That was brought up on another board...
I think it would be a great match for WM...but why do it behind the scenes?
Even teh Holly - DuPree altercatin happened at a house show.

I have to agree that the whole thing was set up to eventually promote a WM match. I know that Flair went off on Bischoff, but there was a lot of serious bad blood and history between those two. Flair seems like too much of a professional to sucker punch Foley back stage. After all, the whole thing goes back to Foley saying Flair was a bad booker and Flair calling Foley a glorified stuntman.
The fact is they are both legends who have pulled down plenty bread over the years. I can't imagine either one of them sweating the book quotes that much.

If there is a WM match between the two, I think it will suck, as the two have such contrasting styles
......although......
Flair-Undertaker at WM18 was pretty good, as well as Flair-Vince at the 202 Royal Rumble, and who could forget the Flair-Funk feud.
Okay, it might be good.......

I think Flair-Foley could be a good match. Foley goes balls out whenever he decides to get in the ring, and Flair can have a good match with a heavy bag.
