He is 130 but I bumped him up so he can be semi-competative. He will have +1 to all his defenses pretty much against every one fights in my fed because of the weight advantage. If he ever faces anyone his weight though, watch out. |

Here is another one... BLACK HURRICANE He was actually one of my first ever COTG bootlegs. I drew and carded him on the day I got the game (1999). I drew him on notebook paper and scotch taped it to a cardboard back (to make it more presentable..lol). He had a mix of Muay Thai and high flying moves. He was also 1/2 of the japanese tag team (Forces of Nature) with the "Red Tornado". I tried to make his POW version a very flashy, competant but beatable fighter. One of those guys you love to watch but wins about half the time.
