CARD 84: AWE TV Taping on Sunday May 23, 2010 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK
Hulk Hogan was in the center of the ring, looking worried. He stated, "I have heard some not very good rumors floating around about what Ric Flair plans to do here in AWE. I don't think that many of the wrestlers in this company will be too pleased to hear what's happening."
Ric Flair appeared on the giant videoscreen and replied, "Whoo! That's right, Hogan! By the end of tonight, things will never be the same in this federation! I just have to finish crossing the t's and dotting the i's, then nothing will ever be the same again!"
"I hope what I've heard isn't true, Ric Flair," Hogan returned. "If it is, I will have a surprise for YOU too."
"Ha," Flair responded. "There's nothing you can say or do about it! You better show up again before the night is over if you know what's good for you!"
Hogan came back with, "Yeah, I will be here, Ric Flair. You can count on it!"

D-Von Dudley won with his finisher-FLYING CLOTHESLINE in a time of 3:54, thus D-Von Dudley is the NEW AWE Television Champion!
Ric Flair strutted to the ring after Dudley left with the Television Belt. He shook D-Von's hand as they passed each other. Flair was absolutely beaming! With the rest of the Horsemen in tow, Flair called out Hogan. It was Hogan's turn to appear on the giant videoscreen. "Hogan, you know what's coming, don't you?" Flair turned to the audience and stated, "Listen up! Whether you like it or don't like it, learn to love the NEW owner of AWE: 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair! Whoo! Whoo! Whoo!"
Hogan had had enough. He was not about to let Flair bask in the glory of acquiring AWE. "Okay, Flair. You got what you wanted. You own the federation now. But guess what? All the wrestlers in this fed have signed new contracts recently, and in those new contracts is a 'loyalty clause', and that clause states that all those wrestlers are loyal to ME, no matter who owns the federation!"
Flair was taken completely by surprise. "What?! What are you saying? You can't do that, Hogan, because YOU'RE FIRED! Eff-Are-Eye-Ee-Dee, fired!"
"You CAN'T fire me, only the Board of Directors can fire me, and I have their blessings," Hogan replied smugly. "And learn how to spell correctly, won't you?"
"I own this fed! What I say, goes! You're on your way out, Hogan!" Flair exclaimed.
Hogan fired back, "All the wrestlers here are loyal to ME, Flair. If they don't want to wrestle for you, they have the legal right to leave, and you can't do anything about it!" With that, Hogan disappeared from the videoscreen.
Flair, frustrated and furious, needed to vent his anger and chose Lex Luger as his target. "Luger! You are out of the Horsemen as of right now!" Flair, Blanchard, and Brisco began to beat down poor Lex! It took the entire security team to pull the Horsemen off Luger, but Luger managed to stand on his feet before it was all over!
Who will remain after the roster fallout? Will Lex Luger exact revenge against the Horsemen or will he even be in the federation? How will Flair deal with this new development? Is Hulk Hogan in for a bumpy ride, or will he manage to escape Flair's wrath? These questions to be answered when Alaska Wrestling Elite returns to the spotlight as the greatest federation in the FLW returns in July! See you then!

CARD 85: AWE TV Taping on July 4, 2010 @ the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage AK
Ric Flair was in the center of the ring holding a microphone. “As many of you are aware, AWE’s roster is now only twenty wrestlers. These are the finest wrestlers in the FLW, and they will prove it here tonight. Hulk Hogan has assured me that all the wrestlers’ contracts are iron-clad and that they all have signed ‘appearance bonds’ to insure that they will appear when scheduled. Also, the AWE X-Treme Belt and the nWo Six-Man Tag Belts are no longer. They will not be recognized, nor allowed, in this federation from this point onward.
“Even though I hate Hulk Hogan with all my guts, I will admit he has a knack for business. And speaking of business... The Horsemen are no more. I do have a new teammate though that will be teaming with me and we will take those Belts from the Steiners very soon! More about that later. Right now though, Hulk Hogan! Get your over-rated carcass out here!”
Hogan complied and asked, “What do you want this time, Flair?”
Flair got right to the point. “You and me in a best-of-seven series! Tonight, we have a Singapore Cane match, then the loser picks the stipulations of our next match! No ringside allies, just the two of us walk that aisle! Time to show the world what an over-rated brawler you really are!”
Hogan fired back, “You’re on, Flair! I can’t wait to get my hands on you and beat your face into a bloody pulp because... WHATCHAGONNADO when Hulkamania runs wild on you?!!”

Buddy Rogers and Ric Flair will now be known as ‘The Nature Boys’! Whoo!” Rogers smiled and released the hold. He stood up and hugged Flair and then raised his hand. CARD 90: AWE PPV on Saturday July 31, 2010 @ the Carlson Center in Fairbanks AK
Ric Flair started off the Pay-Per-View with an announcement. He stood in the center of the ring and stated, "Greetings, fans. Welcome to the Shock And AWE Pay-Per-View. Tonight, we have eight great matches for you, and I am sure you will all get your money's worth. We start with plenty of AWE action, but we will end with a bit of a 'shock'. I won't get into details right now, but things have been set into motion and I think everyone here will be in for a bit of a bitter surprise. Well, let's start the night off, shall we? Enjoy the fight card, people. I will be back out after the card to give you more info."
Stunned, the crowd was abuzz as they wondered what Flair meant by "in for a bit a shock"...
MATCH 1: Magnum T.A. VS The Undertaker (with Paul Bearer) Although Magnum put up quite a fight, The Undertaker eventually got the win in this first bout. The Undertaker won with a Flying Clothesline in a time of 26:45.

The Rock shook Snuka's hand and wished him well. Snuka began to celebrate in the ring and the fans cheered wildly for the Fijian! Just then --
Ric Flair stood at the locker room entrance. "Hold on, Jimmy," Flair said into his microphone. "I hate to rain on your parade, but it's time to tell the fans what is really going on." Snuka's smile disappeared. He seemed to know what Flair was talking about and slumped his shoulders.
"Fans, I have a confession to make: As owner of AWE, I saw the financial records. I regret to inform you that I bought into a failing business and could not pull it out of the pit it was in. I am declaring AWE bankrupt and am putting this federation up for sale. The salaries for even this smaller roster have put too much of a strain on the money intake here and this fed is now without cash." The audience's collective jaw hit the floor! Flair continued, "Unless there is someone out there rich enough to turn this business around, I don't see how AWE will continue. Thanks to all the fans that bought tickets here tonight, and across the globe that bought the Pay-Per-View. All of the AWE wrestlers want to say thank you. We've had fun entertaining you in this fed, and we all wish it could continue. All that I have left to say is farewell. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
And Flair spun around slowly and exited. Is this truly the end of AWE? Is someone rich enough going to step in and bail the federation out? Who would have the experience to do so? Who could turn this fed around?
The answers may or may not come in the near future...

AWE Emergency Press Conference Ric Flair had called for a press conference and stood at the podium, ready to tell the press what has transpired. By the smile on Flair's face, it was good news obviously.
"Hello, people of the press. I know you are all curious as to why I would call a press conference at this time. I just wanted to let everyone know that the Alaskan Wrestling Elite federation has a new owner! This man has been in the wrestling business before, and he has learned from his mistakes. He brings with him an entire television network and the money to do this federation right! He is a close, personal friend of mine, and AWE could not have a better man at the helm, that is a certainty. I won't delay his introduction any longer. People of the press, I give you the one, the only --
TED TURNER! The billionaire stepped up to the podium after greeting Flair and had this to say: "Thank you, Mr. Flair. It is my honor to be the new owner of AWE! As everyone is aware, I have been in the 'wrasslin' business before, but this time, I intend on the hands-on approach. I will be the new General Manager, and I will make all the decisions in the federation. I won't be just tossing money at wrestlers to join, and I will have a board of advisors to help with the on-goings of the federation.
I am sure that the press has many questions. Unfortunately, those questions will have to wait. I will not be fielding any questions at the moment. Tickets for the next AWE fight card are now on sale. TBS will be airing AWE programming throughout the weeks to follow. I sincerely thank you for your time."
And so, Ted left while the press was abuzz with a multitude of questions left unanswered. AWE has a new owner. How will this shake out, and what will the impact be to this latest development? The future may hold some answers.
Stay tuned! ALASKAN WRESTLING ELITE is a WTIC Production!

CARD 91: AWE House Show on August 7, 2010 @ the Curtis D. Menard Sports Center in Wasilla AK "Who's gonna beat us for these Belts, huh?" Kevin Nash asked his tag partner Scott Hall as they stood in the center of the ring. "There aren't even any teams left in AWE that we haven't already beaten!"
"Hey, yo," Hall replied. "You know it, mang. AWE has no teams left that could even come close in taking these Belts from us. We will be champions for a very long time to come!"
Just then, a quick guitar riff ripped through the PA system, instantly recognizable! Out charged the Ultimate Warrior, followed closely by Kerry Von Erich!
As Von Erich made his way down to the ring, he spoke into the microphone that he was carrying and said, "Hey Outsiders! Say hello to 'The AWEsome Warriors'! And we want a shot at those Belts around your waists!"
Warrior hit the ring, growling and snorting as he chased Hall and Nash from the ring. Kerry got into the ring and continued, "We formed this team with one goal in mind and that is to SHUT YOU TWO UP, once and for all! You want some competition? Well, here it is! Take us on tonight... if you've got the guts!"
Nash, before he was about to duck into the locker rooms, replied, "AWEsome Warriors huh? Oh we'll take you on tonight, Von Erich, you have your match! But it'll be a non-title bout, that's for sure!"
Kerry replied, "Agreed! Prepare for the fight of your lives!"

CARD 92: AWE TV Taping on Sunday August 8, 2010 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK
Eric Bischoff looked confident as he stood in the center of the ring with a huge smile on his face. He was soon joined by AWE's new owner, Ted Turner. Ted greeted Bischoff and spoke into the microphone. "Good to see you again, Eric. I know you are expecting me to just hand over the keys to another wrasslin' federation to you, but that is not the case, I'm sorry. First off, I am the one that will make all the decisions around here. Eric, you can be on the Board of Advisors if you want to be, but there will be others on the Board as well: Hulk Hogan... The Rock... and Ric Flair will be my Board of Advisors." Each of these names got a pop from the audience. Bischoff looked ruffled and wanted to speak his mind but Turner shut him off.
"I'm sorry, Eric, but you blew your opportunity to run AWE after what happened with that 'other' federation down south," Ted continued. To the crowd at ringside, Ted stated, "There will be a few changes here in AWE from now on: Title Bouts will now be Special Matches of my choosing. With this change, a champion will no longer be able to keep his Belt by losing the match on a DQ. Tonight's Television Title bout will be a Triple Threat Match with Scott Steiner added. Another change is we will be lowering the prices on all AWE merchandising, from DVDs to t-shirts to action figures! More changes to come, so keep visiting the official AWE website for all the latest!
Bischoff had enough. He spoke up and said, "You can't do this! My guys refuse to fight in Special Matches to defend their Tag Belts!"
"I CAN do this, Eric," replied Turner. "And if you don't like it, I will strip those Belts from Hall & Nash ASAP! Run along now, Eric. Your team will be fighting the AWEsome Warriors again later tonight, so you better go prepare."
"You won't get away with this, Turner," Bischoff warned. "I will be running this federation before you get your AWE office decorated!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Turner scoffed. To the fans, Ted ended with, "Enjoy the show, everyone!"

Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Eric Bischoff were standing in the ring as they waited for the ruling from Ted Turner as to what the Special Match for the AWE Tag Team Championship would be for later that night. "No way are we going to defend against the Dudleys in a Table Match," Nash said to his teammate.
"Anything BUT a Table Match, Chico," Hall replied.
Ted Turner then materialized on the giant videoscreen above the locker room entrance. "Gentlemen," Turner greeted. "Tonight's match pitting the AWE Tag Team Champions, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, against Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley will be a... Hardcore Match!"

If you will look in your programs, you will see that all the nWo is represented in tonight's Battle Royal! That's right, we will definitely have one or two members of the nWo winning the Battle Royal and getting the opportunity to wrestle for the Belts coming up soon!"
Bischoff was then joined by the rest of the nWo and they echoed his statements. "Yo," Scott Hall started. "You think you can beat 'Da Bad Guy'? Not tonight, Chico! The nWo is gonna take over, starting now!"
"Who's next? I will tell you who's next," Bill Goldberg stated. "AWE is next! The entire fed better watch out if they know what's good for them!"

CARD 96: AWE PPV on Saturday August 28, 2010 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK
The Undertaker was in the center of the ring with Paul Bearer and "Sycho" Sid Vicious. With his defending the Heavyweight Belt later that night on his mind, The Undertaker had this to say: "Bill Goldberg, you are the number one contender right now. You think the nWo will rule this federation now and forever. The only thing that is forever is The Undertaker!"
Paul Bearer chimed in with his high-pitched voice. "Oh yes, my Undertaker! Oh yes, Deadman! Goldberg will kneel before your greatness! Bill Goldberg will tremble at the name of The Undertaker! Tonight, Deadman, you will rise from the grave and retain what is rightfully yours!"
Sid, not able to contain himself any longer, added, "Undertaker! You go plant Goldberg in his grave! Don't worry about a thing! Your back is covered! Tonight, you will continue to reign as AWE Heavyweight Champion!"
The Undertaker glared into the camera and added, "Bill Goldberg -- REST... IN... PEACE!"
MATCH 1: Magnum T.A. VS Ultimate Warrior The might of the Warrior was too much for Magnum to overcome as Ultimate got the victory here. Ultimate Warrior won with his finisher-WARRIOR PRESS & SPLASH in a time of 10:32.
MATCH 2: Bob Backlund VS Kevin Nash -- Dog Collar Match Overconfidence was Nash's downfall here as Backlund was able to get the win in this one. Bob Backlund won after using his finisher-ROLLING BACKBRIDGE in a time of 4:56.
MATCH 3: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS "Modern Day Warrior" Kerry Von Erich Not a good match for Kerry as he fell easily to the Superfly as Snuka came through with a win. Jimmy Snuka won with a Leapfrog & Chop in a time of 3:29.
MATCH 4: LUMBERJACK MATCH -- AWE Tag Team Champs Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudleys VS Ric Flair & Buddy Rogers -- TITLE BOUT This could have gone either way but in the end, the Dudleys retained in spectacular fashion! Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudley won when D-Von pinned Flair with his finisher-FLYING CLOTHESLINE in a time of 24:54, thus the Dudleys retained the AWE Tag Team Belts!
MATCH 5: Bret "Hitman" Hart VS Scott Hall (with Eric Bischoff) Knowing Hart could out-wrestle him, Hall opted for the power game and was able to pick up a win. Scott Hall won by using his finisher-OUTSIDER'S EDGE two times in a row in a time of 14:22.
MATCH 6: LADDER MATCH -- AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Hulk Hogan -- TITLE BOUT Hogan was left battered and bloodied in this one as Gagne proved his worth as champion here! Verne Gagne won after using a Spinning Toehold in a time of 9:11, thus Verne Gagne retained the AWE Television Belt!
MATCH 7: The Rock VS "Sycho" Sid Vicious Focusing his rage into the match helped Sid win as The Rock absorbed a lot of punishment here. Sid Vicious won with his finisher-POWER BOMB in a time of 8:53.
MATCH 8: STEEL CAGE MATCH -- AWE Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker VS Bill Goldberg -- TITLE BOUT In an awesome display of experience and power, Undertaker was able to defeat Goldberg here! The Undertaker won after using a Ropewalk Forearm Smash in a time of 18:46, thus The Undertaker retained the AWE Heavyweight Belt!
Coming down the aisle was Paul Bearer and Sid Vicious. Bearer carried THE URN with him and he and Vicious were all smiles. As the cage was lifted, Vicious helped his teammate off the mat and patted the Heavyweight Belt that The Undertaker held across his chest. As Bearer approached The Undertaker, he stopped a moment. Then there was a look of disgust that crossed Bearer's face. And then --
[glow=red,2,300]WHAM![/glow] Across the head of The Undertaker went THE URN that Bearer was carrying! The shot knocked The Undertaker off his feet! Sid Vicious grabbed the Heavyweight Belt from The Undertaker, and then Sid put the Belt around his own waist and screamed, "This is MINE! This is MINE, Undertaker! Sid Vicious rules the world and I now OWN this Belt!"
With that, Sid Vicious pointed at the AWE Heavyweight Belt securely around his own waist and left with Paul Bearer as The Undertaker was abandoned, bleeding in the center of the ring as a chorus of boos descended from the arena.
Will The Undertaker get his revenge on his former friends? Who will The Undertaker turn to for help? Was this an nWo plot? What will Ted Turner say about this latest happening?
These questions, and maybe more, may be answered in the near future! Stay tuned! ALASKAN WRESTLING ELITE is a WTIC Production!

Sid Vicious was standing center stage with the AWE Heavyweight Belt still around his waist after having stolen it at the last Pay-Per-View. "Undertaker! You should have learned a long time ago that Sid Vicious rules the World! You should have learned that I was number one in the Skyscrapers team, and you should have known the day would come that I would be wearing this Belt again! Nothing and no one will ever take this from me! And I mean NO ONE! Hahahahaha!"
Just then, The Undertaker appeared on the giant videoscreen and stated, "Sid Vicious. You are indeed a man of destiny. A destiny that was forged from your own undertaking. It is YOU that should have known that your destiny would catch up with you. For now, I have found the ones who will serve up to you your destiny. And now, may I re-introduce these men, for they are properly known as --
THE LEGION OF DOOM! "Iron Man" blasted through the PA system as Animal, Hawk, and The Undertaker stormed the ring! Sid's eyes bugged out of his head, his jaw dropped and he was caught by surprise at the return of The Legion of Doom to AWE! Sid hightailed it out of there in a hurry through the crowd! This did not stop The Legion of Doom and The Undertaker as they chased Sid out of the area! MATCH 1: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS D-Von Dudley (with Bubba Ray Dudley) This degenerated into a brawl quickly and the ref DQed D-Von when Bubba interfered in this one. CARD 98: AWE TV Taping on Thursday September 2, 2010 @ the Carlson Center in Fairbanks AK
Backstage, Sid Vicious was sitting at a table with Ric Flair and Buddy Rogers. "Ric, you know I never asked you for anything when I was a Horseman," Sid started. "I need your help against The Undertaker and the LOD."
Flair looked at Rogers as if to say, "The nerve of this guy, huh?" Instead, Flair replied, "Listen, Sid. I still haven't forgotten how you attacked Arn with those scissors awhile back. I'm not so sure I want to help you out at this time."
Sid looked shaken up and continued, "Look, Ric, The Undertaker is breathing down my neck now. Not to mention Ted Turner, who just forced me to return the AWE Heavyweight Belt back to The Undertaker. If I can win the AWE Heavyweight Belt legitimately, maybe I can get you named Number One Contender?"
This, it seemed, caught Flair's interest. "Let me and Buddy talk it over and I will give you my answer on the next fight card."
Sid nodded but did not say anything. Perhaps Sid felt if he said anything else, it might ruin his chances of having Flair as a teammate. Then Sid stood up and left for the ring, as Flair and Rogers huddled and Flair blocked out the camera with his hand.
MATCH 1: Bob Backlund VS "Sycho" Sid Vicious With The Undertaker still on his mind, Vicious was still able to concentrate enough to win this one. Sid Vicious won with his finisher-POWER BOMB in a time of 9:01.
MATCH 2: Bret "Hitman" Hart VS Bill Goldberg (with Eric Bischoff) Bret waited too long to spring a trap, so Goldberg was able to take home the victory here. Bill Goldberg won with a Mule Super Kick in a time of 16:28.
MATCH 3: Ultimate Warrior VS Ric Flair Warrior put up a good fight against the more-technical Flair, but Flair got the win eventually. Ric Flair won with his finisher-PIN USING ROPES in a time of 20:37.
MATCH 4: AWE Tag Team Champions Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudleys VS Animal & Hawk (Legion of Doom, with Paul Ellering) -- Non-title bout This was a war from the opening bell, with the Legion of Doom prevailing in a bloody match! Animal & Hawk won when Hawk pinned Bubba Ray with a Vertical Suplex in a time of 10:41, thus the Legion of Doom receive a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 5: The Rock VS Buddy Rogers After dealing some major damage to his opponent, Rogers finished off The Rock and got the win. Buddy Rogers won with a Piledriver in a time of 17:51.
MATCH 6: AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka -- Non-title bout It was stunning how quickly Snuka got the victory over a completely surprised Gagne here! Jimmy Snuka won with a Piledriver in a time of 1:58, thus Jimmy Snuka receives a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 7: Hulk Hogan VS Kevin Nash -- Indian Strap Match Not letting up on his opponent, Hogan scored the victory after using his favorite move in this one. Hulk Hogan won after using his finisher-LEG DROP in a time of 2:52.

CARD 99: AWE TV Taping on Sunday September 5, 2010 @ the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center in Wasilla AK
Ted Turner stood mid-center in the ring with a microphone in his hand. He started, "Fans, the one hundredth fight card for AWE is coming up on the next card, and I have something special planned for it. With the war that is raging between the LOD and The Undertaker versus Sid Vicious, I have decided to have a special match for the event: None other than a WarGames match! Each team will have four participants, and the match will continue until one team member cannot continue. Each team will announce the four wrestlers in its team on the next fight card, so choose your teammates wisely!
The camera cuts to backstage with Sid Vicious, Ric Flair, and Buddy Rogers. "A WarGames match, eh?" Flair commented. "Sid, we will join you in that match on the next fight card. That's because you somehow got Buddy here a non-title match with The Undertaker tonight. You better pick someone good for our fourth member for the WarGames!"
Sid smiled and said, "Don't worry, Ric. I've got someone special in mind! The Undertaker won't know what hit him!"
MATCH 1: The Rock VS Scott Hall (with Eric Bischoff) Even though he mounted a comeback, The Rock could not pull out the victory against Hall here. Scott Hall won with his finisher-OUTSIDER'S EDGE in a time of 7:01.
MATCH 2: Ultimate Warrior VS Kevin Nash Losing his cool outside the ring cost Warrior the match as he was DQed by the ref in this one. Kevin Nash won when Warrior was disqualified in a time of 7:50.
MATCH 3: Hulk Hogan VS Bill Goldberg (with Eric Bischoff) This one was out of hand from the very start, as both wrestlers got DQed to end this bout. Both wrestlers were disqualified in a time of 1:16.
MATCH 4: AWE Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker VS Buddy Rogers -- Non-title Rogers could not stand up to the onslaught and the beating he took from The Undertaker here. The Undertaker won with his finisher-TOMBSTONE in a time of 3:12.
MATCH 5: Bob Backlund VS Ric Flair (with Buddy Rogers) Proving to be the dirtiest player in the game, Flair tricked the ref into DQing Backlund in this one. Ric Flair won when Backlund was disqualified in a time of 3:53.
MATCH 6: HOME RUN DERBY -- AWE Tag Team Champions Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudleys VS Animal & Hawk (Legion of Doom) -- TITLE BOUT With neither team wanting to lose, the LOD wanted to win just a bit more badly than the Dudleys! Animal & Hawk won when Animal pinned Bubba Ray after Hawk's tag finisher-DOOMSDAY DEVICE in a time of 5:27, thus Animal & Hawk are the NEW AWE Tag Team Belts for the third time!
MATCH 7: Bret “Hitman” Hart VS “Sycho” Sid Vicious -- Ladder Match Sid was ill-prepared here as Bret wrestled circles around him and got the victory over Vicious. Bret Hart won after using a Cross Body Block in a time of 3:38.
MATCH 8: HELL IN THE CELL -- AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka -- TITLE BOUT Snuka had a big advantage until The Rock came and assisted Gagne, thus giving Gagne the win! CARD 100: AWE TV Taping on Monday September 6, 2010 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK Sid Vicious, Ric Flair, and Buddy Rogers were in the center of the ring. It was time to announce who their teammate would be in the WarGames match later that night. "Undertaker," Sid started. "I brought back an old nemesis of yours for our fourth partner! This man is going to bury you in the WarGames! He's assured me that your time has come, and that you will be the one to surrender tonight! This man is none other than --
YOKOZUNA!" Yokozuna made his way to the ring. He looked confident and angry! He greeted Sid with a bow of the head, as well as Flair and Rogers the same way. Taking the microphone from Sid, Yokozuna bellowed, "BONZAI!"
As fate would have it, just then The Undertaker appeared at the locker room entrance and stated, "Sid Vicious. Yokozuna and I have been to the depths of Hell and indeed will be raising Hell in the WarGames match. But aren't you curious to know who our fourth partner is, Sid?"
Sid smiled brightly. "Oh please, let it be the Shockmaster! Please!"
This got a good chuckle from the crowd. Instead, The Undertaker replied, "Our partner is not the man that will take on Yokozuna. Instead, he's coming after YOU, Ric Flair! Say hello to --
STING!" Sting appeared and howled! "Yeah, it's great to be back in AWE! Whew! I love it! Ric Flair, you thought you had seen the last of me! Get ready, because tonight -- tonight, we do the dance one more time!"
Flair was utterly furious! "Sting! Get out of here! You don't belong here in AWE! It's time to teach you a lesson! You should have never returned here to AWE! In WarGames, I'm going not just going to make you submit, I'm going to break your bones! Whoo!" MATCH 1: Bob Backlund VS Ultimate Warrior Backlund controlled the match, but then Ultimate barreled through and got the victory in this one. Ultimate Warrior won with his finisher-WARRIOR PRESS & SPLASH in a time of 15:10. MATCH 2: Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudleys VS Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) Still hurting from their title loss, the Dudleys did not stand a chance as The Outsiders won here. Scott Hall & Kevin Nash won when Nash used his finisher-JACKKNIFE POWER BOMB on Bubba Ray in a time of just 0:42! MATCH 3: Bret "Hitman" Hart VS Hulk Hogan Although Bret was not intimidated this match, he was not at his best either, and lost this match. Hulk Hogan won with his finisher-LEG DROP in a time of 6:37. MATCH 4: AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Bill Goldberg (with Eric Bischoff) -- Non-title bout It was an uphill battle, but Goldberg managed to play the power game just right and got the win! Bill Goldberg won with his finisher-SPEAR & JACKHAMMER in a time of 8:33, thus Bill Goldberg receives a Title Bout on the next fight card! MATCH 5: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS The Rock The Rock cost Snuka the TV Belt last card, so Snuka exacted revenge here by beating The Rock. Jimmy Snuka won with a Leapfrog and Chop in a time of 3:39. MATCH 6: WARGAMES -- Animal, Hawk, Sting, & The Undertaker VS Ric Flair, Buddy Rogers, Sid Vicious, & Yokozuna Sting entered the cage first, followed by Ric Flair. Buddy Rogers came in after five minutes, followed two minutes later by Hawk. At the next interval, Animal climbed into the ring, and then it was Sid's turn. Another two minutes went by and The Undertaker entered. Lastly, it was Yokozuna that got into the cage, and the Match Beyond begun! Each wrestler was battered and bloodied in this match, as each tried to get the submission win. No clear advantage for either side, and it looked like each team picked a good member as their fourth teammate as Sting and Yokozuna fought well! As the other wrestlers began to tire, it looked as though the fate of the match would come down to The Undertaker VS Sid Vicious, and it did come down to those two! After delivering a TOMBSTONE, The Undertaker slapped on a submission hold, and Sid had no choice but to tap-out here, giving the win to The Undertaker's team! The Undertaker won when Sid tapped-out in a time of 52:46, thus The Undertaker's team won the WarGames match! ALASKAN WRESTLING ELITE is a WTIC Production, in association with Ted Turner Enterprises!
