Played a match with Tournament Todd tonight.
I hosted and we logged on successfully.
First match, I chose Endgame to face Todd's Monolith. Endgame won by DQ.
Todd challenged me to a rematch. After starting the match, the chat log froze up and we could no longer follow each other's moves. We could not chat in the window either.
Todd left the table and started a new one. I followed, but we did not get past the "waiting for other user to finish loading game table" screen.
Thanks for the fine work you do, Larry. I have enjoyed the first couple of multiplayer matches and I hope our feedback is helpful!

Although I'm obviously not the tech guy on duty, I do know that our programmer James was tinkering around with things tonight a bit. Hopefully, what you experienced was just a blip in the system.

I am having an odd bug show up... take a look at these rankings.
Singles Rankings as of 07.29.2120
1.) Disaster (172 points)
2.) Endgame (166 points)
3.) Payback (164 points)
4.) The Amazing Mann (155 points)
5.) Payback (152 points)
So the Payback ranked 3 is Payback. the one ranked at number 5 is actually Valour.
It also looks like the tag teams are not being updated. Titan Glory defeated Havoc and Paralyze for the belts and they still have the same points (both teams) from when I checked the rankings before hand. This is with Commissioner Massif (who I usually use for my rankings).
I tried the other committees for GWF and had the same results. Valour and Payback are both being identified as Payback in the rankings.

Just to let you guys know, I am aware of the bugs here in the list and they will get attended to. I'll be working on the new FG websites this week and getting everything finished up for them. The next COTGonline update will probably roll out on the 23rd, and it should contain a fix for everything listed above. Thanks for your patience!

I was inputting some results for my 2087 fed into the stat tracker, and ran into a problem. During a tourney, Wolf and Thantos wrestled to a time limit draw. The stat tracker registers Thantos's draw, but not Wolf's. I tried erasing the record and reentering it, and it did the same thing again. Thanks.

Last night I was able to play on my desktop just fine. Tonight I felt like using my laptop and my firefox locks up hard whenever I try to start a gametable. Laptop is running most current versions of firefox and java as well as windows vista. (desktop is running java 5 not 6 and xp) Also noteing tonight that im being directed to cotgonlinebeta.com in the game table (not sure if thats correct). Any idea if its a hardware/software issue on my laptop and how to fix it ?  Id love to be able to play when im out and about insted of being stuck to the desktop I also tried useing my inet explorer and it seems to load up the table but then it shows the dice rolling area only and nothing else is displayed. any idea where my laptops browser settings may be borked |

I'd say about 30% of the time when I click the Ring the bell! button for the PbP Sim for 1 match it just sends me to a blank screen. Sometimes I can refresh said blank screen and the results appear. This percentages increases dramatically depending on the number of times I want the match to run. Probably 60% of the time for 3 runs, 90% for 5 and I've never been able to run more than 5.
FYI - I'm using FireFox 2.0 FWIW.

Just to help BDS out.. he's stated on several occassions that everything is only guarnteed to work on Explorer. OTOH, I've had the same trouble with the PbP sim using Explorer, so that one night be something he'll check out |

Im pretty sure my laptop issue is a java 6 issue since the only real dif between my desktop and laptop is java 5. Anyone out there using vista and java 6 can confirm that thats not an issue ? |

BTW - Sometimes on the PbP, the results come through but they stop before the end of the match. This seems to happen during long matches. It's like the page only loads halfway.

Ive only had that happen once in a very long match. No clue whats up with my gametable then  if it works fine for you and your running java 6 and vista |
