In honor of all his hard work lately on the 2.0 version of the product, I invite you to go to lawless.libsyn.com for the final installment in the GalactiCon interview series, this one with Larry (BDS) Swank, the designer and under-the-hood mechanic of COTGOnline. In this roughly 30-minute dialogue, Larry talks about how he got involved with the project, how he and wife Holli do what they do to make everything work right, and what he wants the platform to accomplish in the near future. Lots of good stuff here for you fans of Online and for those who enjoy knowing how stuff like this works. You can also now get my podcast through iTunes (thanks, toasterboy!). Search for Zone of Lawlessness in the Podcasts section.

[chant] B - D - S, B - D - S, B - D - S [/chant] Thanks to BDS, his wife, Holli, Osk, and anyone else I'm missing who helped in creating COTG online! Oh yeah, thanks to Mark for these awesome podcasts!

Despite BDS's unfortunate choice of t-shirts to wear in that picture, I am eagerly going to listen to this right now.....

Very cool interview, Mark and Larry. I really enjoyed it. Is cool to hear some of the thought process and goings-on with COTGOnline. As someone who is also in the Web field, it's particularly cool. And nice call-out to our dear villainous friend Havoc!

Of course now I'm at work and can't listen and will completely forget to do it when I get home.

Many thanks to Mark for making me sound less dumb than I feared in this interview. Mark is awesome! I haven't listened to Grant's Havoc song either. One can listen to Grant's Havoc song now? Where? I must go find these things out!

Many thanks to Mark for making me sound less dumb than I feared in this interview. I'll be the judge of that!! I thought it was out there on some podcast or something.

I thought it was out there on some podcast or something. If it was on the Musings interview Grant did, I missed it entirely. If it's elsewhere, I must know!

I don't think the Havoc song is out there yet. It will be on the G-con bootleg when Grant completes that.

Am I to assume that the Havoc song is sung to the tune of "It's Raining Men"??
