If I have 2 guys who I've been teaming unofficially, and I decide to make them official, is there a way to get their w/l prior to being made official picked-up for ranking purposes?
If not now, could it be done?

Assuming you mean for your rankings, yes, you just create them as a tag team..Its under 'manage non-official tag teams' on the 'enter stats' menu.
You'd have to go back and edit their matches for them to count though, using the tag team entry you create instead of the two indivuals.

What Wiidfire said. Create them as an unofficial tag team, and then just delete their old matches and remake them using the team you just created instead of the two individuals.
Now, I know what you're really asking for is a button to push to do all of that, but it doesn't exist yet. Its something that I might do someday, because that's something that personally annoys me, too. Go put it in the suggestions thread, if you would, so it doesn't get lost. Thanks!
