Just tried out the demo and loved it so went and bought a 12month sub + stat tracker + gametable and the new begining package. Im wondering how long will it take for my demo account to be upgraded to a full use account ?

The demo works! Great success!
Unfortunately, I can't answer your question in specific, shaka. If you send a PM to Osk, though, he should be able to tell you much more accurately than I can - he handles all of the billing and such. To speed things along, send him your name and e-mail address in the PM so he knows what he's looking for.
And welcome to COTGonline!

Well i was a big user of excel and cotg desktop but the demo game sold me the game was just smoother and quicker for me than cotg desktop is so the demo really helped a lot in my decision to get cotg online or not I'm fairly certain ill be buying the ace sets at some point also which I haven't considered purchasing cpc or ace at all previously

Thank you for the quick and helpful responses As someone who has worked in customer service for a long time. I cannot help but be amazed at the level of personal service i've gotten from everyone involved in COTG. Be it the personal letter from tom when I got back into the game and stormed the ring to the quick and helpful responses from you two. Keep up the good work you guys are doing a tremendous job

Quick question on this....
I noticed that we have an account management screen with an ending date... wasn't it originally stated that the clock wouldn't start until the multiplayer was working? OR perhaps it is and I missed the announcement?

OR perhaps it is and I missed the announcement? That date HAS to be there in order for the system to work. When the multi-player component has been finished, stress tested, and rolled out live, I will adjust all of the dates to reflect that. Until then, though, they may look a little off.

Ahhh, that makes sense.
