Any guesses on who were the two people talking at the end of the CPC Handbook?
Mark did say that Prodigy was not one of them

I think I know who it is(honestly one person is fairly obvious the other less obvious but I think I know who it is) I'm not going to say who I th ink they are, but I'm sure Mark will hint as time goes on.

Rhiannon and The Saboteur.
They're talking about Shylock. She's a lying stinking pirate whore and she was supposed to "get close" to Shylock as part of some master plan, but its not working.

If there's one thing that been consistently shown during the CPC era, it's that Mark is able to surprise us through the logical use of the small details that you don't necessarily pick up on during the first read, but that hit you like a sledgehammer after Mark reveals the story.
That being said, there are two particular quotes from the passage that jump to my attention: "I don't think I can watch you do this anymore", and "But you weren't strong enough on your own. That's why you needed me." I think we are all in agreement that Saboteur is one of the 2 people, presumably the one "in control" of the situation. The previous 2 passages lead me to believe that his co-conspirator is (drum roll please).....................................................................................................................SPLATTER.
Why?
Being a manager Splatter does not truly have an "active" role in the drama, he would be someone "watching" what was happening. Secondly, as his physical prowess has declined since his retirement, he would not be capable of enacting physical revenge on his own. I take the phrase "not strong enough" to be a literal one, rather than a psychological impediment. The final thing the 2nd conspirator says clinches it for me: "Is that a threat? I don't take kindly to threats." Saboteur's comeback of "I can wreck you with a single action" fits as well. If Splatter were plotting against Shylock, who else besides Saboteur would be willing to have him as their manager?

Splatter's a good pick as well. Interesting the way it's written actually makes me think of how a conversation between Epoch and Slave Beast would have gone.

Just a thought but I hope that the cPc goes on for a long long time. I know that it might not but Mark has really out done himself this time and I know he has a lot more to come... if allow. I VOTE FOR CPC TO CONTINUE ON FOR EVER! (BUT a name change would be cool too...)
