Yeah there were some surprises so far...... [glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=green,2,300]The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Tournament[/glow] Card #01- From the Deimos Arena The fever of the fans was ravenous as they looked forward to the evenings events. The competitors in Bracket 1 of the championship tournament would test their mettle to see who would walk out as a victor and one step closer to being not only the champion, but the figure head of the GWF. It cuts to a previously taped transmission of an interview with none other than Earth's well known representative; the always patriotic Commander Sam! The roar of the crowd (especially the Earthlings contingent) was heard at the first sight of the Commander. He was sure of a victory tonight over The Executioner and was getting tired of the constant threats that Executioner would send not only to Commander Sam but to his family as well, if Sam did not give Executioner the victory. Sam made it known that "NO ONE!" Threatens his family, his friends or anyone that he cares for. He made it very clear that tonight, not only would he defeat The Executioner and move on in the tournament. But he would give him a Medieval beat down like he has only seen in his worst nightmares. Sam promised he would make an example of Executioner and send a message to anyone in the GWF threatening his family what can happen. With that it cuts to the ring where the contestants are being announced and teleported in. [glow=blue,2,300]Match 1- Commander Sam Vs. The Executioner[/glow]This was a stiff match as Commander Sam took control and pretty much dominated the competition. Executioner made a come back but the match finally came to a close when Commander Sam connected with a vicious running slingshot for the 1..2..3! *** After the match Commander Sam had his hand raised in victory! he would move on in the tournament. However, sneaking up behind Sam was The Executioner; his Axe in hand. The Executioner was determined that he would be Galaxian Champion and one way or another! Sam ducked the attack and moved in to disarm Executioner! Sam snapped the Axe in two and then proceeded to unleash a vicious beating that ended with Sam ascending the top rope and diving off with a crushing flying elbow drop! Executioner was injured and needed to be taken out on a stretcher and injured for 5 fight cards. Commander Sam stood in the spotlight as the crowd began to chant Sam's name. American Justice had been served! [glow=blue,2,300]Match 2- Killer Queen Vs. Greek God Proteus[/glow]This match tested the abilities of both competitor's! This match was filled with momentum shifts that kept the crowd on the edge of their seats! Proteus would catch Killer Queen off the top of the turnbuckle and deliver his OVERHEAD TOSS..1..2..Killer Queen rolls the shoulder at the last possible second! The longer this match went Proteus seemed to get frustrated as Killer Queen took his time going through the motions until an opening came. Queen would cinch his CHECK MATE as the young girls cheered on the Greek God to break free. Proteus would reach the bottom rope just barely to break the hold. Killer Queen thought he had won the competition but the referee made it known that Proteus had made it to the ropes. Outraged that Proteus was able to break free of his finisher, Queen unleashed multiple shoulder breakers to finally take the victory! Killer Queen would move on in the tournament. **** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 3- Mutant Vs. Pulsar[/glow]Pulsar knew he had a fight on his hands with this one. And he knew that Mutant was unpredictable and dangerous. But Pulsar was willing to put forward his best to move forward in the tournament. Mutant would attack before the opening bell to take the advantage over Pulsar. In the early moments of the match Mutant dominated until Pulsar reversed a move of the ropes catching Mutant with a flying leg scissors sending him to the mat. Mutant rolled to the outside to get his wits about him. Pulsar makes a rookie mistake by going out to meet Mutant on his own turf and goes to the outside to continue the fight. The two brawl on the outside but the fight goes to the favour of Mutant who in a frenzy picks Pulsar up and deposits him hard into the concrete floor! The referee quickly motions for the bell and Mutant is disqualified Pulsar slowly gets to his feet and holding his lower back, will move on in the tournament. [glow=blue,2,300]Match 4- Lord Nexus Vs. Comrade Terror [/glow]Lord Nexus knew he had a tough fight a head of him but made it clear that he would go to whatever means necessary to win this match and then the tournament. Lord Nexus was going to bring the title to the Flying Titans camp. Comrade Terror had declared war on all those who would step in his way as he moved toward claiming the Galaxian Heavyweight Title. Tonight, all of the GWF would witness first hand what happens when some one like Nexus goes on a suicide run by stepping into the ring with Comrade Terror. The two men locked up and jockeyed for position. Comrade Terror with a questionable low knee took the advantage and began to work over Nexus. Nexus held his own until he could shift the momentum in his favour after he dodged an attack in the corner by Terror. Terror bounced out of corner and was reeling! Nexus put on a display of high risk moves to put him closer to the victory. This ended when Terror stole his thunder with several vicious knife edge chops. The match then made its way to the floor. Lord Nexus took the advantage in the brawl where he would drive Comrade Terror face first into the ring post! The referee warned Lord Nexus to bring it back into the ring. But the Flying Titan was too engrossed in his hatred for Terror that he continued his assault on the outside giving the referee no choice but to disqualify Nexus and give the victory to Comrade Terror! *** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 5- Death Knight Vs. Wolf [/glow]A GWF interviewer tried to get comments from Wolf, however the savage Wolf merely walked by and refused to give an interview. This one went straight to the ring for the bout to get underway. Death Knight attacked before the bell and gave Wolf a beat down! Wolf was being bested by Death Knight and most wondered if Wolf's heart was even into this tournament? But Wolf would come back as it was soon revealed that Wolf was merely playing with Death Knight. Wolf returned the beat down with a Wolf Skull crusher to let Death Knight know he was in the match. The Skull crusher sent Death Knight through the middle ropes and to the outside where the match continued! Wolf clambered up to the top turnbuckle with ease and perched a top. When Death knight returned to his feet and into position; Wolf leapt from the top like a predator upon his prey! Death knight was hit so hard from the high risk move that he was unable to return to the ring. The pacing Wolf inside the ring waited and waited for Death Knight to return, but upon reaching the 10 count the referee deemed this match over by Count Out! Thus sending Wolf further into the tournament. ** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 6- Exo-King Vs. Ghengis Khan [/glow]The holovid showed a regal Exo-King with his kingly robe about his shoulders. He ordained that this was an education all the simpletons would get to see first hand. Royalty vs. The peasant class. He would show that no barbarian was going to beat him. Exo-King felt that the title should just be handed to him due to his position. But made one thing clear, he would make everyone bow to him whether they do it on their own or he has to beat it out of them. He will become the new and first Galaxian Heavyweight Champion! The match opened with a bit of stalling as Exo-King did not want to lock up with the "mongrel dog". But finally the lock up is committed to. Exo-King early hits a Skull crusher to really ring Khan's bell. No sooner did Khan get himself back to his feet than he would fall victim to a text book flying body crusher and hear nothing but the referee's hand hit the mat with a 1..2..3! ** Exo King would move on in the tournament! The fans in attendance and the viewers watching at home would be given a video recap of the highlights of each match before the show closed. This was the end of Bracket 1. Next weeks card would see Bracket 2 compete and get one step closer to crowning a new Galaxian Heavyweight Champion!

Well I will tell you that I ran Bracket 2 and the Renegade vs. Brute Match was long and brutal. Both men were bleeding by the end and I was surprised by how this one played out. Had to have been at least a 15-20 min match! The Actagon/Thantos match was solid as well and I would say it and the Brute/Renegade matches stole the show. Results will be posted soon. Actagon I will say held his own. Whether he won or not you will have to wait for the results . As far as Nexus, he was doing well until he took it to the outside. Those Titans can get a little carried away. ;D I was surprised he lost via DQ. When I use to play back in the day he was always a solid draw. Oh well it is still early yet he has a chance to surprise as I move on here. Well I do post quite a bit in the Legends section of the boards since I started with Legends first and it is my flag ship that I play religiously. But I caught the COTG bug again after I saw the art work for The Master Race and most recently MONOLITH and it hooked me. Now you will see more of me creeping into the Champions end of the boards now. As far as who I personally think will win. I am not sure? I pick a guy and he never wins. So I figure I will just play it out and let the chance of the dice set the tone and pace of my fed. Having one of the underdogs win would be great as it would really be different. I mean sure Wolf, Thantos and Star Warrior seem to be the big wigs to take it. And most likely will. Hmm, okay I will say my pick to win...I want Exo-King to take it or maybe Killer Queen, Imagine that eh?

[glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=green,2,300]The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Tournament[/glow] Card #02- From the Deimos Arena The crowd gathered once again ready for Bracket 2 of the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Title Tournament. The crowd was given a recap of last weeks match ups and the winners thus far. Without further hesitation they send it to the ring! [glow=purple,2,300]Match 1- Beast Rider Vs. Pit Viper[/glow]The Neptunian Space Cropper: Beast Rider knew he was in for a fight and was looking forward to the match. His opponent Pit Viper was also looking forward to the match up and felt that either man could walk out the winner. Introductions were made as the competitors were teleported into the ring. The moment these two locked up it turned out to be a superb match and showing! one would pull off a series of moves while the other would follow suit. However, the match came to a close when Pit Viper connected with a Titan Drop to take the victory! *** Pit Viper moves on in the tournament and gives another of the Titan stable a chance at the gold. [glow=purple,2,300]Match 2- Gladiator Massacre Vs. Vanity[/glow]In a pre-taped interview, Vanity made it clear that he was not worried about his match up with the feared Gladiator at all. He felt that his ability in the ring was just as gorgeous as he is. Vanity could not wait to add the Galaxian Title to his wardrobe and saw it as the most sought after accessory to ones night out on the town ensemble. It then cut to the locker room of the Gladiators; Brute and Massacre. Massacre was getting ready for his match while Brute was in the background lifting an ungodly amount of weight in straight bar curls. When asked if he was going to have any issues in this match. Massacre took a puff of his cigar and blatantly said. "Haha! Are you kidding me? Me, getting beat by that powder puff? i should slap your mother for thinking such a thing!" In the ring the competitors stood looking across the ring at one another. Vanity took his time as young ladies tossed roses into the ring for the blonde narcissist. As Massare was taking off his ring attire. Vanity struck! Hoping to get an advantage over the Gladiator, Vanity struck with a ferocity one would not have thought possible. Vanity controlled the match from the opening bell with a near upset in the early moments of the bout as he caught Massacre with his PULVERIZER..1..2! The Gladiator power pressed out of the pin attempt and sending Vanity almost out of the ring! Massacre sent Vanity out to the floor and Vanity would take control again and very close to being disqualified by some of the "tactics" he chose to demonstrate on Massacre. Once back in the ring, Massacre makes a come back and retaliates off the ropes with not 1 but 2 DECAPITATOR'S to take the win! *** Massacre certainly earned this victory as he moves on in the tournament. [glow=purple,2,300]Match 3- Thantos Vs. Greek God Actagon[/glow]Thantos made it clear that not only will this "Greek God" and his match with The Evil Game Master be a thing of the past! So will every single competitor in this tournament that steps into the ring with Thantos. His goal will be to take what gives power in the GWF and that is the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship. If anyone should be the figure head of the GWF....It's Thantos! The sands of time are ticking and the game is almost up! The face of the GWF is Thantos! With that he leaves to the teleporter. Greek God Actagon was not available for contact as he was busy preparing for the match ahead. To beat some one such as Thantos was definitely a feather in the cap of Actagon. When these two locked horns the arena lit up! Actagon proved more than a challenge for Thantos as a quick GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP came from out of nowhere and almost sealed an early night for the Evil Game Master! But Thantos, not wanting to be in that predicament once more stepped up and took the match even more serious than maybe he did in the initial moments of the match. Thantos had a couple pin attempts of his own but the Greek God was able to either kick out or make it to the ropes. Thantos getting impatient that this young athlete was enduring this much pain and holding his own began to frustrate Thantos. Thantos began looking for an opening to cinch his MASTER LOCK for the definite win. However, Actagon would prove to be more elusive to the move than he had hoped. A stiff onslaught and a Satanic Skull Smasher later would see the crimson flow from the Greek God! Thantos attacked the injury like a shark in a feeding frenzy hoping this would give him his opportunity to wear the young man down. Actagon made one more fierce come back and shifted the momentum into his favour before taking a high risk cross body from the top rope to give Thantos the 1..2..3! **** Actagon may not have won the match but he can be proud for the longevity he was able to keep in a match with a man most never last more than a few minutes. Actagon lasted 12 minutes. Thantos moves on in the tournament. [glow=purple,2,300]Match 4- Omega Vs. Star Warrior[/glow]One of the most talked about match ups in the tournament. As it would be billed as "Father vs. Son". Star Warrior and Omega were actually looking forward to the match, they told several intergalactic new forums that it was not only a match up but a learning experience to really see how both have grown. This friendly match up was sure to turn some heads. The Anticipation took hold of the arena as the fans could not wait any longer for this dream match. The two came out of their respective corners with a hand shake and upon the sound of the bell came out fighting. No longer were they father and son but they were two competitors, ready to give the fans a entertaining match! This match was Awesome from bell to bell! These two really knew one another well as they would counter move after move until they came to a stand still. A grin from both and as the crowd began chants for both Star Warrior and Omega. Star Warrior would take control in this next hook up and even catch Omega with his NOVA LAUNCH! 1..2..Omega rolls the shoulder at the last second. Omega had some devastating moves of his own to really shake up his son but it just was not enough! Star Warrior would catch his father with a few boxing jabs that open his father up before a solid flying dropkick catches Omega on the chin to end this one by pin fall. *** Star Warrior would help his bleeding father to his feet as they embraced. Omega was proud of his son and looked forward to seeing him move on in the tournament. A standing ovation for both men! [glow=purple,2,300]Match 5- Invincible Kraken Vs. Massif[/glow] Kraken made it clear that he had this one "put to bed" to coin a phrase. He said that the giant Massif had no chance and his only goal is to put guy out of the tourney. Massif was asked how felt going into the match and the big man had a positive look out. He knew that Kraken would be up to some tricks but would be ready for him. Suddenly Massif began to seem a little drowsy, he felt that it might be from the teleporters but has been tired quite a bit since finding out whom he was facing in the tournament. He took a huge yawn before making his way to the ring. Kraken in this match up overwhelmed Massif at the sound of the bell. Massif seemed to be having problems focusing or even having any strength in the match. Kraken hit some devastating moves before walloping Massif with several knife-edge chops for the victory. ** People could not believe this upset and wondered what was wrong with Massif as he seemed to be unconscious. Medical Personnel made their way into the ring to check on the big man and had to take him out on a stretcher. [glow=purple,2,300]Match 6- Gladiator Brute Vs. Renegade[/glow]In the Gladiator locker room, Massacre yelled at Brute that his match was next. Brute casually dropped the massive amount of weight he was curling and made his way to the ring. The camera cut back to show the weight had actually broke through the plastisteel. Renegade said he couldn't wait to take down Brute! He said that this was going to go down into history as "The David & Goliath story" from centuries ago. Smash Mouth! That is how you could describe the battle between these two. This match went on for over 20 mins with either man really gaining ground! Both would be busted open and bleeding after several brawls on the outside and near disqualifications! Renegade would be on the wrong end of a DECAPITATOR!! Brute made a non-chalante cover with his boot on the chest of Renegade...1..2..Renegade with a foot on the bottom rope. Renegade made a come back and the loss of blood began to take a toll on both. Renegade took the behemoth off his feet and cinched his SPINE CRACKER! But the big man slowly but surely powered his way out of it. Brute would take a wallop with a steel chair on the outside and the referee would let him away with it! Then Brute fell to a flying knee drop by Renegade that hit its mark on the big man to give The Neptunian Space Cropper his 1..2..3 victory over Gladiator Brute! ***** Renegade has slain the giant and made it past perhaps the toughest challenge thus far in his quest for the title. Renegade moves on in the tournament. With this chapter closed the holovid once again gave a highlight reel of the nights outcomes and promised that the road toward a Galaxian Heavyweight Champion would not be without its history making moments. Some of which we have already witnessed. In these humble beginnings we see a bright new future to come in this GWF! Stay tuned for Card #3!

[glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=green,2,300]The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Tournament[/glow] Card #03- From the Deimos Arena The crowd gathered once again ready for the continuing quest for the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Title Tournament. The crowd was given a recap of last weeks match ups and the winners thus far. Without further hesitation they send it to the ring! This weeks match ups were sure to excited the crowd. [glow=blue,2,300]Match 1- Commander Sam Vs. Killer Queen[/glow]Commander Sam was approached about rumors of a possible retaliatory attack from The Executioner for the injuries he sustained at the hands of Commander Sam. Sam said he was not concerned with such threats as he is focused on the match at hand against Killer Queen. He did however, make it very clear to Executioner that when he gets back they would settle this once and for all. Sam heads to the teleporter. The camera cuts to an image of some glittering boots. The camera begins to makes its way up the body to show other rather outrageous material before halting on the face of Killer Queen. "Tonight! Commander Sam...you will fall victim to a CHECK MATE! And when the smoke clears and the lipstick fades, yours truly will be one step closer to Championship Gold. Tonight is Killer Queen's night!" with that he gives a kiss to the air and a sneer before heading to the ring. Commander Sam was in for a fight as Killer Queen put up more than a fight for the Earther! But Commander Sam with chants of "USA!" behind him made a come back at the mid way mark of the match. Sam would hit Queen with a high impact move that send him out to the floor. As Queen scrambled to his feet, Sam clambered up the to the top rope and took some air time as he leapt to the floor with a double axe handle! Sam rolled back into the ring as the referee began to count out Killer Queen. Killer Queen looked hurt and threw his hands up in the air that he was done. he left the ring area in spite, giving Commander Sam the win by Count Out! *** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 2- Pulsar Vs. Comrade Terror[/glow]Pulsar knew he had a rough and rather difficult bout ahead of him. When asked if he had a game plan, Pulsar merely said, "Um, a game plan...well I merely want to survive." before he could continue he was cut off. Not the media attention one would want going into a big match up like this. Comrade Terror was just the opposite. He was looking forward to this match and for good reason. "With this win, I get to take on one fool that I will take great pleasure in destroying! Commander Sam you better be rested Earthling! If I cannot wage war on your planet then I will wage war on you! Victory will be mine!" Comrade Terror stormed out of the interview pod with purpose. When this match began, Pulsar went on the quick attack and laid a beating on Comrade Terror! He would hit the big critter with his WHIRLWIND twice during the match but the big guy kicked out! Pulsar and the fans were in awe! Two finishers and the Comrade stood up barely affected. Pulsar seemed a bit overwhelmed as Comrade Terror took the advantage to dismantle Pulsar in the final moments of the match. Comrade Terror would hit a flying skull crusher to take the win. *** After the match, Terror picked Pulsar up by the head and tossed him out of the ring. He then grabbed a mic and send a warning to Commander Sam. That the next match is between "you and me!" and there would be taking no of prisoners! There will be no forgiveness, the only way one of them would leave the ring would be on a stretcher! [glow=blue,2,300]Match 3- Wolf Vs. Exo-King[/glow]The media once again asked for some comments from Wolf but he walked away with no comment. His focus was on one thing it seemed and that was his match against the leader of The Evil Ones; Exo-King. King had no problem speaking to "his media hungry subjects" and answered what questions he could. He made it known that Wolf is but a wild dog with no master and no control. King says that with any wild dog you break their "bad habits" or you put them down. Well tonight Wolf would be humbled and if he got too out of hand, your royal Majesty would put him down! With that he left to the ring. This one was a bloody one! Exo-King would do a number on the vicious Wolf. Wolf would come back and but Exo-King through his paces even catching Wolf in his DEATH VISE! Not enough to stop Wolf. But the match went to the outside where King drove Wolf into the concrete with a piledriver on the outside! Wolf, bleeding staggered to his feet! Exo-King was in shock fore he thought he had this match won! Wolf went into a frenzy, attacking Exo-King like a savage animal and showing no signs of intellect other than an instinct to kill! Wolf would be disqualified quick as the Deimos Arena Security would stun Wolf and take him out of the ring area. Exo-King not looking to well himself would move on in the tourney. *** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 4- Pit Viper Vs. Gladiator Massacre[/glow]What can be said about this one? It was over before it began! Massacre dominated Viper and punished him with several clotheslines followed by a stiff atomic drop! As Viper staggered to his feet he would fall victim to Massacre's DECAPITATOR for the 1..2..3! This one was over in a blink.** [glow=blue,2,300]Match 5- Star Warrior Vs. Thantos[/glow]Talk about a media buzz! This match up had one and for good reason. These two competitors had a history and it was not a nice one. Both men hated the other and this made for an even more interesting and brutal match. Much to the delight of the audience. When asked about this bout Star Warrior calmly stated "Thantos is a tough competitor and he is notorious for doing anything to take a victory. But I will be ready for him, you can count on it." Thantos responded, "Warrior thinks he is this pure wrestler who would never stoop low and use some dirty tactics of his own. Well tonight I will push him into the dark and before he knows it he will actually be unconscious and I will be one step closer to the title. Warrior couldn't beat me before and he won't beat me again!" It then sends it to the ring. Star Warrior had Thantos reeling during the match! Star Warriors momentum made this one look to be a squash match like the one before it. Especially when Warrior connected with his NOVA LAUNCH! 1..2..Thantos kicks out and stood up! It was as if he was barely affected by the move. Warrior hesitated and that was his downfall! Thantos used this mind game to take control connecting with a Satanic Skull Smasher followed by a very stiff running clothesline for the win. **** A brutal match but one worthy of the hype! [glow=blue,2,300]Match 6- Invincible Kraken Vs. Renegade[/glow]Invincible Kraken sat in his locker room and polishing his weapons as he awaited the call for the match. He told the media that he thought Renegades win over The Gladiator Brute was a fluke and if he thinks he is going to take Kraken that way he has another thing coming. He wants to get all rowdy well he won't be for long! he then left for the ring. Back in the locker room of Renegade he was hyped about his match against Kraken. He felt that Brute was but a massive stepping stone and Kraken was but a mere walk to the next one. He had high hopes and looked for a win! The two would meet in the ring and lock up. This was match was important to both, but who would take it would be the one with the most heart and drive. Neither would get the advantage until mid match where it turned ugly once it poured to the outside. Invincible Kraken would control the outside barrage and bounce Renegade's head off the steel ring post. The referee let it go but gave a stiff warning. Renegade was rocked by the attack only to fall victim to a backward leg sweep inside the ring to give Kraken the 1..2..3! *** This would be the end of the match ups for the card. As we getting closer still to a new leader and face of the GWF! Who will get closer to the power and prestige that comes with the Galaxian Heavyweight title? We will find out next time on Card #04, right here in the Deimos Arena on Galactic Wrestling!

[glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=green,2,300]The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship Tournament[/glow] Card #04- From the Deimos Arena What a turn of events from last week and now this week's line-up would no doubt excite the fans as we get closer to crowning a champion. Lets head to ringside! [glow=purple,2,300]Match 1- Commander Sam Vs. Comrade Terror[/glow]Comrade Terror looked to put Commander Sam out on a stretcher and was quite confident the title would be coming to him. When asked about Terror's comments, Sam responded with a chuckle. "Is that old lizard still blowing off steam?" With that it cut to the ring. Terror got the upper hand after attacking Sam before the bell but it would be short lived. Commander Sam would quickly hit a Peacemaker Slingshot for the set up to SAM'S ATOMIC DROP ending this bout. *** [glow=purple,2,300]Match 2- Exo-King Vs. Gladiator Massacre[/glow]Exo-King greeted the media with a wave and a asked that all bow before him or there would be no questions and he would see them hurt. All but one member of the media knelt before his Majesty. Exo-King was not amused and with one snap of his fingers the member of the media was grabbed by Death Knight and promptly beaten and dragged out of the room. The room went silent before King grabbed their attention, they quickly forgot about the incident and wanted to know is King was ready for Massacre and if he had any reservations about the match ahead. Exo-King smiled and made it very clear that he would take the Galaxian Title and there was no one in the universe that could stop him from his goal. It switched to the locker room of The Gladiators where Massacre and Brute were in talks. Media were told to "Take a hike or else!" Massacre seemed to have a game plan. Exo-King dominated Massacre and really put on a spectacle of skill and power. The Gladiator would be tapping after a text book applied figure-four leg lock for the win. But Exo-King refused to release the figure four in which Massacre began to motion to the back. Out came the big man, The Gladiator Brute. He entered the ring and before Exo-King could react he took a pile driver from the big man! The pile driver was enough as it seemed that Exo-King had a possible broken neck from the vicious move. Massacre and Brute left the ring in time before Killer Queen and Death Knight rang their bells with chairs. Queen and Knight checked on their leader and the looks on their faces told the story. Exo King may have won the match but he would be unable to continue in the tournament and therefore need medical attention. Gladiator Massacre since tapping would also not be eligible to continue.*** [glow=purple,2,300]Match 3- Thantos Vs. Invincible Kraken[/glow]Before the match, Invincible Kraken could be seen watching the replay of the end of the previous match up. He scratched his chin and with a smug look replied "That Gives me an Idear!" He then leaves for the ring. Thantos could not be bothered with this match, although he and Kraken held a very uneasy alliance he knew that this match would be more than it seemed on the surface. Kraken could possibly use this match to rid the GWF of Thantos. "Well Kraken it looks like it is your move!" Would be Thantos' finally words before entering the ring. Kraken and Thantos locked up, with Thantos getting the upper hand and really sizing up Kraken with some basic wrestling moves to 'warm him up with". Kraken would retaliate with two top rope clotheslines that stunned The Evil Game master! Thantos rolled out to the floor to shake it off and regroup. But Kraken attacks Thantos from behind on the floor and whips him into the steel steps and without any expression picked up The Evil Game master and dropped him on his head with a pile driver on the outside. Thantos was knocked out and looked to be bleeding, most speculated there could even be a broken neck! Kraken rolled into the ring and sat back in the corner with a smug look on his face as the referee deemed this match a Count Out victory for Kraken. ** The major upset was what Kraken wanted and he got it. But now he would face Commander Sam in the final. One of these two men would walk out the champion at Card #05. [glow=purple,2,300]Match 4- Tag-Team Match: Vicious & Delicious Vs. The Greek Gods[/glow]Before the match, Killer Queen & Vanity stood ready to take on the Greek Gods. Queen made it known that Exo-King had suffered injuries to his neck and is quite enraged over his lost chance at the Galaxian Title. Queen states that next week the Gladiators are in for the fight of their life, as Killer Queen and Death Knight would challenge The Gladiators to a tag match! Vanity was about to speak when Queen said it was time to go to the ring. This match got underway and in a big way. Queen would start the match against Actagon but seen nothing but mat as Actagon worked Queen over. A GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP would be hooked on Queen who flailed for a leverage to the ropes. Queen would get a tag off to Vanity who would rush into the ring to meet up with Greek God Proteus. Proteus would put quite the hurting on Vanity who quickly tagged Queen back in. Queen was not happy about it but clambered into the ring to take on Proteus. Queen with the advantage from the lock up but would soon find himself in an OVERHEAD TOSS! 1..2.Vanity in to break the count as Proteus tags in Actagon for the double team on Queen. Killer Queen rolls to the outside as Actagon races towards the turnbuckles and scales them quickly. Actagon takes flight with a cross body down upon Queen. Queen let out a yelp and spun around on the floor in pain as the crowd went wild. Actagon back into the ring but Killer Queen returned to his feet only to throw up his hands and had enough once again! He left the ringside area to see Vicious & Delicious lose by Count Out to the Greek Gods. Vanity stood on the apron, mouth agape. *** [glow=purple,2,300]Match 5- Beast Rider Vs. Death Knight[/glow] Beast Rider had this one won. He out wrestled Death Knight and looked to take this one early. With the crowd behind him Beast Rider climbed to the top rope to finish the match. However his overconfidence got the better of him and he crashed into the mat. Death Knight had rolled out of the way and waited for Beast Rider to stumble to his feet. All Beast Rider saw was Death Knight's COSMIC LANCE for the 1..2..3! Death Knight said in an interview after the bout that The Gladiators would pay for the attack on his Royal Majesty; Exo-King. *** [glow=purple,2,300]Match 6- Star Warrior Vs. Ghengis Khan[/glow]Ghengis Khan started out strong and really put Star Warrior through his paces. A missed move would give Star Warrior the advantage to out wrestle and out maneuver the tough Khan. Warrior attacked with some solid boxing jabs later in the match that would take the wind out of Khan's sails. Star Warrior would then hit his NOVA LAUNCH for the pin. *** A great show as they showed highlights from the nights match ups. They hoped all would tune in next time as the GWF Super Card would crown a first ever Champion and air out some disputes that some of the competitors have with one another. Until next time...Look To The Stars!

Great job so far CPB.. you have a very old school territory era feel to your write ups, which is pretty unique.
You got a lot good feuds developing early too, looking forward to see more!

Thanks for the compliments folks! I hope your enjoying it. I try and read as many of the other Promoter's work as well. Whether it be on the Legends fed thread or here. I have my first Super Card coming up next. Then after that I will move on to a Tag-Team Tournament leading up to another Super Card. Figure I will go 25 cards to represent a "year" unless I am having fun with the current year I am in then it may be a few more before I find some way to move into the next year. Here is the line up for the Super Show [glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=yellow,2,300]The Intergalactic Super Show 2087[/glow] Card #05- From the Deimos Arena As fans were in line ups trying to get tickets to the upcoming events. They were treated to a holovid teaser of what was to come. Very much like a movie trailer it enticed the viewer to either be at the show in person or call their local holovid provider and purchase this history making event. The shows line up is as follows: [glow=pink,2,300]Match 1- Pulsar Vs. Mutant[/glow]Pulsar and Mutant have some unfinished business from their match up during the Galaxian Heavyweight Tournament. Mutant is not the biggest fan of Pulsar and cannot let it stand that this Flying Titan rookie bested him. Mutant looks to redeem himself as Pulsar looks for another victory and the experience that goes with it. [glow=pink,2,300]Match 2- Tag-Team Match: The Gladiators Of Aethra Vs. The Evil Ones (Killer Queen/Death Knight)[/glow]Due to the violent pile driver by Gladiator Brute on his royal Majesty; Exo-King. His most loyal subjects, Killer Queen and Death Knight look to gain at least some of the vengeance that is needed for such a crime. This match up will either be full of great wrestling or it will be nothing but a unrelenting few minutes of pure unadulterated violence. Who will walk out and may be carried out? We shall soon see! [glow=pink,2,300]Match 3- Massif Vs. Ghengis Khan[/glow]The sleepy symptoms the big man Massif had during his match up with Kraken seem to be gone. Interesting as that would seem, Massif has been booked to take one of the men from the Dark Ages, the ever knowing master of the martial arts-Ghengis Khan. Both men will look for a victory to help boost them in the ratings. Those who move up get a shot at the Champion. Can Massif redeem himself in this match or will Khan make him drowsy again? [glow=pink,2,300]Match 4- Tag-Team Match: The Greek Gods Vs. The Neptunian Space Croppers[/glow]Both teams may not have succeeded in the tournament but they now get to show off their tag-team abilities. There is word that a search for Galaxian Heavyweight Tag-Team Champions will be next on the GWF Board of Directors agenda. Such a "friendly" match as this would and could possibly put the winning team in the sights and interest of the top brass. Watch as these two teams vie for contender ship. [glow=pink,2,300]Match 5- Comrade Terror Vs. Omega[/glow]Terror was not happy with his loss to Commander Sam and looks to take out his vengeance on friend and Ally of the Commander's in the form of Omega of Cetus. Could the TOMAHAWK THRUST be on the menu for Terror? Or could Omega make an unlikely mistake to be caught with the Terror's ATOMIC WARHEAD? [glow=pink,2,300]Match 6- Lord Nexus Vs. Vanity[/glow]Lord Nexus has had one too many run ins with the ever pretentious Vanity. Vanity has been getting under Lord Nexus' skin by saying and claiming he by far the most agile in the company. He has said on too many occasions that the Flying Titans are nothing more than circus sideshow act. Nexus asked that Vanity show "this sideshow act" how it is done. [glow=pink,2,300]Match 7- Triple Threat Match: Wolf Vs. Thantos Vs. Star Warrior[/glow]The Board of Directors has been very impressed by the abilities of these three men and look to showcase it here on the Super Show. Not only as a dream match but also to quite possibly determine a No.1 Contender to the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship. While the Boards intentions are still unknown, the fans are more than happy to have such a match up. [glow=pink,2,300]Match 8- MAIN EVENT For The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship: Commander Sam Vs. The Invincible Kraken[/glow]Kraken has used some rather unseelie tactics to get him this far and Commander Sam felt that to really test who wants the title the most asked for a Special Match for a Special Card. The Board Of Directors heard the choice of match for the title. Commander Sam wanted a first ever TITAN DEATH MATCH for the Galaxian Heavyweight Championship! The fans are looking forward to this and to the carnage that will ensue within. The Board Of Directors agreed and this one looks to be quite the match. When this night is over a new face of the GWF will be determined and the war for supremacy will begin.

[glow=red,2,300]Galactic Wrestling Federation Presents[/glow] [glow=yellow,2,300]The Intergalactic Super Show 2087[/glow] Card #05- From the Deimos Arena Fans piled into the arena as the electricity was in the air. Who was going to come out the winner and what happens if The Invincible Kraken takes the title? Everyone settled into their seats as the first bout of the evening began. [glow=pink,2,300]Match 1- Pulsar Vs. Mutant[/glow]Mutant attacks early but Pulsar fought back to win the advantage. Mutant retaliates and take the match out to the floor. Here it would stay for the majority of the bout, the odd roll in to break the count. Mutant tossed Pulsar hard into the steel steps, the referee let him away with it but told him to bring it back into the ring. Before Mutant would oblige he climbed up onto the apron and ran along it before diving on to the hapless Pulsar. Back in the ring Pulsar mounted a return and proved there was still some fight in him. He went blow for blow with Mutant, only to succumb to the TEMPLE GRINDER! Pulsar held on through the pain and manages to get to the ropes. But before he could recover Mutant hit Pulsar right in the face with an undetected foreign object for the 1..2..3! Mutant takes the win. *** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 2- Tag-Team Match: The Gladiators Of Aethra Vs. The Evil Ones (Killer Queen/Death Knight)[/glow]In this one The Gladiators really must have taken The Evil Ones lightly as both Killer Queen and Death Knight handed Gladiator Brute and Massacre their butts in this one. This match looked to be over at the midway mark as Killer Queen would lock in his CHECK MATE on Massacre! It was really a test to see how long Massacre to hold on as Killer Queen held it on for several minutes it seemed. Finally Massacre made it to the ropes but barely. The Evil Ones were able to cut the ring off and really work over Massacre until he managed to make the tag. The moment Gladiator Brute entered the ring this one was over! Brute quickly hit a vicious knife-edge chop to a winded Killer Queen for the 1..2..3! Knight was unable to enter as Massacre knocked him off the apron with a solid elbow. The Gladiators won the match just barely, having to work for it the entire time. *** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 3- Massif Vs. Ghengis Khan[/glow]These two locked up but Khan would get the upper hand. Massif took back the momentum after a missed clothesline off the ropes only to pick Khan up into an overhead toss and depositing him in a crumpled heap mid-ring. As Khan climbed to he feet and charged after Massif, Massif caught him in his Massif Power Slam to take the victory! The fans were happy with the victory as it showed the big man in his usual top form. *** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 4- Tag-Team Match: The Greek Gods Vs. The Neptunian Space Croppers[/glow]This was a great match! That started out with Beast Rider really doing a number on both Greek Gods! He even made two Beast Knee Shuffles on Proteus and almost won this one with two heart stopping pin attempts! A tag to Renegade and a double team on Proteus only saw their double clothesline miss and both of the Space Croppers feeling a double clothesline from the Greek God! The fans were on their feet as Proteus made the tag to Actagon. Renegade and Actagon would pile out to the floor and be embroiled in a vicious brawl that resulted in a double disqualification. Proteus and Beast Rider would become the mediators to try and break the two up after the bout. *** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 5- Comrade Terror Vs. Omega[/glow]Conrade Terror controlled this one from the opening bell. Omega made a strong showing until he fell victim to a multiple atomic knee drops to take the win. Comrade Terror grabs the mic and asks if "this is the best Omega of Cetus has to offer?"*** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 6- Lord Nexus Vs. Vanity[/glow]Vanity had control of and mocked Lord Nexus the entire bout. Until a Vanity whipped Nexus into the turnbuckle and charged in only to eat a stiff elbow from Lord Nexus! Vanity fell to the mat clutching his face so worried that it was ruined. Worried that he had been "deformed", Vanity fell victim to multiple atomic knee drops that quickly saw the match over and a pin fall for Lord Nexus! Vanity warned that if his bruises did not heal and his face was ruined. Lord Nexus would pay! *** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 7- Triple Threat Match: Wolf Vs. Thantos Vs. Star Warrior[/glow]This one was chaotic to say the least! The match went on for what seemed like an hour before Star Warrior hit his NOVA LAUNCH on Thantos and made the cover. Wolf attacked Star Warrior from behind and tossed him hard into the turnbuckle that Warrior was pretty much out of the match! Wolf went on the attack as Thantos begged for mercy, (of which Wolf would not give). Before Wolf knew it The Evil Game Master had worked his plan and Wolf found himself on the wrong end of Thantos' MASTER LOCK and quickly submitting. Thantos won the match and demanded that he be giving a title shot against the winner of The Main Event. He very much hoped it was Kraken as he had some payback for being dropped on his head. **** [glow=pink,2,300]Match 8- MAIN EVENT For The Galaxian Heavyweight Championship: Commander Sam Vs. The Invincible Kraken[/glow]Neither man had a comment for the media. Both were focused and Sam was not about to let Kraken take the title. Imagine The Invincible Kraken in the position of power and prestige The Galaxian Heavyweight Title places on its owner was rather scary to think about. It heads to the ring. Kraken attacks before the bell and connects with a vicious reverse pile driver and makes a quick cover..1..2..Sam barely lifts his shoulder off the mat and looks to be punch drunk from the underhanded attack! Commander Sam not looking good in the early moments of the match. Fans begin to boo The Invincible Kraken and his dominance in the match. The fans begin to chant "USA!" "USA!" and to their surprise it helped to bring Commander Sam alive and back into this match. Commander Sam has Kraken reeling and there looks to be a finisher by Sam but Kraken chokes Sam's momentum dead and puts him down again! Sam is hurt and not faring well Kraken climbs to the top rope and comes off with a well timed top-rope clothesline! Kraken covers and holds the tights. The referee not seeing this gives Kraken the 1..2..3! [glow=limegreen,2,300]THE NEW GALAXIAN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION IS THE INVINCIBLE KRAKEN!!![/glow] After the match Kraken tossed the referee out of the ring and then beat on Sam some more in the middle of the ring and then place a steel chair onto the head of Commander Sam. Kraken then ascended to the top rope and dove off with a deadly elbow drop! Kraken had done the damage and took the steel chair off the bloodied face of Commander Sam. He then whispered into Sam's ear "The Executioner sends his regards!"The crowd boos and tosses garbage into the ring! Kraken holds the title up as he climbs up onto the second turnbuckle and raised the title above his head. This win just put the power in the hands of THE SOCIETY OF DEATH! The GWF would never be the same! Card#06 promises to be very interesting as the fall out from the Super Show would take center stage. What would Kraken have to say? Also Thantos has gotten his wish, now what will The Evil Game Master do next? All this and more next week!

Awesome card CPB! Krakan is now retired in my fed and unfortunatly never managed to win my Galactic Championship- but he is still currently tied with Raven and Spike for most reigns as my Heavy Metal Champion. I am now looking forward to what happens between Commnader Sam and the Executioner and also what takes place between Thantos and Krakan.

Yeah Kraken winning was completely not what I thought was going to happen and on top of it Sam rolled doubles! So he is out for 10 fight cards! He is pretty much out for like 6 months in my fed! Executioner will be actually returning as soon as Card#06!! This leads me to believe who is really running the show? Kraken or Executioner? This could be quite the alliance! This show was the one I taught my 8yr old niece how to play so she made the Kraken win happen since she was playing him. She loves the game and I think I have helped bring forth the Dark Menace in her! Also, glad you enjoyed the show!
