After watching Raw the screw job between Triple H & Batista on Beniot cage title match . With Triple H been attacked backstage when Beniot entered the scene . Ric Flair ranting about a lawsuit . Stood at the side just watching Triple lying down on the floor . Was a young bald guy (NOT Maven) . Who was that guy , anyone know ?

That was Sean Morley who plays the character of Val Venus. Morley is on the bubble right now due to his high downside signed at a time when he was more marketable and business was better. Contractually he's being paid much more than he's worth but unlike A-Train and Billy Gunn has more time locked in...making it unfeasible to release him and pay out the difference.
Someone like Scott Steiner was told to just stay home until his contract ran out since there were mere months left. In a situation with someone like Val (with more time remaining) the company strategy is to make the guy miserable and hope he either renegotiates a cut or requests an early release. Since most guys aren't 'marks' and view this as a business this strategy rarely works (ala Mark Henry).
In recent months Val Venus has been demoted to jobber status, told to shave his head, beaten down by Kane week after week (with zero storyline), been made to look purposely stupid in skits and angles, etc. All of this is designed to encourage him to ask for his release and preserve his name value for work elsewhere.
He'll likely just continue to ride it out, collect his money while he still can and then head off into the sunset like many others before him.
