sweet. do the cards look for Euritar, Mensar, and the Punks. Finishers? stat details? story-lines? EURITAR STATS ARE REAL GOOD. His Finisher is called Merciless Mensar is ok but not dominant. At least for what we played today he didnt do to well. His Finisher is the Hosile Takeover PUNKS Are now tag team specialists. No singles finishers STORYLINES Thayne has lost it looking for his family and is attacking the wrong people like his old friend Indigo CRUICIBLE is weekbut if he hits the State of Fear he has become unstoppable Gunnar is upset that Killer Queen picked Zed Marlowe over him that he has turned his back on his former friends. Side note Kevin Melesky thinks Gunnar looks like Bruce Willis Brainstorm is jealous of Dante's success in Hollywood and has targeted him Is Mike Fortune working for Saboteur? Pendekar+Stigma cant stand each other The Cossack Warriors got sick of The Czar bosing them around so they attacked them |

Mensar and Euritar are both main event caliber, but Tom made some last-minute adjustments to keep them more in line with the rest of the guys. They should both do well. Dante's upgrade should be good,and I'm glad that the Punks are back with legit tag cards again. Crucible will be interesting. His State of Fear is pretty unique. Thayne's attitude is great even though he won't dominate anyone. Gunnar should be a legit bad dude now.
Artwork is good. The Punks have a "combo" picture. Solid set- I can't wait to start using them.

i always thought the new Mensar picture looked like Nelson from the Simpsons....in the David and Goliath episode! ;D

 "NO ! NO ! NO !" from the spoilers (Thanks Jim) . They've taken my Heavyweight champion anyway AGAIN (and his just won the bloody belt ha ha) . Best feud for me Euritar v Mensar .

Ok, well I'm impressed. No wife-beaters, solid art, and some great characters in CPC 2121.
First off Dante...awesome. Reminds me of Avarice and Janus. Looks like Mr. Perfect...really cool stats...probably the best CPC guy Mark has ever done. 5 CPC stars. Reminds me of a GWF guy.
Mensar: Solid. Nothing tricky, or stupid. Just a straight forward solid card. Drawing is still not menacing enough but I could get used to it. Much like his first card, this one is designed to be a bulldozer. Love the solid +4 Finisher with no gimmicks. 4 CPC stars.
Euritar: See Mensar. No tricks, no funky rolls. Just some solid stats with a solid drawing. Both Euritar and Mensar are a lot like Tom originally designed them, with a few new touches and that's cool. 4 CPC stars
Punks: About what I expected...mid-card to solid. The drawings are good but not great. Romulus looks so much like CM Punk I wish he had a bunch of tats. They should be a fast and fun team to play. 3 CPC Stars
Gunnar: I don't like Gunnar. He does look like Bruce Willis. Not a bad drawing, but I was never into this guy and he doesn't look black anymore either. Reminds me of a white Aegis. Which is just wrong. 0 CPC Stars
Crucible: Really cool concept. People seem to like him already. Could be the next Blizzard. 3 CPC Stars
Prodigy: Awesome. And he finally looks the way he should. 4 CPC stars
Thayne: Great drawing. Reminds me too much of Valour and looks like him too, but he's cool and I really like his story...it kind of is like Valour's, where he's just all pissed-off about trying to find something he can't find or something, and he's got all this rage now...so he attacks people. He's cool. I wish his stats were better though. 4 CPC Stars.
Overall easily the best set Mark has ever done. overall I give it a strong 4 CPC stars and already can't wait to see Saboteur.

For aboutthe last year I've been on thse boards chirping about how great this character could be and how he could be the CPC's break-out "homegrown" star. Can't wait to get this set. |

Glad to see the Cossacks on their own, they're a pretty dominant team.
Can't wait to get the set, Dante was champion for a while in my GWF fed, hopefully this update will take him to the top again.

If Swarm gives this set a 4 out of 5, I'm going to be ordering it ASAP.
Even though I won't be able to play for a while, I will be looking forward to embrace the no teams concept.
And I vote for the continuation of CPC into the far future.

Man, This set is gonna be so damn fun to play...The CPC is steppin it up. The current CPC is awesome...but you add in this talent and it's totally awesome. I can't wait...

If Swarm gives this set a 4 out of 5, I'm going to be ordering it ASAP. That's a definite LOL. Glad folks are digging it so far. Those of you who have ordered, check back in with your thoughts when you've got the set. Thanks to those who have posted so far, and for your votes for continuing the saga. If nothing else, after 2122 there will be enough story ideas to keep you going for a while! |

I agree with Swarm that this was one of Mark's best efforts. Hopefully, he's able to outdo himself next set with the most anticipated return in COTG history.
In the meantime, I'm going to have a ton of fun using these guys!
