan celebrated for several minutes, both in the ring and on the
rampway. Brooke tried to greet the fans, but Hogan grabbed her by the arm and
pulled her to the back.


2. Ed “Strangler” Lewis vs. Richard Hutton

Hutton sneak attacked Lewis and locked a grapvine. He kicked Lewis in the ribs
several times, them locked the Abdominal Stretch. Lewis got to the ropes, but
Hutton dropped him with a knee to the ribs and rolled him up for the win in barely
a minute. Lewis was spitting out blood at this point.

Winner: Richard Hutton by pinfall.


3. XTC Champion Steve Corino vs. Sabu

The two brawled to the floor and into the crowd for several minutes. Sabu
dropped Corino with a drop toehold. He tried a running attack, but Corino
moved, and Sabu smashed into the metal stairs. Corino rolled Sabu back into
the ring and hit the Old School Expulsion, but Sabu kicked out. Corino went for a
flying elbow, but Sabu moved. He grabbed a chair and hit an Air Sabu, but
Corino broke the pin with a foot on the rope. Corino dropped Sabu with a low
blow, then hit him in the face with the chair. He then dropped Sabu with a DDT
onto the chair. Corino hit another Old School Expulsion and scored the pin.

Winner and Still XTC Champion: Steve Corino by pinfall.


Aftermath: The Sandman and Justin Credible walked out and attacked Corino
with Singapore canes, leaving him a bloody mess.


4. Diamond Dallas Page vs. Ric Rude

The match started with the two men exchanging grappling moves. Page gained
the advantage and floored Rude with a piledriver. He went for a Diamond Cutter,
but Rude blocked it. Rude went for a Rude Awakening, but Page blocked it.
After several more minutes, Rude gained the edge. He went for a piledriver, but
Page reversed it into a Diamond Cutter. He went for the cover, but Rude put his
foot on the ropes. Page tried to drag Rude into the center of the ring, but Rude
caught him with a surprise cradle. Page kicked out and hit a second Diamond
Cutter for the pin.

Winner: Diamond Dallas Page by pinfall.


5. Larry “The Ax” Hennig and “The Crippler” Ray Stevens
vs. The Singapore Kings

This was a very bloody and two-sided match. Hennig showed his power by
tossing both Credible and Sandman all over the place, including right over the
top rope. Stevens pounded on both men on the floor while Hennig dragged
Sandman into the ring. Credible finally got control and knocked Stevens cold
with the Singapore Cane. Then he and Sandman double teamed Hennig, and
Sandman got the pin after a Hardcore DDT.

Winners: Justin Credible and The Sandman when Sandman pinned Hennig.

Aftermath: Both men grabbed canes and prepared to inflict more damage on
their opponents. Suddenly, Steve Corino ran out with a chair. He blasted
Sandman in the face and hit a DDT on Credible onto the chair. He then grabbed
a microphone.

Corino: “Sandman, Credible, you may be the Singapore Kings, but I’m the
Chairman of XTC. Bring your ‘little sticks’ and we’ll see who the real man is!”


Street Reaper was shown in the back, coaching both Giant Baba and Rikidozan
before their match.

The Sheik was shown pacing in a locker room. He nearly assaulted the
cameraman but was stopped by Abdullah Farouk.


6. Loser Leaves Match (Headstalker as special referee):
Danny Hodge vs. SD Jones

Hodge entered the ring, flew past Headstalker, and floored Jones with a spear.
After several back head slams, he started choking Jones. Headstalker finally
stepped in, and Hodge rolled up Jones with the Oklahoma Roll for the pin.
Headstalker counted slowly, but he never hesitated when he got to 3. This was
another match that barely lasted a minute.

Winner: Danny Hodge by pinfall.


7. Regional Champion Rikidozan vs. Don Leo Jonathan

Jonathan took Rikidozan down with a drop toehold into a rolling headlock.
Rikidozan slipped out, but Jonathan caught him with a back suplex. Rikidozan
flipped over and landed on his feet and tried to lock a sleeper, but Jonathan
slipped out of it. Jonathan went for a dropkick, but Rikidozan ducked and hit a
dropkick of his own. He then followed with a deadly chop that sent Jonathan
through the ropes and to the floor.

Jonathan was surprised, but he rolled back into the ring, performed a feint, and
caught Rikidozan with a side slam. He then hit several back flip splashes and a
spinning leg drop. He tried to lock a full nelson, but Rikidozan dropped free and
kicked Jonathan’s shin. Jonathan stumbled against the ropes, and Rikidozan
followed with a hip toss and knee drop to the head. Rikidozan picked him up
and locked his Hiplock, but Jonathan turned it into a hiptoss of his own.
Rikidozan got to his feet, but Jonathan caught him with a flying head scissors. A
stunned Rikidozan rolled to the floor.

Jonathan hit a baseball slide that sent Rikidozan into the railing. Jonathan then
rolled him back into the ring and locked a sleeper hold. Rikidozan got up as his
hand fell the second time (nope not the third this time!), but Jonathan floored him
with a spinning kick. Jonathan then signaled for the Morman Swing. He picked
Rikidozan up, but Rikidozan rolled free and nailed the Thunderous Chop.
Jonathan stumbled, and Rikidozan hit a second chop. Jonathan fell against the
ropes, and Rikidozan flew into the air and hit a third Thunderous Chop.
Jonathan fell to the mat, and Rikidozan covered him for the three count.

Winner and Still Regional Champion: Rikidozan by pinfall.

Aftermath: Both men shook hands as the crowd cheered them both.


Dan Severn and The Crusher were shown preparing for their match later in the
card while Ox Baker and Bruiser Brody were shown doing the same in a different
locker room.


8. Steel Cage Match (Pinfalls and Submissions only!)
Tag Team Champions Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt
vs. The Wrestling Conduct Committee

Gotch and Red Bastein started by exchanging grapples and takedowns. Bastein
and Billy “Red” Lyons performed several quick-tag moves and ended up
dropping Gotch with a double drop kick against the cage. They both tried
covers, but Gotch kicked out both times. Hack tagged in and clean house,
tossing both Lyons and Bastein all over the place. At one point, Hack had
Bastein locked in the Russian Bearhug (upside down bearhug) while Gotch had
the Gotch toehold locked. Lyons finally made the save, but Gotch locked him in
the rolling leglock. Bastein finally jumped in, but Hack tagged in. Bastein and
Gotch fought while Hack locked Lyons in the Russian Bearhug. Bastein tried to
make the save, but Gotch flipped him and sent him crashing to the mat. Lyons
quickly submitted.

Winners and Still Tag Team Champions: Frank Gotch and George
Hackenschmidt when Hackenschmidt made Lyons submit.


9. Hardcore Tag Team Match:
Dan “The Beast” Severn and The Crusher
vs. Ox Baker and Bruiser Brody

Severn started by hitting both men with German suplexes. He locked the
Wakigatame on Brody, but Ox made the save. Crusher tagged in and
exchanged punches with Ox. All four men ended up on the floor, fighting with
chairs and whatever else they could find. Severn rolled Ox back into the ring
and nailed the fireman’s carry slam. He then tagged Crusher who lifted Ox up
and hit the Crusher Bolo. Brody suddenly flew across the ring and slammed into
Severn, sending him to the floor. He then tagged himself in, rolled Crusher off of
Ox, and hit the Jumping Knee Drop for the pin.

Winners: Ox Baker and Bruiser Brody when Brody pinned The Crusher.

Aftermath: Ox and Brody left the ring. Severn entered the ring and started to
help Crusher up. Suddenly, Severn snapped and hit a German Suplex on
Crusher, followed by the fireman’s carry slam. He then locked the Beast Choker
on Crusher until security broke it up. Severn looked down at Crusher, then
calmly left the ring.


10. SAGA Heavyweight Champion Giant Baba vs. The Sheik

Sheik surprised Baba with an eyerake and elbow to the face. He then shoved
Baba to the corner and punched him repeatedly in the face. Baba tried to shove
him off, but Sheik held his ground, and Baba was quickly bleeding. Sheik hit a
face slam and locked the Camel Clutch, but Baba got to the ropes. Sheik
dragged Baba to the floor and tried to choke him with some wire, but Baba
picked him up and sent him hurtling into the crowd. Baba then rolled back into
the ring to regain his breath.

Sheik finally got back into the ring, but he walked right into a big boot. Baba
picked Sheik up and hit a vertical suplex. He went for a cover, but Sheik kicked
out. Baba went for the Neckbreaker Drop, but Abdullah Farouk distracted him.
Sheik then grabbed something sharp and cleaved into Baba’s face. He then
locked the Camel Clutch for a second time.

Suddenly, Baba stood up and hurled Sheik across the ring. He hit several Baba
chops and then floored him with a back suplex. He then threw Sheik into the
turnbuckle and nailed a flying clothesline. Finally, Baba hit the Neckbreaker
Drop and scored the pin.

Winner and Still SAGA Heavyweight Champion: Giant Baba by pinfall.

Aftermath: Rikidozan walked out and the two celebrated. Meanwhile, their
manager Street Reaper looked on, but he did not look completely pleased.

Clips were shown from Heartless 2 weeks ago when Giant Baba successfully
defended his title against The Sheik although Baba’s manager Street Reaper
seemed slightly bothered by the result.

GM Shon Maxx was walking through the hallway to the ring when he
encountered Tag Champions Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt.

Shon: “Hey guys, great title defense 2 weeks ago.”

Gotch: “Thanks Shon.”

Hack: “Yes, thank you. Do we have a match tonight?”

Shon: “No, I figured you deserve the night off.”

Just then, Steve Williams and Ted Dibiase walked up.

Williams: “Why not put those titles on the line against some Real opponents?”

Dibiase: “We’ve been avoided long enough. We missed 2 pay per view events,
and now we’re here to fight.”

Shon: “You missed 2 events because, in December, Ted, you 2 got arrested for
a bar fight-”

Dibiase: “Some drunken clown tried to hug me.”

Shon: “Well, push him away and-”

Dibiase: “No, he really was dressed as a clown. I hate clowns!”

Shon: “Okay, I understand that. But then, a month ago, you got arrested, Steve
for punching out a clerk in a department store.”

Williams: “She tried to spray me with some perfume. I just reacted. And
besides, we paid all the fines and everything. We wanna fight!”

Shon: “Well I’ll be happy to give you a match, but you haven’t competed
regularly in over 2 months so I can’t give you a title match.”

Hack: “We can though, correct?”

Shon: “You Want to defend your belts against them tonight?”

Gotch: “Sure why not. It should be a great match.”

Shon: “All right then, you four will compete in tonight’s main event. Now if you’ll
excuse me, I have an announcement to make.”


Shon walked to and entered the ring.

Shon: “Good evening ladies, gentlemen, Publix managers, and anyone else.
Last week at a house show, Cruiserweight Champion Bryan Danielson and CM
Punk got injured in an in-ring accident. Since both men will be out for a while, I
have no choice but to declare the Cruiserweight Title vacant. Tonight, we’ll start
a tounrament to crown a new champion, and to make things interesting, I’ve
brought in some wrestlers from FIST. If one of them wins the belt, he’ll become
a part of the roster...at the expense of one of ours in a trade. So SAGA
cruiserweights, if you like it here, I’d suggest you kick things up a notch tonight.”


1. Don Leo Jonthan pinned Mike Hoag after a Mormon Swing.

Clips were shown from Hogan competing in a minor Canadian wrestling league
last week in their main event. Hogan called himself The Main Event Anywhere.

2. Hulk Hogan defeated Gary Rouse with the Legdrop Of Doom in a very easy
match. Afterwards, he soaked up what he thought were cheers from the crowd.
He left the ring with his daughter Brooke and didn’t notice when she got a call on
her cell phone.


Shon Maxx was returning to his office when Red Bastein intercepted him.

Shon: “Hey Red, where’s Billy?”

Bastein: “Fixing a little problem. What is with this state? We checked into a
hotel in your town of Asheville, and they saw the “Red” in our names and thought
we were married. According to North Carolina law, we’re now officially married!”

Shon: (trying very hard not to laugh) “Really...”

Bastein: “Anyway, he’s fixing that, but I’m here to inform you that our manager
Wild Red Berry wanted The Destroyer’s contract signed at the expense of SD
Jones’, at least until we can appeal that decision.”

Shon: “Appeal what?”

Bastein: “Oh come now. Jones only lost because Hodge injured him days
before their match in an unprovoked attack!”

Shon: “He vandalized Hodge’s locker and several of his personal items. Even
the cameras saw that.”

Bastein: “Don’t try and change the subject. Hodge is a bully and a simpleton
who has no business being anywhere near a wrestling-”

Suddenly, Danny Hodge appeared and lunged forward, though he was stopped
by Headstalker and security.

Hodge: “You got a problem with me, Red?”

Bastein: “I won’t lower myself to speaking with a cheater. Get him out of her.”

Hodge: “I’m the cheater? Jones can’t win a match without the destroyer and
I’m-”

Shon: “Okay that’s enough! I’ll settle this. You’re both in the Cruiserweight
tournament so you’ll fight next week. There, problem solved. But if you come
near each other, I’ll drop you both from the tournament. Now go!”

Bastein: “Talk about a sore loser.”

Shon: “Oh and Bastein, say hi to your husband for me.”

Bastein snarled and stormed off.

3. Killer Kowalski defeated Cousin Luke with the Kowalski Claw. After the
match, Richard Hutton walked out and taunted him. Kowalski chased Hutton up
the ramp and into the back, where Hutton nailed him in the face with a chair.

Hutton: “Just like your partner.”


Clips were shown from Heartless when Bruiser Brody and Ox Baker defeated
Dan Severn and The Crusher. Afterward, Severn turned on Crusher.

4. Dan “The Beast” Severn defeated Thret Van Darn with the Beast Choker.
After the match, Severn grabbed a microphone.

Severn: “Nearly a year ago, I lost my last title. I’ve pushed myself to the limist in
hopes that’d I get another soon. Instead, I kept getting dragged into Crusher’s
little feuds. Well, Crusher, I’m no longer watching your back. I’ve got my own
goals, and if you get in my way, I’ll leave you lying all over again.”

Crusher flew into the ring and attacked Severn. Although Severn tried to grapple
him, Crusher tossed Severn into the turnbuckle and floored him with a Crusher
Bolo. Security broke the two up.

5. Curt Hennig pinned Diamond Dallas Page after a Hennig Plex in a very back
and forth match.


6. Cruiserweight Tournament Match Round 1:
Chris Candido vs. Jim Londos (FIST)

Londos walked out with a trench coat. His video showed him walking away from
a recreation of the London, England fires. He easily and viciously destroyed
Candido, beating him by kncok out to his finisher, London’s Burning (sleeper).

Winner: Jim Londos by knock out.


7. Cruiserweight Tournament Match Round 1:
Sabu vs. Mad Dog Vachon (FIST)

Many thought this would be an even and bloody brawl. It was neither. Sabu
annihilated Vachon and pinned him in nearly a minute after the Triple Jump
Moonsault.

Winner: Sabu by pinfall.


Shon Maxx announced that next week’s main event would be Killer Kowalski vs.
Richard Hutton in a Dog Collar Match.


8. Tag Team Champions Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt defeated Ted
Dibiase and Steve “Dr. Death” Williams when Gotch forced Dibiase to submit to
the Gotch Toehold.

Aftermath: Gotch and Hack celebrated in the ring when Street Reaper walked
out with Heavyweight Champion Giant Baba and Regional Champion Rikidozan.
They entered the ring and stood across from Gotch and Hack. Gotch and Hack
held out their hands in a show of respect. Suddenly, Baba lunged forward and
floored both men with a Neckbreaker Drop clothesline. He then picked up Hack
and hit a neckbreaker. Gotch stumbled to his feet, but Rikidozan knocked him
down with a Thundrous Chop. Reaper then said something in Japanese, and
Baba and Rikidozan stopped, picked up their titles, and followed their manager
to the back.

Clips were shown from the previous show where Giant Baba and Rikidozan attacked Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt.

Shon Maxx was in the back with Bill Apter.

Apter: “Shon, you saw what happened last week.”

Shon: “Yeah, I do work here and I do watch my own shows.”

Apter: “Well what are your thoughts on the attack of Gotch and Hackenschmidt by Giant Baba and Rikidozan?”

Shon: “Street Reaper paid their fines and will be explaining their actions in the ring in a few moments.”

Apter: “Your deal?”

Shon: “Yes, our deal, you can see what they're up to when they get to the ring. That's all I can say.”



Street Reaper entered the ring with Giant Baba and Rikidozan.

Reaper: "Frank Gotch, George Hackenschmidt, are you angry with what Baba and Rikidozan did to you last week? Do you wish to seek revenge? Well, we shall offer you the chance. We are sponsoring the next pay per view, the one you call, 'Defiance.' Our sole terms are that it takes place in Japan in the Tokyo Egg Dome and we get to choose the main event. Here's the challenge; You two against Giant Baba and Rikidozan in a tag team match with the Heavyweight, Regional and Tag Team Titles on the line. If you truly seek revenge, you now have your chance."


1. The Missing Link pinned Larry "The Ax" Hennig after a Flying Back Headbutt.


2. Steve Williams and Ted Dibiase vs. Cousin Luke and Danny Doring

For some reason, Williams had a lot of trouble with Luke. His concentrating was way off, and Luke took advantage, getting several near falls on Williams. Dibiase and Doring tagged in with Dibiase regaining the advantage, but Williams and Luke eventually tagged back in and Williams started choking Luke outside the ring. When the referee warned him, Williams grabbed Luke and hurled at the referee.

Winners: Luke and Doring by disqualification.

Aftermath: A furious Williams started throwing chairs all over the place while Dibiase fought to calm him.


Dan Severn was shown walking through a locker room. He opened The Crusher's locker and snickered as the viewed Crusher's Polka CD's.

3. The Crusher destroyed Mike Hoag in barely a minute by submission to the Crusher nelson.

Aftermath: Crusher flew out of the ring and to the locker room where he confronted Severn.

Crusher: "Who do you think you are, going through my locker like that?"

Severn: "Relax, it's not like you have anything incriminating in there, just a lousy taste in music."

Crusher: "You don't insult a man's Polka! Who do you think you are?"

Severn: "Your former partner, who carried you for months!"

Crusher: "Well, 'former partner,' no one stopped you from going after a belt, yet look which of us has one and which of us is whining."

Crusher turned around and Severn smashed the CD's against the back of Crusher's head. He then punched him several times before standing up and over him.

Severn: "Then, maybe the first title I'll challenge for is yours!"

Severn stormed off.


4. Bart Black and Ashton Turner defeated The Singapore Kings by disqualification when Steve Corino showed up and handed Credible a Singapore cane while the referee's back was turned. The referee turned back, saw Credible and stopped the match. Corino smirked and walked off.


5. Hulk Hogan defeated Thret Van Darn with the Leg Drop Of Doom. The fans were 100% behind Van Darn, who scored several takedowns on Hogan. Hogan's daughter Brooke was at ringside when she got a call on her cell phone. She left before Hogan finished his match. After the match, Hogan grandstanded until he noticed Brooke was missing. He walked to the back, just in time to see her get into a limousine.


6. Cruiserweight Title Tournament Match:

A very cocky Antonio Rocca (from FIST) defeated Brad Armstrong by submission to the Argentina Backbreaker.


7. Cruiserweight Title Tournament Match:

Danny Hodge vs. Red Bastein

This match went back and forth for several minutes. Bastein gained the advantage thanks to interference from Wild Red Berry. Bastein tried a pin using the ropes, but the referee stopped it. Furious, Hodge assaulted Bastein and both men rolled to the floor, ignoring the referee's count.

Referee's decision: Double Count Out.


Shon Maxx was shown in the back.

Shon: "After the last match, we're left with 3 finalists in the Cruiserweight Tournament. Since I hate byes, I'm going to make next week's match a Triple Threat Match for the belt. And since no one is defending the belt, it will Not be elimination rules. So next week's main event will be Sabu vs. Jim Londos vs. Antonio Rocca for the Cruiserweight Title."


8. Killer Kowalski mauled Richard Hutton, winning when a bloody Hutton passed out to the Kowalski Claw.


Shon Maxx appeared again from his office.

Shon: "I was just thinking...I know, scary...and in addition to the triple threat main event, I have some more matches next week. Steve Williams lost his temper and it cost him tonight so I'll give him a chance to redeem himself. Next week, Williams will face Cousin Luke in a 1 on 1 match. And, Steve, I'd watch that temper because another loss will not help you in contention.

Also, The Sandman and Justin Credible want revenge against Steve Corino so next week they'll get their shot. It'll be Sandman and Credible against Corino and Chris Candido.

Larry Hennig was just in here, and he felt The Missing Link got a fluke win over him so next week, the two'll have a rematch. And Larry, I listened tonight, but if you lose again, I can't promise I'll be as nice.

And finally, Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt were not here tonight because I gave them the night off. However they did call me and announce that they accept Street Reaper's challenge. So at Defiance, in Japan, on April 31st, the main event will be Heavyweight Champion Giant Baba and Regional Champion Rikidozan against Tag Team Champions Frank Gotch and George Hackenschmidt with all three titles on the line.
