I'm a new member to the boards and I have some cards I'd like to share with the Filsinger Community. I've been working on these for quite some time now and I finally feel confident enough to share. I'd like to thank Kelly for inviting me here and helping me out with card rules, formatting and corrections. She's been a big help and I hope you all enjoy these as much as I've enjoyed creating them. First up is Angel Williams, who is now being referred to as "Angelina Love" in TNA. She has recently formed a tag team with Talia Madison (aka "Velvet Sky"), notching recent wins over ODB and Roxxi Laveaux & Ms. Brooks and Jackie Moore... Though this card mostly reflects her success in OVW and other Indy promotions, bits of her current TNA status are apparent as well. She can be a face or a heel because she enjoys competition on either side of the coin. However, this card assumes that she is the latter. ANGEL WILLIAMS

O.D.B. has yet to be pinned since her re-arrival in TNA (she was formerly known as "Poison"), and second time's a charm for this "take-no-prisoners" brawler. Having defeated Knockout Champ Gail Kim in a recent non-title match leaves little doubt that if not for Awesome Kong, O.D.B. would be Gail's biggest title threat. Unleash the O.D.B. in your feds if you want a heel that could care less about glam and a lot about punishing foes! O.D.B.

This is the alter-ego of Indy wrestler Nikki Roxx (great job on her card, BTW, Kelly)! My version of her that follows below only focuses on her newest gimmick in TNA, where she is known as the freakish "Voodoo Queen". She has a distractor rating befitting of her character's involvement when she accompanies B.G. and Kip James (from Legends International) to the ring, and now you can use her to do just that--or have her take on the other knockouts in your fed. I know several people will disagree with my decision to make Shelly Martinez have such a limited opportunity to win, as per the card I'm presenting now. I'll just apologize to those I need to in advance and hope at the same time that you understand my reasoning for doing so. To start off, I'll be honest up front and let you know that there is no "Ariel" represented in these stats, as I don't watch WWE or the new ECW... Most of this card was created from watching her in WEW & OVW (yes, I know it is a training ground for the E). Anyways, I'll honestly tell you that out of the 10+ matches I personally viewed, Desire/Cle-Ho-Patra/Shelly won only ONE TIME--and it was a tag match with Mercedez as her partner. Still, I wanted to be fair and envision some improvement to her character using the brief glimpse I caught of her in the gauntlet match at TNA's Bound for Glory, and due to the fact that she'll soon be backed by LAX... I've reached what I feel is a fair compromise FOR THE TIME BEING, but when she actually starts wrestling the other knockouts it'll be easier to tell if my card for her warrants a change. Again, I really am sorry if anyone takes offense because I'm new here and don't want to make any enemies. I know there are a lot of Shelly fans out there, and I promise each and every one of you, I really do like her :-) SHELLY MARTINEZ

Lastly, the card that has proved me most wrong and shatters my heart & stomps on it & ... Oh, sorry . I'll gather myself now (wipes away tears)... I created this card for Talia when she kicked butt on the Indy scene and before I knew what she'd even be like in TNA. Since, I have had to lower some ratings and numbers to compensate for the gauntlet match, her destruction at the hands of Kong, and her tag team outings as of late. It seems she's headed down the path of a (forces it out slowly through clenched teeth)... jobber. She hasn't scored a SINGLE pin yet in TNA, and even in her tag team wins, it is Angel who carries the weight and ensures their victory. I'd probably find it comedic the way Talia hides behind Angel in their tag matches and acts like she's incapable of holding her own--IF I didn’t care or know any better :-( Ah, but that's the beauty of this game, right? Luckily, we can all have her in our feds primarily as the Dangerous Diva she once was! I've seen her win with at least 4 different moves that could easily be considered finishers for lesser talent. So here, then, is my favorite female wrestler (as if you couldn't tell by my user name and how disappointed I am at her TNA ineffectiveness, right?), Talia Madison, without much "Velvet Sky" thrown in TALIA MADISON
| Height: 5'5" Weight: 125 lbs. The Big Apple

Into the Turnbuckle (c) 4. Schoolgirl Rollup - 3 5. reTALIAtion - 3 6. Hairstep Liftup - 3 (Add 1 Dis) (tag)
| 1. hurt - 2 2. hurt - 2 (tag) 3. TALIA MADISON - 2 4. TALIA MADISON - 1 5. hurt - 2 (tag) 6. dazed - 1 | Level 3 Offense | Level 3 Defense | 1. Northern Lights Suplex - 2 2. Reverse Bulldog - 3 (ch H) 3. Out of the Ring (c) 4. Camel Clutch - 3 5. Triangle Choke - 3 6. BLOCKBUSTER (+3)

When wrestling for Indy Promotions, utilize the following modifications: * TALIA MADISON - 1 ** PIN 5 (2) *** Cage 3
| Agility -2 Power -1 Cage 4 ***

Let me know what you guys and gals think of these. Please go easy on me, though, as they are the first (hopefully not the last?) bootlegs I've ever done. Also, I tried to use a pic of Talia I saw for an avatar, but I guess I did something wrong since it's not showing up... If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. It can be found at: www.wextremew.com/past.asp?id=52The one I'd like to use is the top left photo of her wearing the WEW Championship w/ her elbow raised & resting her left hand behind her head. It's my fave pic of her . Note: Got it now, Thank you, Universal Wrestling for helping me with this .

first off welcome to our community. secondly a little critism please dont get offended. your into the turnbuckle on lvl 1 belongs in the level 2 area. this is on all of your cards. i'm sure there are others who will point out others things. otherwise your cards look great.

Thanks for the feedback I've received so far. I appreciate the help I've gotten from others regarding avatars, tables, and how to post images--definitely nice to see such a friendly group trying to give newbies like me a chance to express my creativity & share my bootlegs with others online somewhere :-) . I purchased all of the official LOW sets & Special Edition/Limited Edition cards from Filsinger Games before I even knew about bootlegs existing. When I discovered there were so many out there, yet so few of the female stars, I e-mailed others some bootleg requests. Needless to say, they had little or no desire to do them for me. And so, I was forced into attempting 'em on my own (necessity is the mother of invention, right)? I found a PDF copy of Tom's card creation guidelines w/ an addendum by Cynthia Celeste Miller, after communicating with Kelly about the "do's and don'ts" of card creation. I wanted to familiarize myself with the rules of creating bootlegs so that I wasn't constantly asking questions. I sent her a copy of the 5 TNA Knockouts I had so far and after her encouragement, I decided they were okay enough to share with the Filsinger Community. your into the turnbuckle on lvl 1 belongs in the level 2 area. this is on all of your cards. I didn't with ODB, Roxxi or Shelly because they have a weaker rating in Ropes than TB, so it made more sense for me to place TB @ L1O where you can have no (c), and put Ropes on L2O so they had a choice whether or not to use the ropes (a Kelly suggestion). And out of all the matches I watched, these 3 particular girls were more "brawler-like" in them. They didn't actually throw opponents into the ropes until a little later in the match, instead they tried to wear 'em down w/ turnbuckle situations. I wasn't trying to break any card creation rules, but I want my cards to emulate (as best I can) the actual wrestlers as accurately as possible... I found 21 wrestlers from the OFFICIAL LOW SETS that didn't succumb to TB being on L2O: Alofa, Bobby Heenan, "Bullet" Bob Armstrong, Dan "The Beast" Severn, Dick Hutton, George Hackenschmidt, Harley Race, Ilio Dipaolo, Jim Brunzell, Jim Cornette, Jim Londos, Larry Henning, Masked Superstar, Nick Bockwinkel, Playboy Buddy Rose, Rick Rude, Rikidozan, Steve Williams, The Sandman, Trinity Denucci, and Youssuf Ishmaelo. Tom must have had reasons for doing this with his cards, and if TB can appear on L1O on OFFICIAL cards, why can't we do the same, as long as there are legitimate reasons in our eyes for doing so? However, Talia Madison CAN be updated--because like Angel, she's equally good at either ropes or turnbuckle and I've seen her use both with almost the same percentage early on in matches (TB was slightly higher though). ch D, E, G and H are always level 3 moves ch A B C and F are always level 2 moves This would really only affect my write-up for Angel Williams, but I'm opting to keep the ch D on L2O after discovering that ch D doesn't always appear on L3O. At least 12 OFFICIAL cards have ch D on L2O: B. Brian Blair, Bobo Brazil, Cousin Luke, Jimmy Valiant, Killer Kowalski, Larry Henning, "The Belgian Brawler" Dupae Rupa, Mil Mascaras, Pepper Gomez, Timber, Virgil, and "Wild" Red Berry. Again, if Tom did this for viable change, I feel it is feasible when shooting for "as close to realism as possible". And although none of these affect the bootlegs I've done yet, I have seen some inconsistencies with the other Choice Situations having to be placed where stated as well. ch A (19 x), B (21 x) C (15 x) and F (17 x) wasn't on L2O & ch E didn't appear on L3O on 14 occasions. Everything else was as you said, though. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to view this thread, for the kind words, and welcoming me aboard. Talia's card has now been updated and I'll soon post images of the knockouts (probably this weekend when I have more time to spend). I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas! ...And I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight, "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good catfight!!!" ;D

It's not that ch D can't be on level 2 offense (it can be on level 1 offense) It needs to be a Level 3 MOVE. So it should be clothesline-3 (ch D) or clothesline-2 (ch F)

I have some sympathy for Luv4Talia. Some of the corrections suggested for bootlegs cards posted on these boards seem to have no basis in the Filsinger cfreation guideline or to the official cards that have been released by that company. I experienced that with my Beth Phoenix creation.
Since nobody seems up to the challenge of putting all of the "rules" onto one document, take all corrections and look to see if they are in the "official" guidelines. If they aren't and they don't make sense to you, ignore them. Those same people can download your creations and make them fit their world view if they like but you will have creations that seem correct.

GalactiKing, I am having a hard time following ... I pointed out where ch D appeared on LEVEL 2 OFFENSE (though you said it couldn't) on 21 OFFICIAL Filsinger Game Cards. Not on Level 1 or 3, but Level 2. IMHO, bootlegs and guidelines for their creation serve a great purpose to the community and allow us to have wrestlers that we perhaps wouldn't otherwise for LOW. But regardless, they still pale in comparison to the OFFICIAL game cards. I can't see you giving Tom a hard time about this, but if you really believe ch D can't be on L2O that would mean his 21 cards are... wrong??? I'm not one to believe that, personally. I have adhered to most of the guidelines per bootleg creation, but I disagree here. If Tom were to change his official guys, I might feel differently--but until then I'm not budging. And if I've misinterpreted you, and you're only saying clothesline as a Level 2 Offense move is the problem, that's something I'll have to look into on Tom's official cards. Upon never seeing clothesline on L2O on any of the official guys, I will be happy to make that change. Until then, please feel free to copy and paste the write-up of Angel into whatever program you like and make adjustments to suit your specific needs at home, but mine is staying unaltered where ch D appearing on Level 2 is concerned. If anyone finds anything else wrong with my cards, please let me know. I'm normally not so difficult when it comes to taking suggestions--if you don't believe me, just ask Kelly how much I've changed my creations since our initial e-mail conversation. And even here on the boards, I modified my Talia Madison card to place Into the Turnbuckle on Level 2 (mainly because I didn't want to have it appear on the same level in 4 of the 5 bootlegs I made, and she used TB first only a tad more, so it wasn't that big of a deal). Hey, I'm willing to work with you guys as long as you're willing to work w/ me. And thank you, rickert, for your support .

I believe what he means is that the number after the offensive move needs to be a 3.

1) Some of the older COTG cards indeed do no adhere to the current guidelines for card creation
2) ch D CAN be on Level 2 Offense, but must be preceded by a '- 3' move, not a '- 2' move. This is a more recent rules. ch A, B, C, and F are to be proceded by '-2' moves, and D, E, G, and H moves are to be proceded by '-3' moves
3) There is a lot to making cards correctly, and GalactiKing can be a huge help as he has for me. Pay attention if you want people to like your cards and for them to be taken seriously.

Ah, okay... I was misinterpreting then. I may not have been "paying attention" as Knapik put it... I was confusing move w/ level. As I said, I'm new--so go easy on me. And yes, I do want people to take my bootlegs seriously, but more importantly, actually LIKE 'em. I know not everyone will, because not everyone likes women's wrestling. I'm going to go through the official cards and if I find ch D not preceded by a -2 on at least a few occasions, I'll put it elsewhere. But even if the official cards ARE from older sets and don't follow the new card creation guidelines--they're still official cards. Why does this upset everyone so much? Look, I read somewhere in the card creation guidelines that even Tom breaks a rule from time to time, though not intentionally and he has good reason for doing so. It also stated that it was okay to do the same, just not habitually. Well, this only makes ONE time for me, and I explained why. Please understand where I'm coming from. If I've offended anyone, I offer my sincerest apology. I just wanted to get some stuff out there in the public eye (because I have no site of my own and nowhere else to upload 'em) so fans of women's wrestling and LOW can use these 5 female stars in their feds... You guys can keep 'em as written, change 'em at home, or don't use them if they suck. Please, can we all move forward now?

Okay, so I looked over all of Tom's official cards and found NOT ONE card containing a - 2 (ch D)... I updated Angel Williams (and Shelly Martinez as well--she had a - 2 (ch H) on Level 3 Offense). So I'd like GalactiKing, Knap or someone who knows a lot about card creation to look my bootlegs over again one final time and let me know if I have everything in order. Is there too many (ag) & (pw), did I seperate the (ch _)'s from the (c)'s the right way, - 2's from (ch _)'s, (c)'s & - 3's, etc... I'm only talking about rules (do's & don'ts). Please, this has been a really frustrating experience for me. I had no idea that a game that's supposed to be fun and enjoyable was so DEAD SERIOUS, but as I said before, I'm willing to work with you guys if you're willing to work w/ me.

Yeah, it takes a BIG effort to get bootleg cards to be "LEGAL"! But the satisfaction of a job well done, and the possibility that others will enjoy your product makes it all worth it in the long run.
Excellent work, by the way!

It's really a balancing factor when you're using those choices. It's not someone trying to make life difficult (Trust me, your initial stuff is better than about 75% of the bootlegs I've seen when it comes to the rules), but that we like the cards to match the official rules when possible.
